LED Torch with Camera
Introduction:
The SEC-DVRTOR10 combines a LED torch with a built-in hidden camera and microphone
for recording on a Micro SD card (not included). Ideal for security purposes and with included
accessories to use in many ways. As a torch the product can be used by security personnel to
record evidence during day or night. The torch can be mounted to the windshield of a car to
make records during driving. With the bicycle clamp the torch can also be mounted to a
bicycle for outdoor use.

Before use:
1) Open the cover at the bottom of the torch and insert a Micro SD card.
Connect the torch to a computer or notebook with the USB cable to
charge the battery. Be sure the torch is switched off before charging. The
indicator lights up blue for a moment and then starts to flash red. When
the torch is charged, the indicator remains red. It is recommended to
always charge the battery completely. The complete charging process is
about 6 hours.
2) Set the date and time. Be sure the torch is
still connected to a computer or notebook.
Select in the window “open folder to view
files”. Create a text file in the folder. The text
file must be tagged and enter the current date
(YYYYMMDD) and time (HHMMSS). The
date in the record files will be shown as
MM/DD/YYYY HH/MM/SS. Save the file.
(Please type the time setting according to the
picture on the right.)
3) Disconnect the torch safely from your
computer or notebook. When the torch is
powered on again, the new date and time will
take effect. The text file will be deleted from
the folder. Close the cover before you
proceed with next step.
How to use the LED torch with camera:
Flashlight
Press the LED light ON/OFF to switch the 8 bright white LED’s on and off.
Video function
Push the ON/OFF button for a few seconds until the blue indicator becomes red.
The camera is in standby mode and ready for use. Press the ON/OFF button quickly again to
start video recording. The blue indicator flashes with an interval of ± 1 second. To stop
recording, press the ON/OFF button again. The blue indicator flashes 3 times and goes off.
The red indicator remains on.

Photo function
Push the ON/OFF button for a few seconds until the blue indicator becomes red.
The camera is in standby mode and ready for use. Press the photo function button to take a
photo. The blue indicator will light up and quickly flash 3 times after a few seconds. The red
indicator remains on.
General
- When no function is activated within 30 seconds, the power will automatically shut down to
save battery power.
- The video and photo files are stored in the folder DCIM, 100 MEDIA.
- When the Micro SD card is defect or not inserted, the red indicator will flash for
10 seconds, then automatically turn off.
- Save your data when you connect to a computer otherwise the data will be over-written
when the SD card is full.
- When the LED torch with camera does not power on, then the battery power is probably
low and needs to be charged before use again.
- When the battery power is low during use, the current file will be saved before the LED
torch with camera turns off.
- When the LED torch with camera is in use in a car and connected with the car adapter, it
will start recording automatically when the car is started. When you turn off the car, the
camera will automatically stop recording and store the video; then the camera will
automatically turn off after 30 seconds.
- To switch off the LED torch with camera manually, keep on pushing the ON/OFF and video
button until the indicator turns blue. Then release the button and the blue and red indicator
will go off.
Mounting options
The packaging of the LED torch with camera includes a windshield bracket with suction pad
and a bicycle bracket. For use in a car, select a proper place on the windshield for the bracket.
For safety reasons it is important that the torch is not blocking your view. Use the bicycle
bracket to mount the torch on the handlebars of a bicycle.
Warning: do not operate the torch while driving or cycling.

LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera
Einleitung:
SEC-DVRTOR10 vereint eine LED Taschenlampe mit einer eingebauten, versteckten Kamera
und einem Mikrofon zur Aufnahme auf einer Micro SD Karte (nicht mitgeliefert). Ideal für
Sicherheitszwecke und mit dem mitgelieferten Zubehör vielseitig verwendbar. Als
Taschenlampe kann das Produkt von Sicherheitspersonal benutzt werden um Beweismaterial
bei Tag und Nacht aufzunehmen. Die Taschenlampe kann an der Windschutzscheibe eines
Autos befestigt werden um Aufnahmen während der Fahrt aufzunehmen. Mit der
Fahrradhalterung kann die Taschenlampe auch an einem Fahrrad für den Außeneinsatz
befestigt werden.

Vor Gebrauch:
1) Öffnen Sie den Deckel an der Unterseite der Taschenlampe und
stecken Sie eine Micro SD Karte ein. Verbinden Sie die Taschenlampe mit
einem PC oder einem Laptop mit dem USB Kabel um den Akku
aufzuladen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Taschenlampe vor der
Aufladung ausgeschaltet ist. Die Anzeige leuchtet für einen kurzen
Moment blau auf und fängt dann an rot zu blinken. Wenn die
Taschenlampe aufgeladen ist bleibt die Anzeige rot. Es wird empfohlen
den Akku immer ganz aufzuladen. Der komplette Aufladevorgang dauert
etwa 6 Stunden.
2) Einstellung des Datums und der Zeit.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
Taschenlampe immer noch mit einem PC
oder einem Laptop verbunden ist. Wählen Sie
in dem Fenster „Verzeichnis öffnen um
Dateien zu sehen“. Erstellen Sie eine
Textdatei in dem Verzeichnis. Die Textdatei
muss tag benannt werden und geben Sie das
aktuelle Datum (Jahr/Monat/Tag) und die Zeit
(Stunde/Minute/Sekunde) ein. Das Datum in
den Satzdateien wird als Monat/Tag/Jahr
Stunde/Minute/Sekunde angezeigt. Speichern
Sie die Datei. (Geben Sie bitte die
Zeiteinstellung gemäß der Abbildung rechts
ein).
3) Stecken Sie die Taschenlampe auf sichere Weise von Ihrem PC oder Laptop aus. Wenn die
Taschenlampe wieder eingeschaltet wird, werden das neue Datum und die Zeit wirksam. Die
Textdatei wird aus dem Verzeichnis gelöscht. Schließen Sie den Deckel bevor Sie mit dem
nächsten Schritt fortfahren.
Wie wird die LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera benutzt:
Taschenlampe
Drücken Sie die Taste LED Licht AN/AUS um die 8 hellen weißen LEDs an-und
auszuschalten.

Videofunktion
Drücken Sie die AN/AUS-Taste für einige Sekunden bis die blaue Anzeige rot wird.
Die Kamera ist in Bereitschaftsmodus und fertig für den Gebrauch. Drücken Sie die
AN/AUS-Taste nochmals schnell um die Videoaufnahme zu beginnen. Die blaue Anzeige
blinkt in einem Zeitabstand von ± 1 Sekunde. Um die Aufnahme zu stoppen, drücken Sie die
AN/AUS-Taste nochmals. Die blaue Anzeige blinkt 3 Mal und wird rot. Die rote Anzeige bleibt
an.
Fotofunktion
Drücken Sie die AN/AUS-Taste für einige Sekunden, bis die blaue Anzeige rot wird.
Die Kamera ist in Bereitschaftsmodus und fertig für den Gebrauch. Drücken Sie die
Fotofunktionstaste um ein Foto zu machen. Die blaue Anzeige wird aufleuchten und nach
einigen Sekunden 3 Mal schnell aufleuchten. Die rote Anzeige bleibt an.
Allgemeines
- Wenn innerhalb von 30 Sekunden keine Funktion aktiviert wird, wird automatisch
ausgeschaltet, um den Akku zu schonen.
- Die Video-und Fotodateien werden in dem Verzeichnis DCIM, 100 MEDIA gespeichert.
- Wenn die Micro SD Karte defekt oder nicht eingesteckt ist, wird die rote Anzeige für
10 Sekunden aufblinken und dann automatisch abschalten.
- Speichern Sie Ihre Daten, wenn Sie mit einem PC verbunden sind, ansonsten werden die
Daten überschrieben, wenn die SD Karte voll ist.
- Wenn die LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera sich nicht einschaltet, ist der Akku
wahrscheinlich zu schwach und muss vor dem Gebrauch erst wieder aufgeladen werden.
- Wenn die Akkuleistung während des Gebrauchs zu niedrig ist, wird die aktuelle Datei
gespeichert bevor die LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera sich ausschaltet.
- Wenn die LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera in einem Auto benutzt wird und mit einem
Autoadapter verbunden ist, wird sie automatisch die Aufnahme beginnen, wenn das Auto
gestartet wird. Wenn Sie das Auto abschalten, wird die Kamera die Aufnahme
automatisch beenden und das Video speichern, danach wird die Kamera sich nach
30 Sekunden automatisch ausschalten.
- Um die LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera manuell zu betreiben, halten Sie die AN/AUS-und
Videotaste gedrückt bis die Anzeige blau aufleuchtet. Dann lassen Sie die Taste los und
die blaue und rote Anzeige schalten sich aus.
Befestigungsmöglichkeiten
Die Verpackung der LED Taschenlampe mit Kamera beinhaltet eine
Windschutzscheibenhalterung mit einem Saugnapf und eine Fahrradhalterung. Für den
Gebrauch in einem Auto, wählen Sie einen geeigneten Platz auf der Windschutzscheibe für
die Halterung. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist es wichtig, dass die Taschenlampe nicht Ihre Sicht
behindert. Benutzen Sie die Fahrradhalterung um die Taschenlampe am Lenker eines
Fahrrades zu befestigen.
Warnung: betreiben Sie die Taschenlampe nicht während Sie Auto-oder
Fahrradfahren.
