P OG AMMING THE COFFEE MAKE
Your coffee maker has a 24 hours timing, but the programme clock
remains in the memory as long as you o not mo ify it.
• Check the time isplaye on the clock.
• Sli e the release button of the li of the water tank an lift it. Fill
the water tank with col water. The number of cups can be rea
on the gra uate water tank. Close the li .
• Pull the filter hol er out using its han le, fill the permanent filter
with the esire quantity of groun coffee or use the grin er (see
“USING THE COFFEE G INDE ” section). Then replace the filter
hol er in its initial position.
NOTE: If you o not want to use the grin er an eci e to fill the
filter with normal groun coffee, press the GRIND OFF button, the
orange pilot light will come on.
• Press the PROG button twice successively. The time "12:00" an
‘TIMER" will be isplaye on the electronic igital clock.
• Set the esire programming time oing the same as escribe
for the setting of the clock.
• Once the setting is finishe , wait about 15 secon s or press PROG
key until “TIMER” isappears. The programming time will
isappear an will be replace by the time of the clock.
• Make sure the jug is place correctly on the hotplate.
• Then press the ON/OFF switch twice successively an the green
PROG pilot light will come on. The coffee machine is rea y to
start at the set time.
• To check or to mo ify the programming time, press the PROG
button twice until TIMER appears an it will be isplaye . You can
now mo ify it as you like.
• When your appliance will start at the set time, the green pilot light
will go out an the re ON/OFF pilot light will come on, in icating
that the brewing process has starte .
• You can switch off your appliance anytime simply by pressing the
ON/OFF switch until all pilot lights are off.
• When you remove the jug from the appliance, a non- rip valve
will automatically operate to stop any rops of coffee ripping
onto the hotplate. Replacement of the jug automatically opens
