We would like to congratulate you on buying the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat.
The Avionaut Kite children’s car seat is in accordance with the strictest standards of ECE
R44/04 and is appropriate for children of weight from 0 to 13kg.
The Avionaut Kite children’s car seat assures maximum safety only when it is used in
compliance with its service manual.
We recommend that the instructions shall be kept with the car seat during its life period.

IMPORTANT!!!
• The Avionaut Kite Children’s car seat may assure the optimum safety of your
child only when it is used correctly and according to the user’s manual.
• The Avionaut Kite children’s car seat may be used on the front and back
passenger seat, but always backwards to the direction of travelling.
• Do not use the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat on a passenger seat if it is
equipped with an airbag. Such installation may be life threatening for your child!
• When using the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat, the back passenger seat, if
foldable, must stay immobile.
• The children’s car seat should always be fastened with seatbelts, even when it
is empty.
• You must not introduce any modications or install any additional elements to
the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat.
• Do not use the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat without its upholstery. Do
not replace the upholstery by any other than the original one, provided by
the producer, because it makes contribution to the restraining function of the
children’s car seat.
• We rmly advise against using our product purchased from a third party. In such
case you will never be sure if such children’s car seat didn’t take part in a car
accident or whether it was damaged in any other way.
• You must make certain that there are no objects laying loosely on the back seat,
which could injure the child while braking.
• Make sure that any objects and luggage, which could injure the child or any
passenger in the car in case of a collision, are well secured.
• A children’s car seat, which took part in a car accident, may not ensure safety to
your child, due to invisible damages, that is why it should be replaced.
• NEVER leave the child unattended in the car seat, also while using the car seat
outside of the car.
I. PLACING A CHILD IN THE AVIONAUT KITE CHILDREN’S CAR SEAT
(DRAWINGS A-F)
• By pressing the red button unfasten the buckle of the car seat belt
• Place the child in the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat, fasten the child’s safety
belt and regulate its stress.
• Make sure that the child is properly placed in the Avionaut Kite children’s car

seat and that the child’s back clings tightly to the backrest.
• The braces must t at above the child’s shoulders.
• Plastics ending of the braces must be joined together.
• Next, put the joined plastic endings of the braces into the buckle, until you hear
a ,,click” sound, which is the sound of snapping shut.
• Pull the middle strap located in the front part of the car seat in order to make
sure that the child is tightly held by the braces of the car seat (seatbelt system).
Adjusting the braces
The length of the braces (seatbelt system) should be adjusted to your child’s individual needs.
The braces should be put through the slots located nearest from your child’s shoulders.
All securing tapes mounting the restraining device in the car should be tightened so that all
the tapes holding a child are tightly t to the child’s body and not twisted.
Adjusting the braces (seatbelt system) is as following:
a) Belt-loosening
Press the regulative button located in the front side of the shell and pull the braces at the
same time.
B) Belt-tightening
Tighten the middle belt in the front of the shell until the braces t tight to the child’s body.
A pad with shaping insertion
The Avionaut Kite children’s car seat is equipped with removable lling pad for infants. It
tailors the laying position to an individual child’s needs and holds the infant’s head.
The lling pad may be used longer, after removing the sponge lling. Shaping insertion should
be removed by unfolding the side elements of gauze, and then sliding the side elements
inside. We suggest using the lling insertion until the 5th month of your child’s life.
II. Installation of the Avionaut Kite children’s seat in a car
The Avionaut Kite children’s car seat is suitable for listed vehicles equipped with three-points
static seat belt and three-points seat belt with the retractor, which are in accordance with the
ECE no. 16 standard or equivalent.
While installing the children’s car seat in the car you have to be careful with the following
actions:

• NEVER install the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat on the seats equipped with
airbags. Such installation may cause serious injuries or even death.
• ALWAYS install the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat backwards to the direction
of travelling, while the holder of the car seat should be set in a leaning position
(picture G-1).
• The front passenger seat should be set in the farest back position.
• Pull the car’s seatbelts maximally and put its hip part through the upper slot
meant for the hip safety belt (picture C).
• Buckle the safety belt.
• Put the chest part of the car’s seatbelt through the slot meant for the chest
safety belt, which is located at the back of the car seat holder in a ,,blocked”
position.
• Now the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat is properly installed.
III. Regulation of the car seat’s holder
In order to change the holder’s position forwards or backwards, you should press buttons
situated on both sides of the car seat, at the same time. The buttons will go back to their initial
position as soon as the proper position of the holder is found.
There are four positions of the holder (picture G).
1. Car position
2. Carrying position
3. Sleeping / Rocking position
4. Sitting position / carry-cot
In order to nd a needed position of the holder:
• Use both hands to press the two red buttons which regulate the position of the
car seat’s holder (picture G).
• Move the holder to the position that you require, until you hear a loud and clear
,,click” sound, which is the sound of snapping shut.

IV. Cleaning of the Avionaut Kite children’s car seat
1. Cleaning and maintenance
• The shell of the car seat may be cleaned with warm soap water.
• The upholstery may be cleaned with lukewarm water and soap. Rinse with fresh
water and leave to dry. NEVER use bleach or other chemical detergents.
• DO NOT tumble dry.
2. Taking o the cover
• Unfasten the main safety buckle.
• Take out the shaping insertion.
• Put the braces and the crotch belt trough the holes in the cover.
• Take o the cover.
3. Putting on the cover
• Put the braces and the crotch belt back through the holes in the cover.
• Put the cover on.
• Put the braces back through the holes in the pad with shaping insertion.
• Fasten the main safety buckle.
V. Warranty
• The product is under warranty for the period of 12 months from the date of
purchase.
• The Guarantor guarantees a good quality and proper operating of the product
on condition of using it in compliance with its intended destination and in
compliance with its service manual.
• The guarantee accures to the rst owner only and does not transfer to third
party.
• In case a defect is found, u should contact point of retail purchase with the
product and purchase invoice.
• The warranty of the sold product does not exclude, limit nor suspend the right of
the buyer, resulting from the inconsistency of the product with the agreement.

• The warranty of the bought product spreads throughout the Republic of Poland.
The warranty is not granted:
• When the product has been delivered to the producer without the original receipt
/ act of purchase.
• When the defect is caused by misuse or maintenance carried out incompatibly
with service manual.
• In case when any mending have been carried out by third party.
• In case any damage or removal of serial number located on the seat has been
stated.
Buyer’s rights:
Submitting a complaint the Buyer should clarify their request. Law on special conditions of
consumer sales provides various powers in the event of non-compliance of the consumer
goods with the contract. In the rst place to choose from are:
1. Request to repair the goods free of charge,
2. Request to replace the goods for the new ones.
Any repairs resulting from the fault of the manufacturer are carried out free of charge. “Repair
or replacement free of charge” means that the seller is also obliged to reimburse the costs
incurred by the Buyer.
IMPORTANT!!!
The Seller is not responsible for the inconsistency of consumer goods with the contract in
case when the Buyer know about this inconsistency or, by assessing resonably, should have
known.
The Seller is responsible for the inconsistency of consumer goods with the contract in case
when it is stated before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of this commodity to
the Buyer.
If the Seller, who receives from the Buyer a request related to the inconsistency of consumer
goods with the contract, does not respond to it within 14 days, it is believed that it was
considered to be reasonable.

Attention !!!
1. All-purpose type restraining device approved on the basis of
Regulation No. 44 correction No. 04. Widely used in vehicles
and suitable for most, but not all car seats.
2. Proper installing of the device is possible only when the
producer of the vehicle states in the car user’s manual that
an “all-purpose restraining device”fort his age groups may be
used in the car.
3. This particular restraining device was certied as an “all-
purpose” on the basis or the strictest criteria, which are even
stricter than of those children’s car seats not labeled as “all-
purpose”.
4. In case of any doubts, you should seek an advice of the
producer or a seller of the children’s car seat.
