Note
When screwing the brass caps in, it is helpful if the threaded pins
protrude from the bores of the piece. Therefore, only screw the pins
into the cross dowels a little.
Mount the threaded pins (pos. 23) of the connecting ribs
(pos. 15 and pos. 16) and the rear lattice (pos. 21) in the following
sequence:
1. Lay the connecting ribs and the rear lattice down flat.
2. Insert the cross dowels (pos. 25) into the cross dowel bores (pos.
30). The cross dowel bores are not adapted to the length of the
cross dowel. Do not slide the cross dowels all the way into the
cross dowel bores.
25
30
3. Peer through the threaded pin bore (pos. 31) and position the
cross dowel so that the opening in the cross dowel is lined up
with the threaded pin. Use a screw driver to position the cross
dowel.
4. Insert the threaded pin (pos. 23) into the threaded pin bore (pos
31).
23
31
5. Screw the threaded pin (pos. 23) into the cross dowel with one
rotation. Do not screw the threaded pin all the way into the cross
dowel.
6. Screw the threaded pins (Pos. 24) into the buffer profiles on the
side of the outwardly opening doors (Pos. 16) and into the two
sockets in the rear lattice.

Mounting the side frames
13
17
16
15
16
1. Position a side frame in preparation (pos. 13). Begin by mounting
the rear rib (pos. 16) by inserting the threaded pins through the
lower bores of the side frame. The wooden dowels must be accu-
rately guided into the appropriate holes. Fasten the rib using a
brass cap (pos. 26). The frame can now already stand on its own.
2. Screw the front rib (pos. 16) (with the groove facing upwards) and
side frame together. Now slide the panel (pos. 17) into the groove,
with the support ledge on the support ribs (pos. 15) facing inward
and aluminum tracks rounding facing outward, are positioned and
also bolted together with the side frame.

Mounting the rear lattice and second side frame
13
15
13
21
16
16
1. Position the second side frame (pos. 13) in such a way that the
front ribs (pos. 15 and 16) can be hooked. Secure this connection
with loosely screwed brass caps (pos. 26).
2. Screw the lower rear lattice (pos. 21) into a side frame by hand
using the brass caps (pos. 26). Then tightly screw and fasten the
second side frame.
3. First tighten all the remaining brass caps (pos. 26) on one side by
hand to avoid tilting. Then, tighten all the caps on the other side.
» The bed is now secure.

that there is a uniform distance between the slats and the two side
frames.
2. Bolt the slats for the solid wood base to the support ledges on the
support ribs (Pos. 15) and the rear lattice (Pos. 21). Use the screws
(pos. 27) and a cordless screwdriver for this.

2. Guide the opened outwardly opening door into the aluminum
tracks of the connecting ribs using the guide pins. The stop profi-
les must be positioned on the outside, while the guide pins must
be facing down. This automatically results in the finished door
section.
3. Slide the outwardly opening door onto the aluminum track of the
corresponding side frame (pos. 13). At the same time, insert the
threaded pins into the openings of the side frame (pos. 13).
4. Screw the brass caps (pos. 26) onto the threaded pins and tighten
the brass caps.
5. Open the mounted outwardly opening door (see Section ‘Ope-

4. Insert the door lock (pos. 14) into the bracket, first on one side and
then on the other. The retaining bars engage over the door latches.
5. Press the red button on the brackets to close the door lock (see
Section ‘Opening/closing the door lock’).
