PRODUCTINFORMATION
Kellfri's tractor-driven log splitter with variably adjustable splitting length, 300-700 mm. The
splitting length is set using an adjuster on the control rod. The log splitter is connected to the
tractor's three-point linkage and the hydraulic hoses are connected to the pressure and
return outlets. To prevent side forces from occurring in the splitting cylinder, the pressure
plate runs on rails in the frame beam. Kellfri's log splitter has a proven design based on long,
extensive experience. 4-way splitting wedge and work table are standard.

Only use the machine for log splitting. The machine is designed as single-purposed tool.

• Read the instruction manual carefully before using the machine
•Never put your hands or other body parts on the machine without stopping the machine
and the tractor engine.
•Never leave the equipment with the tractor engine running. Turn o the engine and ap-
ply the parking brake when you leave the equipment, even for a short moment.
• Keep the work area free from other people, moving parts increases the risk of accidents.
• Do not use / store the machine where it is exposed to rain or moisture.
• Make sure the work area is well lit.
•Children must are not allowed within the work area, never let children handle machines,
tools.
• The equipment works best and safest when it is used in the capacity it is intended for, do
not try to increase machine capacity.
• Stand rmly and do not strech over the machine while it is running.
• Check hydraulic hoses periodically, to ensure that no damage has occured.
• Always disengage the machine when not in use and when it is serviced.
• Never overload the machine.
• Do not move the machine while it is running.
• Never leave the machine unattended when it is running.
•The log splitter must not be loaded by any person other than the operator, misunder-
standings can easily lead to injuries. Keep hands o between the log and the knife.

Make sure warning decals are always visible and clean them when necessary. Do not use a
high-pressure washer directly on the warning label. If a decal becomes worn or in any other
way unusable, order a new set of decals.

PERSONAL PROTECTION
Always use suitable protection equipment. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery while
working with the equipment. Long hair should be tied up when working with equipment that
has moving parts. Use protective gloves,protectiv glasses and ear defenders

In case of emergency, call 112.
Always have a mobile phone or emergency phone available when working alone. A rst aid
kit and re extinguisher must be kept in an easily accessible location when carrying out any
work, maintenance and service.

using the machine. Risk of serious injuries can occur during operation.Take an extra caution
when children are in the area where the equipment/ product is being use or stored. Check
the area for low hanging electrical wires. Be careful when working on slopes and near ditches.
