INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
KENT Auto Sanitiser is designed to facilitate only wall-mounting usage.
The sanitiser is easy and convenient to install.
Recommended Site Preparations:
• Single Phase 230 V AC
• Installation space as per dimensions of the sanitiser
• Make sure that the sanitiser is mounted on a wall. Avoid installation on
wooden and metallic stands
• The system and installation must comply with state and local laws
and regulations
Installation Procedure:

1. Paste the central drill sticker on wall at (4.5 feet to 5.0 feet from the ground) as
per your convenience.
2. Ensure that sticker is pasted straight on the wall, then drill holes as per the space
provided on sticker.
3. Now, insert the puff up with the help of a hammer.
4. Screw in two 10X50 self-taping screws, 5.57 inches (141.5 mm) apart horizontally.
5. Carefully hang the purifier on the wall with the help of the wall-mounting slot
holes provided on back side of the sanitiser.
Note: If the wall is not straight or the screws are not properly drilled in an even
position, it will damage your sanitiser.
Note: Keep the device away from heat.
Step-2
1. Connect the power supply.
2. Installation is complete.
STARTING-UP THE SANITISER
• Switch on the power supply
• Fill storage tank to the maximum level
• Before using for the first time run the machine until the liquid
sanitiser comes out from the bottom so that pump will be primed (See
priming procedure)
• Sanitiser is ready to use
HOW IT WORKS
• Place your hand below the bottom of the dispenser at the middle
• Required (to be adjusted by technician only) quantity of the sanitiser
gets sprayed
• Dispenser become ready for the next person after 3 seconds
PRIMING OF THE PUMP
During installation as the pump will be used first time, priming needs to be
done to remove the air in the line so that pump can operate.
Step-1
1. Use Syringe and inject sanitizer into the sanitiser suction pipe.
2. Fill it till the sanitiser can be pushed in.
3. Turn on the power and press the switch on the LH lower side
to turn on continuous spray.
4. Keep pushing sanitiser till spray starts coming.
5. Now block the suction pipe with thumb so that the sanitiser inside does not fall
and put it in the tank.
6. Now press the side switch few times till proper spray starts to come. At this point
all the air from the system has been removed.
7. Place hand below the sanitiser to see that it is sensing properly every time.
8. Machine is now ready for use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the original part in order to
avoid hazard
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance

knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Removable tank for refilling and cleaning
• Sanitiser Refill- open the cover to take the tank out. Fill the sanitiser and put the
tank back
Note: Incase spray nozzle that blocked. Please contact your nearest KENT dealer or
branch, Mishandling of the same may lead to discontinue warranty.
