DNX7230DAB
Experience seamless navigation between DNX7230DAB and your
smartphone, share information and Garmin Live Services such as
Local Weather, Fuel Prices, etc. between your smartphone and
headunit. Smartphone Link is available via Google Play as a free
download app, with optional upgrade for traffic.
Aha organises your favourite internet content from the web into
on-demand radio stations. For example, you can listen to the latest
Facebook updates or Tweets from your friends, or listen to other
stations that include internet radio, podcasts, and audiobooks.
AHA RADIO CONTROL
A digital radio technology for broadcasting radio stations, DAB delivers
cleaner, crispe r sound in comparison to traditional AM and FM radio.
Furthermore in 2007 an upgraded DAB+was released, which features
a higher audio quality and better reception*. Kenwood has incorpo-
rated DAB+ into DNN9230DAB, DNX7230DAB, DNX5230DAB and
DNX4230DAB navigation headunits for boosted performance.

Traffic Trend calculates recommended routes based on historical traffic data, while My Trend learns your daily or frequently used destina-
tions to provide helpful routing information by looking ahead for traffic delays.
TRAFFIC TREND /MY TREND
All DNX Navigation systems are iPod/iPhone friendly, searching for music or a movie title is a snap via the touch panel. In addition to conven-
tional searches for playlists, artists, albums and genres, additional search commands can also be performed for music videos, TV
shows, movies, video playlists, etc. Kenwood’s exclusive “My Favourite Albums” feature, for all DNX navigation systems allows the user to “flick
through” album art from a connected iPod or iPhone and create their own personal “Top Ten”.

All DNX navigation systems come equipped with built-in Bluetooth capability to enable hands-free mobile phone operation so you can keep
your hands on the steering wheel where they belong and concentrate on the road ahead. In addition, we have integrated the capability
to play music files stored in A2DP-compatible devices to bring a wireless world of seamless entertainment into your car.
BLUETOOTH TECHNOLOGY
Simply purchase the latest map online, download to a USB memory device and upload to your DNX navigation system. A microSD/SD
card with a pre-loaded map can also be purchased online, upload to DNN9230DAB and DNX7230DAB by SD card and DNX5230DAB,
DNX4230DAB and DNX4230BT by microSD card.
EASY MAP UPDATE
The built-in TMC tuner offers real-time traffic information. The system
can also calculate a route to avoid congestion according to the traffic
information received.
