th bowl with a small quantity of liquid from th r cip . Proc ss until th d sir d

Nuts
Chop nuts for cak s and biscuits by placing into th bowl and proc ssing until
th d sir d consist ncy is obtain d.
Cake making
Spong typ cak s ar b st mad by th ‘all in on m thod’. All th ingr di nts
ar plac d into th bowl and proc ss d until smooth - approximat ly 10
sconds. A ‘soft tub’ margarin us d straight from th r frig rator and cut into
2cm/3⁄4in cub s should always b us d.
Savoury dips/spreads
Plac th solid ingr di nts into th bowl in 2.5cm/1in cub s. Proc ss until fin ly
chopp d. Add th cr am tc., and continu to proc ss until th ingr di nts ar

Batters
With th knif blad in position plac th dry ingr di nts, gg and a littl liquid in
th bowl, proc ss until smooth. Add th r maining liquid down th f d tub
whilst th machin is op rating.
Yeast dough

s conds to mix. With th machin running add th liquid mixtur down th f d
tub and continu proc ssing until th mixtur forms a dough and b com s
smooth in app aranc and lastic to touch - this will tak 45-60 s conds. Allow
th dough to ris th n r -kn ad for 10 s conds.

Th citrus pr ss is us d to juic citrus fruit i orang s, l mons, lim s and
grap fruits.
1 Fit th bowl onto th proc ssor. Add th strain r and turn clockwis until th fin
on th strain r aligns with th mark on th proc ssor body .
2 Attach th con onto th driv shaft turning until it drops all th way down .
3 Cut th fruit in half. Switch on and pr ss th fruit onto th con .
