2. INSTALLATION GUIDE
Setting the lock for Right-Hand or Left-Hand Doors
- Door frame thickness ≧110mm
- Door thickness: 38-48mm
- To install the lock for a right-hand side door, ensure the toggle switch on the
back of the assembly is set to L.
- To install the lock for a left-hand side door, ensure the toggle switch on the
back of the assembly is set to R.

3. Summary of Features
Admin Bluetooth key: Mobile phone and door lock paired, the Bluetooth lock
unlocks with Bluetooth via the app.
Admin Password: Mobile phone and door lock paired, the Bluetooth lock
unlocks with a permanent Master code.
Multiple Locks: A mobile phone can be connected to more than one smart lock
at the same time, name your lock when paring it with your phone.
Bluetooth key remote authorization: The Admin can instantly send Bluetooth
eKeys to other people after they have downloaded APP onto their smartphone
and created a TTLock account. Access can be the one time, timed, permanent or
cyclic entry.
Remote password authorisation: The app can generate one time, timed,
permanent or cyclic passcodes even when you are not in range of the door lock.
Password protection: The smart lock will automatically lock for 5 minutes when
the wrong password is entered 5 times;to protect your password you can
enter any number of digits before entering the correct password, ensure the
last digits are the correct password and the lock will recognise your password.

Automatic unlocking: The lock can be set to automatically lock between 5 to
120 seconds after unlocking。
General lock: Press and hold ”#” about 5 seconds to lock the door when in
manual mode.
Low Battery Consumption: 4pcs AA batteries can provide 5000 openings
(approx. 6 months)
Low Battery Indicator:When the battery power is low, the Bluetooth lock will
emit low battery warning sound. The battery level will also be updated on the
app during Bluetooth unlocking. If the battery power runs out, use 9V backup
battery or mechanical key.
Real time monitoring: When users use the app or password to unlock the door,
the Admin can see the unlocking time records on APP.
Real-time reminder: Mobile phone and door lock connected,click” ” on
the upper right corner of the interface, you can query the record of received
Bluetooth key and more user information.
4. PROGRAMMING
***Please note the TTLock App is constantly being developed so these
instructions may differ from what you see within the App***
4-1. Paring lock to the phone
1) For the Android App, please scan the QR code below or search “TTlock” from
the Google Play store.
2) For the Apple App, please scan the QR code below or search for “TTlock”
from App Store.

2. Register a new account (phone number or email) or login with an existing
account.
3. If you want to set up the lock prior to installation on the door, press and hold
the white button on the back of front panel before the next steps, otherwise
the locks anti-tampering alarm will sound.
4. Turn on Bluetooth and login into the APP,Select the user profile in the
top left hand corner and click ”+ Add Lock”.
5. Remove 1pc of battery--touch keyboard a few seconds--put back the
battery--press”#” immediately--you will
see” ”---press”+”---set name for the lock---press
“ok”.
6. After your mobile phone and door lock are paired, click ” ”on the upper
left corner of the interface then there have more functional operations can be
performed.
4-2. Unlock(The Admin unlock)
1. After mobile phone and door lock are paired, click the connected door lock
device---” ”to unlock. (Within 5 metres from the door lock)
2. The Admin password unlock, after mobile phone and door lock are paired,
open the APP---click connected door lock device--click ” ” on the bottom
of the interface---see Admin passcode--input passcode ---”#” to unlock.
3. Mechanical key unlock, use a screwdriver to open the round keyhole cover
on the front panel, then use mechanical key to unlock the door.
4. When you are in the room, use thumb-turn on back panel to unlock.
4-3. Lock
1. Press and hold ”#” about 5 seconds to lock.
2. Set auto lock, click the connected door lock device—click” ” on the
bottom of the interface---auto lock--choose set time 5s – 120s---OK.(This
operation must be within range of the door lock and need to be connected via
Bluetooth)

3. Mechanical key lock door, use a screwdriver to open the round keyhole cover
on the front panel, then use the mechanical key to lock the door.
4. When you are in the room, use thumb-turn on back panel to lock door.
4-4. Modify the Admin password
Click the connected door lock device---click “ ” on the bottom of the
interface---Admin passcode--input the APP account login password---input the
new Admin password(7-8 digits)--- save. (This operation must be near the
door lock and need to be connected to Bluetooth)
4-5.Modify the Admin
A door lock can only have one Admin at the same time, you need to delete the
original Admin first if you want to modify the Admin. find the door lock device
that you want to modify the Admin---slide to the left---delete---click it---input
the APP account login password--- ok.(This operation must be near the door
lock and need to be connected to Bluetooth)
4-6. Bluetooth key remote authorization(Admin’ s phone can remotely send
electronic keys to other users to unlock)
Click the connected door lock device---”Send eKey” on the bottom of the
interface---choose”Permanent” or“Timed” ---input the receiver’s APP account
(the receiver must download the APP and register an account)--- “Send”。
4-7. The Admin’ s phone has the right to freeze, delete, authorize, and
rename for the electronic key that has been sent
Click the connected door lock device---”eKeys” on the bottom of the
interface--- on the upper right corner of the interface---choose “Clear
eKeys” or “Reset eKeys” or “Send eKey” according to your needs. If you only
need to manage some of the keys, Click the electronic key that you want to
manage, according to your needs to choose “Freeze” or “Delete” or“Authorize”

or “Rename”; also you can click on the upper right corner of the interface
to change the validity of the electronic key that has been sent.
4-8. Password remote authorization (Admin’ s phone can remotely send password
to other users to unlock)
Click the connected door lock device---”send” on the bottom of the interface---
choose ”Permanent” or “Timed” or “Cyclic” or “One-time” or “Customised”
according to your needs---edit the active time---”Generate”---”Send by Wechat”
or “Send by Msg.’.(ps:This operation need to be connected to network)
4-9. The Admin’ s phone has the right to rename, delete the password that
has been sent
Click the connected door lock device---”Passcodes” on the bottom of the
interface--- on the upper right corner of the interface---choose “Reset
passcode” or “Send passcode”according to your needs,If you only need to
manage some of the password, click the password that you want to manage,
choose”Rename”or “Delete” according to your needs.(ps:This operation must
be near the door lock and need to be connected to Bluetooth)
5. Changing batteries
To open the battery compartment, slide the cover upwards and put 4pcs AA
batteries. (It is recommended to use a reputable battery brand. Also please use
4 batteries of the same type &brand).
