1. Water level should not be below the heating element (i.e not below MIN line) Water level should also not exceed
the MAX line as it may overow when boiling.
Kandungan air tidak boleh di bawah alat pemanas (iaitu rendah dari garisan MIN). Kandungan air juga tidak boleh
melebihi paras garisan MAX bagi mengelakkan air melimpah keluar dari cerek semasa mendidih.
2. Close the kettle by pressing down the lid cover until properly secured.
Penutup hendaklah ditekan bagi memastikan ia tertutup kemas.
1. Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
Cabutkan soket dari cerek sebelum mencucinya.
2. Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the kettle surface.

4. Send to manufacturer for repair if the kettle is not function properly.

3. To prevent scratches or damages to kettle, do not use gasoline or other abrasive chemicals. Normal household
detergents can be used to clean kettle.
Untuk mengelakkan cerek dari bercalar dan rosak, jangan cuci dengan menggunakan gasoline atau bahan kimia.
Pencuci pinggan biasa boleh digunakan.
4. Power will be automatically cut-o when boiling. Depressed the switch button if water need to boil again.
Bekalan kuasa akan dimatikan secara otomatik setelah air mendidih. Tekan butang suis yang bertanda “1” jika
hendak memanaskan semula air yang telah sejuk.
3. Power cord must be plug-in only after the lid is closed. To switch it ON, depressed the switch button indicates “1”
To switch it OFF manually, depressed the switch button indicates“0”
Plug hendaklah dimasukkan ke soket hanya setelah tudung penutup ditutupkan dengan rapat.
Untuk menghidupkan suis, tekan butang suis yang bertanda “1”.
Untuk mematikan suis, tekan butang suis yang bertanda “0”.

Important / Penting
1. Do not pour boiling water when power cord is still connected (for Model 5801).
Jangan tuangkan air yang mendidih apabila soket penerima letrik masih dipasangkan (bagi Model 5801).
2. Do not submerge kettle in water when washing.
Jangan rendamkan cerek ke dalam air semasa membasuhnya.
4. Warranty will be void when the kettle is used to boil coee, tea etc. This kettle is manufactured only for
boiling water.
Waranti akan tidak sah sekiranya digunakan untuk menjerang air kopi, teh dll. Cerek ini dibuat hanya
untuk menjerang air panas sahaja.
3. Do not switch “ON”when there is no water and when the lid is not properly covered.
Jangan hidupkan suis sebelum mengisikan air ke dalam cerek dan sebelum menutup penutup tundung.
5. Do not drop the kettle on oor.
Jangan jatuhkan cerek ke lantai.
6. Do not use steel wool pads or other abrasive materials to clean kettle.
Jangan gunakan penggosok keluli atau benda yang kesat untuk mencucinya.
7. To prevent stains developing on the kettle element, do not leave water in the kettle when not in use.
Untuk mengelakkan kekotoran ke atas alat pemanas , jangan tinggalkan air di dalam cerek jikalau tidak
menggunakannya.
8. If kettle is overlled boiling water may be ejected.
Air yang diisi berlebihan akan melimpah ketika mendidih.

Caution
1. Ensure that the power cord is inserted fully into the back of the kettle and insert the plug into a standard
domestic power outlet. Switch on the power outlet, then switch on the kettle by using the ON/OFF switch.
Make sure that there is water in the jug.
1. The kettle is only to be used with the base provided.
1. The appliance is not intended for use by young children or inrm persons without supervision.
2. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. Do not use this appliance in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or swimming pool. There are
no user serviceable parts inside. Never remove any part of the appliance unless qualied to do so. This
appliance contains dangerous voltages.
3. If the supply cord of this product is damaged, it must only be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
2. Stand the base unit on a dry, rm surface.
3. Ensure that the ON/OFF switch is in the“OFF”position. Locate the kettle rmly on the base.
4. Plug into the wall socket.
6. Remove the jug completely from the base unit before lling and when pouring.
7. The base does not require maintenance. Any damage must be fully replaced.
5. Ensure that the kettle has switched“OFF”automatically or is switched “OFF” manually before attempting to
remove it from the base unit.
