本器は当社の耐電圧または絶縁抵抗試験器のスタート／ストップ操作をリモート
コントロールするリモートコントロールボックスです。
試験器のパネル面の REMOTE 端子に接続してご使用ください。
RC01-TOS は START スイッチが 1 個ですが、RC02-TOS は START スイッチが 2 個
あります。2 個の START スイッチを両手で同時に押したときのみ試験が開始でき
ます。
・ リモートコントロールボックスからの信号で高電圧をON/OFF することになり、
場合によってはたいへん危険な状態が発生します。従って、不用意に高電圧が
発生することのないよう、また高電圧が発生しているときにはいかなる人も、被
試験物、高圧テストリード、プローブ、出力端子等にさわることができないよ
う、十分な安全対策を施してください。
上記の対策が施せない場合、リモートコントロールは行わないでください。
・ 本器は試験器と組み合わせて使用することを目的に設計されています。ご使用
になる前に、試験器本体の取扱説明書に記載されている警告および注意事項を
よくお読みください。

OPERATE スイッチ
このスイッチが ON のときのみ START スイッ
チが有効となります。OFF のときには強制ス
トップとなります。
START スイッチ
OPERATE スイッチが ON でかつ READY 状態
の時にこのスイッチを押すと試験を開始でき
ます。
STOP スイッチ
出力電圧の遮断もしくは FAIL 等の状態を解除
するスイッチです。試験器の STOP スイッチと
同一の機能を持っています。

リモートコントロールボックスを固定するには、付属のブラケットを下図のように
取り付けます。

Remote Control Box RC01-TOS/RC02-TOS enables a user to control the starting
and stopping operations of Kikusui’s Withstanding Voltage or Insulation Resistance
Tester from a remote location.
You can use this remote control box by simply connecting it to the REMOTE termi-
nal on the panel of the Tester.
RC01-TOS is equipped with one START switch. RC02-TOS is equipped with two
START switches, both of which you have to press simultaneously to be able to start
testing.
• The signals sent from the Remote Control Box are capable of turning ON/
OFF a high voltage. Therefore, certain situations may create extremely
hazardous conditions. Make sure not to generate high voltages carelessly
and provide adequate safety measures to prevent anyone from touching
the device under test, high voltage test lead, probe, and output terminals
when high voltage is generated.
Never use the Remote Control Box unless the above measures are ade-
quately provided.
• RC01-TOS/RC02-TOS is designed so that it can be used with the Tester. Before
using the Remote Control Box, read WARNING and CAUTION descriptions in
the Tester operation manual thoroughly.

OPERATE switch
The START switch will be effective only when this
switch is ON. When this switch is OFF, a forced
stop is activated.
START switch
A test can be started by pressing this switch when
the OPERATE switch is ON and the Tester is in the
READY status.
STOP switch
This switch is used to cut off the output voltage or to
cancel the FAIL status. The switch provides a func-
tion similar to the STOP switch on a Tester.

Using Brackets
To fix the remote control box, install provided brackets as shown in Figure below.
