Simple Calibration
1. Find the J8 jumper to switch to ‘ON’. Press HI/LO key and turn on the power at same time.
After 10 seconds the display shows P6 , release all keys.
2. Display will count backwards about 20 seconds. Scale will display calibration value. If value
needs to be changed, press NW/GW →(right movement key) and ZERO + (increase key) to
adjust the value to match your weighing standard’s value.
3. After adjusting the value, place the weighing standard on scale platform. When stable, press
HI/LO to displays P8 . About 5 seconds later there will be “BEEP” sound or indicator lights
on/off which means the calibration is completed. The scale should display same value as the
weighing standard. If there is a difference, press HI/LO key again until the difference has
been removed.
4. Power OFF and ON to reset..
Special Attentions:

zUse maximum (full) capacity weighing standard to calibrate to avoid any difference.
Minimum is 1/6.
zDo not use weighing standards beyond maximum capacity of scale.
zKeep the scale stable during calibration.
Installations & Attentions
zUse correct power supplied, connect ground line and do not share the power with other heavy
duty equipment.
zDO NOT leave any objects on the scale for a long period of time.
zMake sure the display shows “0” before operation.
zDO NOT remove any parts from the scale while the power is on.
Insufficient Power Warning
When operating using the battery, if insufficient power level is reached, battery indicator will
appear and scale will no longer operate. Scale battery needs to be recharged.
Charging Instruction
zPlease use correct charger specification and voltage to prevent any damage.
Adapter charging specification is 6V/1A. If the charging light turns red, this means scale is
recharging. If the charging light turns green, this means scale recharging is finished. Unplug
the power cord from the wall receptacle first then unplug from the scale adapter.
zTo prolong battery life, recharge the battery whenever available or at the end of every day.
Recharge every week when operated over 48 hours. Charge 8 hours for about 80 % full.
zWhen using (6V/10A) battery, scale can be operated for 100 hours,; if 6V/4.5A(standard) can
be operated for 50 hours.
zIf the battery is unable to charge, the adapter may be damaged.
zWhen hen the battery is to low, the battery icon will appear and the screen will blank out.
When charging battery, the red charging light should come on. If the red light does not come
on, unplug and have the scale serviced.
When no display
zPlease check whether the scale is properly connected and battery fully charged..
zCheck whether the main board is damaged.

How to set up capacity, graduation & weighing standard calibration
After each set up, you may turn off and on the scale to operate (do not need to go through to the end) .
1. Find the unlock code J8 jumber on mainboard to let it ‘ON’, then press NW/GW→and turn on
power at same time.
2. When displays P4 let go the key then displays maximum capacity 30000
press NW/GW→ & ZERO+ keys to change the figures (0…99999) then press HI/LO to set up.
3.When displays P5 after one second then decimal point location 30.000 press →NW/GW &
ZERO+ keys to change decimal point location (0…0.0000) then press HI/LO.
4. When displays P6 then minimum graduation 05 press ZERO+ key to change the
Graduations (1…50) then press then press HI/LO
5. While display will show 99999 reduced backward to 00000, it will catch the zero point value
automatically and 20 seconds later, displays P7 then weighing standard’s value 30.000
press →NW/GW & ZERO+ keys to change the figures (10…99999) to adjust the value to
match weighing standard then place the weighing standard (use kg only) on scale & press
SET after stable.
6.When displays P 8 after 5 seconds later, there’ll be pi-pi sound or indicator lights off & on,
which means setting finished, 2 seconds later displays weighing standard’s value 30.000 then
switch the code to ‘Off’then turn off power and turn on the scale.
7. If there’s any difference, press HI/LO key to adjust till no difference.
Zero Point Value Displayed
1. When turn on scale, the zero value is showed before displayed 0kg, it must be less 710000.
2. Or you may press ZERO key 2 seconds, the zero point value will be displayed,
The value range is about 300000 … 500000. You may re-press ZERO key twice to restore the
displayed value.
3. Zero value range is best on 40000 ~ 470000, up to two multiple of max. capacity.
(ex. A max. capacity scale 30kg, load 30kg standard and press ZERO you may load another
30kg standard, there might be with difference (about 1 to 4 divisions) which is to prevent
improper loading to raise the zero value or unable to reach max. capacity situation.
4. The difference between No loading and full loading is at 1mV/V, best is at 200000.
R8=150 Ohm, R9, R10=18 K ohm, Y1=40 MHz,A/D / 2, 1 mV/V
Displayed How to get rid of the problems
PPP1 Means load cell signal (S+, S-) is incorrectly installed. Reverse connections.
PPP2 Means display resolution is bigger than 1/30010,. Adjust PLor PH value.
PPP3 Means that doing calibration, no weight or insufficient weight was applied to the
platform causing low load cell output voltage and incomplete calibration. Re-do
calibration process.
ERRA Means that during calibration, the weights used exceeded the value required. Re-do

calibration process.
---OL--- Means over loading (OLat 9 divisions over max. capacity) or load cell is disconnect.
Display Value drifts….. Increase the value of PL and PH settings. This will increase stability but decrease
display speed.
No BEEPafter calibration The load cell signal (S+, S-) is incorrectly installed. Check and re-install.
Indicator lights blink If this happens during calibration, the load cell connections may be installed incorrectly.
No load on scale but not at zero.
Press TARE if in tare mode;
If not in tare mode, press ZERO if within zero range.
Change the P1 setting.
Setup memory disappears. May be caused by outside interference. Correct by doing one of the following.
1. 93LC46 In this IC 4 & 5 pin to weld a 4.7K resistor. Then re-setup max. capacity and graduation and
calibration.
2. The load cell connection wire is disconnected, use tape to protect it.
3. U13(93LC46) Pin 8 power connect C30 + end; U13 pin 5 connect to C30 – end.
4. Transformer side (AC7…12V) or charging hole to add a EMI filter core.
5. Replace memory IC 93LC46 (3V)
6. Add a stabilizer.
