LOCKING PIN
LOCKING LEVER
BASE EXTENTION
• Read instructions thoroughly before proceeding
• Tighten all parts by hand, DO NOT use power tool
• For your safety, DO NOT overload the heavy duty trolley
& DO NOT exceed load capacity rating
Multi-Cart work modes: Converts to:
• 2 Wheel Trolley
• 4 Wheel Flat Bed Trolley
• 4 Wheel 45º Trolley

ATTENTION:
MODE 1:
Hand Truck
MODE 2:
45º Trolley. To position:
Step 1: Raise rear handle assembly locking lever &
extend and tilt trolley as shown in diagram 2.
Step 2: Pull locking pin at the top of the main body
and locking to the rear handle assembly.
Step 3: Raise Base extension
MODE 3:
FLAT BED TROLLEY:
Step 1: Pull the locking pin at the top
of the main handle
Step 2: Slightly tilt the rear handle back
& lower the main handle to the mounts
on the rear handle.

1Layout base plate
6Insert the extension bar and line up the
holes on the brackets with the 4 bolts.
Attach nylon nuts, then tighten.
Do not overtighten.
2Slide the small aluminium pieces on to the
base plate with the wide side facing inwards.

Slide Axle through the top axle
locating holes. Line up holes in
the axle with the slots on the
bracket and insert roll pins.
3Slide the main frame over
the outside of the two small
aluminium pieces.
8Slide spacers on to the outside of the
axle push hard up against axle bracket.
Slide wheels on to axle.
4Find the left and right axle bracket and
locate them at the base.
9Slide one washer on each side
then insert the split pin through
the hole in the end of the axle.
Once fully inserted, bend the
ends out.
5Align all the holes then Insert the 4 bolts through the axle
brackets, main upright, small ally piece into the base plate.

Bolt the rear handle to the locating bracket
with the M12 x 110 bolt and nylon nut.
11 Feed the locking lever through its
mounting point. Then feed the
spring onto the bottom of the
locking lever & tighten the spring
retaining clamp with a screwdriver
