Digital Weighing Scale

Cautions
Upon receiving the scale, please take at least 8
hours to recharge the battery before you start to
operate this scale.
Please recharge the battery after a long period of
storage (more than one month). It takes 8~10
hours to fully recharge the battery.
Please assemble the platter before powering on
the scale, especially for the scale with 1.2kg / 3kg
/ 6kg max capacity.
Do not keep the weight placed on the platter for a
long period.
Keep the scale away from the environment with
high temperature, high humidity, heavy press,
and heavy bump.
Always make sure the scale is located in a flat
and plane surface.

SymbolsonLCD
ZeroSymbol (O):
Oappears on the left-bottom corner of LCD, and
indicates the scale is at zero-point.
NETWeightSymbol(Net):
Net appears on the bottom edge of LCD, and
indicates the tare weight has been deducted.
BatterySymbol( ) :
When LCD indicates and the scale sounds
beep for four times, it means the battery is running
in low-voltage status. LCD will indicate
continuously for reminding the user to recharge the
battery. If the battery is still running in low-voltage
status without recharging, LCD will indicate -OFF-
and the scale will sound beep for eight times.
Please power off the scale and recharge the battery
right away.

OperationInstructions
:Switch on / off the scale.

PRINT (optional) :
1. Press this key to send out weighing data to
printer when equip with RS232 Interface.
2. If scale does not equipped with Printer Device,
then scale will not have any response when
pressing this key.
 :
After using the [] function, please follow the
steps as below to get the Net and Gross Weight
Value.
1. Pressing [ ] key once could recall the
deducted tare weight of container or package.
Pressing [ ] key once again, LCD will be
indicated 0.000, [→0←] and [Net].

2. Put the measured subject into the container or
package, LCD will be indicated the Net Weight
Value.
Pressing [ ] key once can obtain the total
Gross Weight Value.
Pressing [ ] key again, LCD will go back to the
Net Weight Value again.
 TARE:
Press this key to deduct the tare weight. Put the
package or container on the platter and then press
[TARE] key. LCD will show O and Net.
Please press the TARE once to remove the weight
value from the LCD display.

ZERO:
Press this key to make the scale be at zero point.
LCD will indicate O on the left-bottom corner.

Backlight(optional):
Press and hold key till the scale sounds
beep to enable / disable the Backlight.
 UNIT:
Select the weight mode: kg / pcs.
Under pcs (simple counting) mode:
!! The suggested unit weight of the measured
subject should be heavier than the division of
this scale.
1. Put 100 pieces of the measured subject (with the
same unit weight) on the platter.
2. Press and hold [UNIT] key till LCD shows S= 10,
and then quickly (within 3 seconds) press [UNIT]
key again to select S=100 (10、20、50、100、200)
for the sample-quantity of the measured subject).
3. Wait until LCD shows 100,the scale has finished
calculating the averaging unit weight of the
measured subject. The simple counting function
is ready and the scale can be operated as a
simple counting scale.
※If the quantity is not be selected within 3
seconds, the current quantity on the platter will be
acknowledged.
※Press the [ZERO] key directly to confirm the
quantity on the platter without any waiting.

The following settings can be set to the user’s
requirements.

1. Turn on the scale while pressing ZERO until 7.4
shows in the WEIGHT display (approximately
three seconds)
2. Press and hold UNIT until the WEIGHT shows
SETUP (approximately three seconds)
3. Press UNIT , WEIGHT display shows USUAL
4. Press UNIT to select –
2scale beeps (twice for enable, once for
disable) and press ZERO with flashes good twice.
Scale will automatically restart.

Press UNIT to select the - 5 -, - 15 - , - 30 –
or –OFF-.
Press ZERO twice with flashes good twice. Scale
will automatically restart.

1. Turn on the scale while pressing ZERO until 7.4
shows in the WEIGHT display.
2. Press and hold UNIT until the WEIGHT shows
SETUP (approximately two seconds)
3. Press UNIT display shows USUAL
4. Press UNIT to enter the mode.
5. Select 6, press the TARE. The scale beeps
(twice with the max capacity of “lb”, once with the
max capacity of “kg”).
6. Press ZERO once and the WEIGHT display
flashes good twice. The scale will automatically
restart.

RechargetheBattery
Power off the scale and connect the power cord to
an AC outlet. CHARGE LED will indicate the
ongoing status of the battery. It takes about 8~10
hours to fully recharge the battery.
