Before operating the minitransporter, read this instruction manual. To
assure the finest machine performance and safety, follow these instructions
carefully and keep this manual for future reference

This manual is an integral and essential part of the minitransporters
Kipor KGFC 350 and 500, it must be delivered to the user.
Before operating the machine, users must read, understand and carefully
follow the provisions below.
The manufacturer is not responsible of damages caused to people and/or
things or to the machine if it is used incorrectly in relations to the
requirements herein listed.
In view of the ongoing technological development, the manufacturer
reserves the right to make changes to the machine without notice and
without this manual being automatically updated.

Machine Operation
Each user is asked to carefully read the instructions manual, in particular
the safety warnings in the applicable chapter
Beware of the danger when the machine is used
Despite the safety devices, for a safe use of the machine, users are required
to be familiar with all safety requirements related to injury prevention
reported in this manual.
Be always careful when operating the machine. NEVER underestimate the
residual risks when the machine is used.
Even if you are familiar with the minitransporter, follow the instructions
below together with the general safety precautions when the machine is
used, in particular:
•Get familiar with the machine.
•Read carefully the manual to learn how the machine and the safety
devices work, as well as the necessary precautions to be taken for a
safe use of the machine.
•Wear proper personal protective equipment
•Regularly perform service operations.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injury caused by
incorrect use of the machine due to failure to follow the operating
instructions and safety requirements contained in this manual.
Should the machine maintenance service differ from the instructions herein
contained, or should non-OEM spare parts be used or in such a way that
may impair the machine or modify its features, the manufacturer bears
no responsability relating to safety and defective machine functioning.
Unauthorized Changes
•
Do not modify the machine for any reason. Any attempt will cause the
warranty to expire while impairing the machine and causing
malfunctioning and injuries. Extraordinary maintenance service is to
performed only by qualified authorized personnel.
•In case of unusual noise, vibrations or anomalous functioning,
immediately stop the machine. Then inspect it and contact the Customer
Technical Service if required.
For any data not included in or inferable from next pages, please
contact the Customer Technical Service.

•Kipor KGFC minitransporter is a working vehicle.
•Do not use it if under 18.
•No passengers are allowed in the vehicle
•No driving under the inflluence of alcohol or drugs.
•Pregnant women are advised not to drive the vehicle.
•The minitransporter has been designed for outdoor use, in private
areas closed to road traffic, in appropriate daylight conditions.
•Roadway should be clear, free of discontinuities and obstacles. Avoid
operating the machine on extremely wet, icy o slippery surfaces
•Do not drive on steep roads (more than 35°), avoid slopes when the
dumper is loaded.
•Do not overload dumper, do not exceed max load capacity. Deliver
load dumper distribution starting from driving seat to prevent
forward overturning.
•Put both hands on the handlebars to drive, always stand behind the
dumper. Operate the machine according to the modes and

requirements herein described. Never allow other people to stand in
front of the vehicle.
•Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
(gloves, overalls and safety footwear).
•Replace worn and/or damaged parts, check that controls and safety
equipment work correctly before operating the machine. If necessary,
have your machine checked by the Customer Tecnical Service.

Users are required to minimize possible risks by wearing proper PPE.
Driver’s Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Before operating the machine, ALWAYS wear Personal Protective
Equipments, such as:
•gloves
•overalls
•safety footwear

In case of prolonged use, we reccomend that you also wear hearing
protection.

1. Carry out maintenance on firm, level surface, preferably with engine
off and one track blocked.
2. In case of maintenance with the engine running, watch out and reduce
to the minimum the time you will spend indoor.
3. During each maintenance phase, users must wear PPE (gloves,
overalls, safety footwear).
4. Tools used for maintenance must be appropriate and of good quality.
5. Always keep clear from dirt and wet the area for maintenance, above all
from oil stains.
6. Do not allow the machine to be operated if users are under 18.
7. Never put arms and fingers in the machine openings.
8. Do not use gasoline or flammable solvents such as detergents, always
use non inflammable / non toxic solvents
9. Limit the use of compressed air (max 2 bars), always protect eyes with
side-shields glasses for wrap-around protection
10. Never use open flames to light the area in case of inspections and
maintenance.
11. After any maintenace or adjustments keep tools or other parts away
from machine moving parts to avoid damage and/or injuries to users.
OEM spare parts
Always use OEM spare parts to be ordered from
Akita Group
.
The manufacturer bears no responsability for damage or malfunctioning if
you use non-OEM accessories and spare parts.

The first thing to do before operating the machine is to check that all parts
are in order and intact and safety devices work properly.
Do not use the machine in case of malfunctioning.
Protection devices
Do not change, modify or remove protection devices, machine controls, and
safety labels.

The minitransporter is delivered fully assembled, setting-up and preliminary
checks are carried out by the manufacturer.

The minitransporter is a working machine, only adults can use it.
The KGFC 350 and 500 minitransporters have been planned for an
outdoor use, in private areas.
The machine is particularly suitable to carry loads within the max capacity
and, preferably, within the dumper dimensions on private roads, grounds
and loading areas.
The KGFC machine is equipped with single-cylinder air-cooled 4-stroke
engine with manual recoil start; it has two cylinders one for translation and
one for steering; transmission is on driving wheels at the outer rear tracks.
Clutch lever mounted on the right prevents the machine from moving if
user is driving incorrectly.
On the left, the accelerator lever controls the engine rotation, the lever to
balance steering is placed below each handle
The dumper, made of structural steel, can be manually tilted while the
front-hinged panel is secured by two hooks.
Bulk loads can be carried, tilted and manually unloaded from the front
access panel or items can be placed inside the dumper and secured by
the two hooks mounted on the dumper sides
Hydraulic tilting may be supplied on request.
The two models differ in the engine, mass and dumper capacity.
Incorrect and unsuitable use
Do not use if under 18. The machine has been specifically planned and
manufactured to carry loads in private areas, any different use and failure to
follow the manufacturer’s technical specifications may be a hazard to users
and third parties.

Assisted clutch lever
The clutch lever on the right is assisted, which means that when the lever is
released transmission disengages from the engine and thus the machine
stops.
Operating the machine
Do not operate the machine without putting both hands on the handlebars.
Parking brake
The automatically released parking brake stops track translation when
clutch is not pressed.
Parking the machine
Park the machine on flat grounds when you leave it unattended.
Emergency switch
When emergency switch is pressed, it immediately stops the engine
delivering electrical charges to the spark plug so that any movement
ceases.
The switch is placed between the driveshafts and can be easily activated.

The machine is equipped with manual recoil start: the switch is placed on
the left, as shown above.
Moreover, a start key allows only authorized users to operate the machine:
the key can be turned in the two-position lock. On OFF position (O) the key
can be turned and released, in this case the engine is off and the machine
cannot be used; on ON position (1) the engine can be started.
We always reccomend that you start the engine when the transmission
lever is on Neutral (N) position.

The engine is equipped with a gasoline tap which allows carburetor to be
fueled to operate the machine. The picture below shows the symbols used
to indicate the open position of gasoline tap and starter activation.
