Q:The
earbuds
is not responding
when
I
get
them from the charging case,
it can't tum on automatically.
A:Please check the
power
of
charging case,
if
there is
no
power the
earbuds
can't turn
on
automatically when them out
of
the case, you should manually
turn it on (long press MFB for 4 seconds).
Q:
When
I listen
to
music with the device connected to the bluetooth
earbuds,
I will also use the
same
device to browse the website. The audio
of
the
website will
be
played simultaneously with the playing music, noisy.
A:This is normal, you
don't
have to worry about,cause the mobile phone
