When using electrical appliances, basic safety precauons should always
be followed, including the following:

Important tips
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE!
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock, re or personal injury, do not immerse cord, plugs,
or the appliance in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Do not
allow appliance to be used as a toy.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
6. To disconnect, unplug power cord from electrical outlet. Do not disconnect by pulling
on cord.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance
malfuncons or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the authorized
service facility for examinaon, repair, or adjustment.
8. The use of accessory aachments (other than bags designed to be used with a vacuum
food sealer) not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries or
damage the appliance.
9. Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
10. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
11. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Extreme
cauon must be used when moving products containing hot liquids.
12. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
13. Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories, in
this appliance when not in use.
Always place the appliance on a horizontal, level, and stable surface.
This appliance is intended for normal household use only. It is not intended for use in
environments such as sta kitchens of shops, oces, farms, or other work environments.
It is not intended for use by clients in hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts, or other such
residenal environments.
If the appliance is used improperly, for professional or semi-professional purposes, or if it is
not used according to the instrucons in the user manual, the guarantee is voided and we
may refuse any liability for damage caused.
Always unplug the appliance aer use.
Wait 20 seconds between seals to allow the appliance to cool. Do not vacuum seal more
than 20 bags consecuvely. If you need to seal more than 20 bags consecuvely, let the
appliance cool for approximately 30 minutes aer the rst 20 bags before using again.
Vacuum sealing is NOT a substute for the heat process of canning, or for refrigerang or
freezing. Perishables sll need to be refrigerated or frozen.
For best results, use only with bags designed to work with a food vacuum sealer.
During the vacuum sealing process, small amounts of liquids, crumbs or food parcles can
be inadvertently pulled into the Vacuum Channel. Please clean aer each use.
Avoid overlling; always leave at least 2 to 3 inches of bag material between bag contents
and top of bag. This allows room for the bag material to cinch ghtly against the food and
prevents the bag from pulling out of the Vacuum Channel during the sealing process. Leave
at least one addional inch of bag material for each me you plan to reuse bag.
