1. INTRODUCTION
This manual contains the instructions for the use and maintenance of the VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE.
Compliance with the instructions contained in this manual will ensure safe use and correct operation of the machine.
BEFORE USING THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE, CAREFULLY READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
The manufacturer declines any liability if these instructions are not followed.
1.1 GENERAL SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION
DANGER
• Do not touch the machine with wet hands.
• Do not touch the machine when barefoot.
• In case of breakdown or malfunction, switch off the machine and unplug it.
• Do not leave the machine exposed to athmospheric agents; do not put it in water.
• Do not let children or incapable people use the machine.
• Always unplug the machine before carrying out any operation other than vacuum packing.
• Switch the machine off and unplug it when not used.
• Do not pull the power cord to unplug the machine.
• Frequently check the condition of the power cord; if necessary have it replaced by only an authorized Technical Assistance Centre.
• In case of repair or replacing parts, only use original spare parts.
• In case of incompatibility between the power plug and your socket, have it replaced by an authorized Technical Assistance Centre.

Ce manuel contient les instructions pour l’usage et l’entretien de la
CONDITION-NEUSE SOUS VIDE.
L’ observance des instructions, qui sont contenues dans
ce manuel permet un emploi en toute sécurité, et garantit
à la fois le bon fonctionnement de la machine.
AVANT D’UTILISER LA CONDITIONNEUSE SOUS VIDE LISEZ
ATTENTIVEMENT LES INSTRUCTIONS, QUI SONT CONTENUES
DANS CE MANUEL.
Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité due à la
négligence ou au non-respect des instructions.
1.1 CONSIGNES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ ET
PRÉVENTION DES ACCIDENTS
DANGER
• Ne pas toucher la machine avec les mains mouillées ou humides.
• Ne pas utiliser la machine avec les pieds nus.
• En cas de panne ou de mauvais fonctionnement, arrêtez la machineet
débranchez-la du courant.
• Ne pas laisser la machine exposée aux agents atmosphériques; ne
pas plonger la machine dans l’eau.
• Ne pas confier l’utilisation à des enfants ou à des personnes incapables.
• Débrancher toujours la fiche avant de faire une quelconque opération
autre que le conditionnement.
• Quand l’appareil n’est pas utilisé il faut l’éteindre et débrancher la
fiche.
• Ne pas tirer le câble d’alimentation pour débrancher la fiche de la prise
électrique.
• Vérifier souvent l’état du câble d’ alimentation. En cas de besoin, il doit
être changé seulement auprés d’un Centre d’ Assistance Technique
autorisé.
• En cas de réparation ou remplacement des parties, utiliser seulement
pièces de rechange originales.
• En cas d’ incompatibilité entre la fiche d’alimentation et votre prise,
faites-la remplacer par un Centre d’Assistance Technique autorisé;
n’utilisez pas d’adaptateurs non homologués et/ou de rallonges.

1. INTRODUCCIÓN
Este manual contiene las instrucciones de uso y mantenimiento para
utilizar la MÁQUINA DE VACÍO.
Siguiendo las instrucciones de este manual, el usuario
podrá utilizar la máquina bajo las condiciones de
seguridad necesarias, asegurando a la vez el buen
manejo y funcionamiento de la misma.
ANTES DE UTILIZAR LA MÁQUINA DE VACÍO, LEA LAS
INSTRUCCIONES DE ESTE MANUAL.
El fabricante no se hace responsable de las negligencias
y del incumplimiento de las instrucciones de uso del
Manual.
1.1 SEGURIDAD GENERAL Y PREVENCIÓN
DE ACCIDENTES
PELIGRO
• No tocar la máquina con las manos mojadas o húmedas.
• No utilizar el aparato estando descalzos.
• En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague la máquina y
desenchúfela.
• No deje la máquina expuesta a los agentes atmosféricos; no vierta
agua sobre ella.
• No permita que los niños ni las personas inexpertas manejen la máquina.
• Siempre deberá desenchufar la máquina antes de realizar cualquier
operación diferente a la creación de vacío.
• Cuando la máquina no se esté utilizando, apáguela y desenchúfela.
• No tire del cable de alimentación para desenchufar la máquina de la
toma de corriente.
• Compruebe regularmente las condiciones en que se encuentra el
cable, que deberá sustituirse por otro nuevo en caso sea necesario,
y sólo por el Centro de Asistencia Técnica autorizado.
• En caso de reparación o sustitución de partes de la máquina, utilicen
únicamente recambios originales.
• En caso de incompatibilidad entre el enchufe de la máquina y vuestra
toma de corriente, háganlo sustituir en un Centro autorizado de
Asistencia Técnica; desaconsejamos el uso de adaptadores no
homologados y/o alargaderas.

This machine has been designed and developed for vacuum packaging of dry products with bags or vacuum containers.
This appliance was designed, made and marketed according to the following regulations:

1.3 WARRANTY
Your vacuum packaging machine comes with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of
purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect maintenance.
IMPROPER USE, NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE TO KEEP THE PRODUCT CLEAN, USING THE PACKING MACHINE WITH VOLTAGES
OTHER THAN THOSE INDICATED, OR REPAIR ATTEMPTS BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL, WILL INVALIDATE THE
WARRANTEE CONDITIONS.
Any use not complying with that indicated in this instruction manual can result in damage to the VACUUM PACKAGING
MACHINE.
Failure to respect the technical conditions for which the machine is designed and built can compromise machine safety.
The manufacturer declines any liability for injuries or damage due to incorrect machine installation or use.
2. SPECIFIC OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Your vacuum packaging machine has undergone strict checks and tests before shipment.
After having removed the packing, ensure that the machine is not damaged; in case of doubt do not use it but return it
immediately to the retailer.
Packaging (plastic bags, etc) must be kept out of reach of children, or dispersed in the atmosphere.
2.1.1 PLATE
The product nameplate is located on the bottom part of your VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE.

1.3 GARANTÍA
Su máquina de vacío tiene una garantía de 24 meses,
cubriendo defectos de construcción y/o defectos de sus
componentes.
Esta garantía no cubre los daños causados por el uso indebido
o por la negligencia de mantenimiento.
La garantía se anula por uso incorrecto o diferente del uso
descrito en el presente manual.
MAL USO, NEGLIGENCIA, INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS
NORMAS DE MANTENIMIENTO EN CUANTO A LIMPIEZA DE
LA MÁQUINA, USO DE LA MÁQUINA DE VACÍO CON
TENSIONES ELÉCTRICAS DIFERENTES A LAS INDICADAS O BIEN
INTENTOS DE REPARACIONES POR PERSONAL NO AUTORIZADO,
ANULAN LAS CONDICIONES DE LA GARANTÍA.
El uso no conforme o que no corresponda a lo que se indica
en el presente manual, puede provocar daños a la MÁQUINA
DE VACÍO, y al no respetar las condiciones técnicas para las
cuales se proyectó y fabricó el aparato, puede llegar a
perjudicar sus características de seguridad.
El fabricante no se hace responsable de daños a personas y/
o cosas provocados por errores de instalación y un uso
incorrecto del aparato.
2. INSTRUCCIONES ESPECÍFICAS PARA EL USO
2.1 ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES
Su máquina de vacío ha sido sometida a rigurosos controles y pruebas
de ensayo antes de ser entregada.
Después de quitarle el embalaje, asegúrese de la
integridad de la máquina; en caso de duda, no la utilice
inmediatamente y llévela al punto de venta donde la
adquirió.
Los elementos del embalaje (plásticos, etc...) no se deben abandonar
en el medio ambiente, ni dejarlos al alcance de los niños.
2.1.1 PLACA DE IDENTIFICACIÓN
En la parte inferior de la máquina de vacío, encontrará la placa de
marcatura.

DÉCHOIR TOUT DE SUITE LA GARANTIE.
Une utilisation impropre ou non conforme aux consignes de
la notice d’utilisation, peut comporter des dommages à la
CONDITIONNEUSE SOUS VIDE et en empêchant ainsi le respect
des conditions techniques pour lesquelles l’appareil a été
projeté et construit, pourrait compro-mettre les
caractéristiques de sûreté.
Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité pour dommages
aux personnes et/ou aux choses qui dérivent d’erreurs
d’installation et utilisation non conforme de l’appareil.
2. INSTRUCTIONS SPÉCIFIQUES POUR L'EMPLOI
2.1 AVERTISSEMENTS GÉNÉRAUX
Votre CONDITIONNEUSE SOUS VIDE a subi de rigides contrôles et
vérifications avant l’envoi.
Après avoir enlevé l’emballage, s’assurer de l’intégrité
de la machine; en cas de doute, ne pas utiliser l’appareil
et adressez-vous tout de suite à votre revendeur.
Ne pas laisser d’éléments de l’emballage (sachets en plastiques, etc.), à
la portée des enfants ou dans la nature.
2.1.1 PLAQUETTE
Votre CONDITIONNEUSE SOUS VIDE est identifiée par une plaquette, qui
est placée sur la partie inférieure de la machine.

2.3 INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Before plugging in the vacuum packaging machine, carefully read
this instruction manual.
2.3.1 GENERAL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Firstly, make sure the voltage of your electricity supply matches that given on the machine dataplate
(A).
2) Only insert the plug in the power socket and remove it when the machine is switched off:
CAUTION: To provide continued protection against risk of electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlets only.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than other). This plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet
only one way.
When the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. When it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not
change the plug in any way.
Always grip the plug; never pull on the power cord (see Fig. 1).
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VACUUM PACK LIQUIDS! THE PRODUCT MUST BE CHILLED IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST
2÷3 HOURS, SO THAT IT IS DRY AND COLD. DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE CAUSED BY SUCKING LIQUIDS IS NOT COVERED BY
WARRANTY.
Do not touch the sealing bar (B) after sealing because it becomes very hot.
KEEP THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE OUT OF THE CHILDREN’S REACH.
3) Do not use knives or other sharp utensils to remove any residuals on the sealing bar: always wait until it is cold and use tools that are not sharp
or pointed.
4) For any problems (faulty operation, technical assistance) contact customer service for assistance.
THE SAFETY OF THIS MACHINE IS ONLY GUARANTEED IF THE MACHINE HAS BEEN CORRECTLY EARTHED.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ELECTRICAL

2.3 MISE EN PLACE ET MISE EN SERVICE
ATTENTION: avant de brancher la CONDITIONNEUSE
SOUS VIDE à la prise de courant, lisez attentivement ce
manuel.
2.3.1 RÈGLES GÉNÉRALES POUR L'EMPLOI
1) Avant, assurez-vous que la tension qui est indiquée sur la plaque
(A) de la machine correspond aux valeurs de réseau.
2) Brancher et débrancher la fiche toujours avec la machine arrêtée:
ATTENTION: Afin d’éviter le risque d’incendie et d’une
décharge électrique, connecter à la prise à Terre.
Afin de réduire le risque de décharge électrique, ce produit a une fiche
polarisée (une tige est plus large que l’autre). Cette fiche doit être insérée
dans une prise polarisée dans un sens uniquement.
Si la fiche ne s’insère pas complètement dans la prise, retourner-la. Si elle
ne s’insère toujours pas, contacter un électricien qualifié afin de faire
installer la prise adaptée. Dans tous les cas, ne pas remplacer la fiche.
Ne jamais tirer le câble mais prendre toujours la fiche
(Fig. 1).
NE PAS ASPIRER DE LIQUIDES.
LE PRODUIT DOIT ÊTRE CONDITIONNÉ SEC ET FROID
APRÈS L’AVOIR LAISSÉ DANS LE RÉFRIGÉRATEUR
PENDANT 2÷3 HEURES MINIMUM.

Ne pas toucher la barre de soudure (B) après avoir fait la
soudure du sachet, parce qu’elle peut atteindre de hautes
températures.
LA MACHINE DOIT ÊTRE HORS DE LA PORTEE DES
ENFANTS.
3) N’utilisez pas des couteaux ou des outils tranchants pour éliminer
des éventuels résidus sur la barre de soudure: attendre toujours que
la machine soit froide avant d’intervenir avec des outils qui ne soient
pas tranchants ou pointus.
4) Pour tout problème (fonctionnement défectueux ou assistance
technique) contacter notre service après ventes.

2.3 INSTALACIÓN
PRECAUCIÓN: antes de enchufar la máquina de vacío,
lea atentamente las instrucciones de este manual.
2.3.1 NORMAS GENERALES DE USO
1) Compruebe primero que el voltaje de su corriente corresponde al
indicado en la placa de identificación (A) de la máquina.
2) Enchufe y desenchufe la máquina sólo cuando esté apagada:
ATENCIÓN: Para estar siempre protegido contra riesgos
de descarga eléctrica, conecte únicamente a tomas de
corriente con puesta a tierra.
Para reducir el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, este producto tiene un
enchufe macho polarizado (una pata es más ancha que la otra). Este
enchufe ha sido diseñado para encajar en una toma de corriente
polarizada en un solo sentido.

No toque la barra selladora (B) después de sellar ya que
alcanza temperaturas altas.
MANTENGA LA MÁQUINA DE VACÍO FUERA DEL
ALCANCE DE LOS NIÑOS.
3) No utilice cuchillos u otros utensilios cortantes, para quitar algo que
se haya quedado adherido a la barra selladora: espere siempre a que
la barra se enfríe antes de utilizar utensilios que no cortan y que no
tengan punta.
4) Para cualquier tipo de problema (funcionamiento defectuoso o
necesidad de asistencia técnica), contacte directamente con nuestro
servicio de atención al cliente.

3. VACUUM CREATION
The vacuum can be created both AUTOMATICALLY and MANUALLY by following the instructions given below.
3.1 AUTOMATIC MODE
3.1.1 VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CHANNELLED VACUUM BAGS
• Connect the appliance to a power socket.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the button (1) “ON/OFF” until all the lights on the buttons come on briefly.
• Check sealing intensity by making sure that the third indicator of “SEAL TIME” and light “AUTOMATIC” are on. Regulate sealing intensity by
checking the thickness of the bag to seal selecting the right setting by pushing “SEAL TIME”.
• Lift the machine lid (A - Fig. 1).
• Insert the opening of the “channelled” bag containing the dry and cold product to be packed inside the limits of the seal (B) and place the end of
the bag on the reference notches (C).
• Lower the lid (A - Fig. 2), press the “AUTOMATIC” button and lightly press the lid: the machine completes the vacuum cycle, seals the bag and
releases the lid at the end of the cycle.

3.2 MANUAL MODE
3.2.1 VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CHANNELLED VACUUM BAGS
• Connect the appliance to a power socket.

• Press “MANUAL” button lower the lid (A - Fig. 4), and press down lightly on the lid: once the required vacuum level has been reached, press the
button “SEAL” to start sealing; when the sealing operation has been completed the machine will be ready for sealing another bag.

3.2 MODALITÉ MANUELLE
3.2.1 EXÉCUTION DU VIDE DANS DES SACHETS GAUFRÉS
• Relier l’appareil à la prise de courant.
• Donner la tension à la conditionneuse en appuyant sur le bouton (1)
“ON/OFF” jusqu’à ce que tous les voyants se trouvant au dessus des
boutons s’allument brièvement.
• Vérifier l’intensité de la soudure en contrôlant que le troisième voyant
de signalisation du “SEAL TIME” soit allumé. Régler l'intensité de la
soudure selon de l'épaisseur du sachet, que on veut utiliser appuyant
le bouton “SEAL TIME”.
• Soulever le volet mobile de la machine (A - Fig. 3).
• Introduire dans les limites du joint (B) l’entrée du sachet « gaufré » qui
contient le produit à conditionner sec et froid, et appuyer l’extrémité du
sachet sur les crans de référence (C).
• Appuyer sur “MANUELLE” baisser le volet mobile (A -
Fig. 4), et faire une légère pression sur le même: quand
vous avez obtenu le vide que vous souhaitez,
appuyez sur le bouton “SEAL” pour activer la
soudure, à la fin de laquelle, la machine sera
prête pour commencer une autre opération
sur un autre sachet.
3.2 MODO MANUAL
3.2.1 CREACIÓN DE VACÍO EN EL INTERIOR DE LAS BOLSAS
• Enchufar la máquina a la toma de corriente.
• Dar tensión a la máquina apretando el pulsador (1) “ON/OFF” hasta
que se enciendan brevemente todos los indicadores de señalización
colocados sobre los pulsadores.
• Verificar la intensidad de sellado comprobando que esté encendido el
tercer indicador de señalización del “SEAL TIME”. Regule la intensidad
de sellado comprobando que el grosor de la bolsa a sellar y presionando
el botón de TIEMPO DE SELLADO “SEAL TIME”.
• Levante la cubierta de la máquina (A - Fig. 3).
• Introducir entre los extremos de la guarnición (B) la boquilla de la
bolsa “gofrada” contenente el producto a confeccionar seco y frío y

•Presionar “MANUAL” bajar el portillo (A - Fig.
4), y ejercer una ligera presión sobre el mismo:
una vez se alcance el nivel de vacío
deseado, presionar el botón “SEAL” para
activar la función selladora; al finalizar,
la máquina estará preparada para sellar
otra bolsa.

3. CREACIÓN DE VACÍO
El vacío puede llevarse a cabo de ambas formas: AUTOMÁTICA y MA-
NUALMENTE, siguiendo las instrucciones que se detallan a continuación.
3.1 MODO AUTOMÁTICO
3.1.1 CREACIÓN DEL VACÍO EN EL INTERIOR DE BOLSAS
GOFRADAS ESPECIALES PARA VACÍO
• Enchufar la máquina a la toma de corriente.
• Dar tensión a la máquina apretando el pulsador (1) “ON/OFF” hasta
que se enciendan brevemente todos los indicadores de señalización
colocados sobre los pulsadores.
•
Verificar la intensidad de sellado, comprobando que esté encendido el tercer
indicador de señalización del “SEAL TIME” y el indicador “AUTOMÁTICO”.
Regule la intensidad de sellado comprobando que el grosor de la bolsa a
sellar y presionando el botón de TIEMPO DE SELLADO “SEAL TIME”.
• Levante la cubierta (A - Fig. 1) de la máquina.
• Introducir entre los extremo de la guarnición (B) la boquilla de la bolsa
“gofrada” contenente el producto seco y frío a confeccionar y apoyar
el extremo de la bolsa sobre las muescas de referencia (C).
• Bajar el portillo movible (A - Fig. 2), pulsar la tecla “AUTOMÁTICO” y
ejercer una ligera presión sobre el portillo: la máquina acaba el ciclo
de vacío, sella la bolsa y desbloquea el portillo movible al final del ciclo.
3. CRÉATION DU VIDE
Vous pouvez créer le vide dans des sachets, soit automatiquement,
soit manuellement selon les indications suivantes.
3.1 MODALITÉ AUTOMATIQUE
3.1.1 EXÉCUTION DU VIDE DANS DES SACHETS GAUFRÉS
POUR SOUS VIDE
• Relier l’appareil à la prise de courant.
• Appuyer la machine avec le bouton (1) “ON/OFF” jusqu' il aura tous les
vojantes de signalisation allumés.
• Verifier l'intensité de la soudure cotrôllyant qu'il y a allumé le troisième
vojant de signalisation du “SEAL TIME”. Régler l'intensité de la soudure
selon de l'épaisseur du sachet, que on veut utiliser appuyant le bouton
“SEAL TIME”.
• Soulever le volet mobile (A - Fig. 1) de la machine.
• Introduire dans les limites du joint (B) l’entrée du sachet « gaufré » qui
contient le produit sec et froid à conditionner et appuyer l’extrémité du
sachet sur les crans de référence (C).
• Baisser le volet mobile (A - Fig. 2), appuyer sur la touche
“AUTOMATIQUE” et exercer une légère pression sur le volet : la
machine complète le cycle du vide, soude le sachet et débloque le
volet mobile en fin de cycle.

3.3 VACUUM CREATION INSIDE OF CONTAINERS
• Connect the appliance to a power socket.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the button (1) “ON/OFF” until all the lights on the buttons come on briefly.
• Lift the machine lid (A).
• Place the special suction tube equipped with vacuum fitting on the nozzle (B) located inside the gasket.
• Undo the ring nut (C) of the valve located on the cover of the container to be used so that the inside gasket can move.
• Place the cover on the container (jar, pot, bowl, etc.) inside of which the vacuum is to be created.
• Fix the evacuation fitting (D) on the cover valve.
• Press the button “PUMP” and press down hard on the cover at first (Fig. 1) to create a minimum vacuum inside the container; the machine will then
create the complete vacuum and, once reached, the machine will automatically turn off and be ready for a new cycle.
• Screw down the valve ring nut to prevent the return of the air.

3.4 STOPPING OF PACKAGING CYCLE
If the packaging cycle has to be stopped for any reason, (suction of liquids, bag not correctly positioned, etc.) carry out the following:
• Press the button (1) “ON/OFF” to stop the appliance.
• Press the button (1) “ON/OFF” again to release the movable lid (A - Fig. 2).
