Guidance and general safety instructions
– Due care and attention is required when driving a motor vehicle. The operation of
any device whilst driving may cause a lack of attention, and pose a hazard to other
road users
– Please follow general safety guidelines before and when using any connected device
– Do not attempt to connect your product whilst driving
– Ensure your product ts correctly and securely into the power outlet socket before driving
– Do not attempt to adjust or tune your music device whilst vehicle is in motion or operating
the controls of the vehicle
– Do not insert any objects other than the correct adapter into the power outlet without
disconnecting the battery of the vehicle

Pairing to a wireless device
1. Once turned on, the MyJack2 will automatically enter pairing mode, and the LED
indicator (2) will ash blue
2. Turn your iOS, Android, or Windows device’s Bluetooth ON and search for new devices
3. Select ‘KS MyJack 2’ from the list of found devices
4. If asked for a passcode, enter ‘0000’, and the MyJack2 will be connected to your device
5. After pairing successfully, the LED indicator (2) will be solid blue
Note: ‘Bluetooth’ is a trademark of Bluetooth SIG, Inc. This product is in no way aliated
with or endorsed by Bluetooth SIG Inc.
Note: The MyJack2 will slowly ash blue after 5 minutes, if no connection is made to a device.
Re-pairing or pairing new devices
1. Turn wireless connectivity o on any previously paired devices
2. Follow the ‘Pairing to a wireless device’ instructions

Charging the MyJack2
Give the MyJack2 a full charge before its rst use.
1. Connect the Micro USB charge cable to the Micro USB charging port (3) and plug into
a power source
2. The LED indicator (2) will be solid blue whilst charging which may take up to 2 hours
3. Once fully charged the LED indicator (2) will turn o
Note: Please allow up to 2.5 hours for the rst charge.
Getting started
• To turn the MyJack2 on, press and hold the MFB (1) for 5 seconds
• To turn the MyJack2 o, press and hold the MFB (1) for 7 seconds
Note: The MyJack2 will shut down automatically after 15 minutes of no activity.

• Hold the MFB (1) for 4 seconds and the MyJack2 will re-enter pairing mode
Note: If a previously paired device is not present within the wireless connectivity range
then the receiver will re-enter pairing mode.
Connecting two devices to the MyJack2
Two devices can be connected to the MyJack2 at the same time.
1. Please see ‘Pairing to a wireless device’ on how to connect a device, then repeat the
process again with the second device you wish to connect
Playing music on your MyJack2
1. Plug the MyJack 2 into the aux-in port of the speaker/stereo
2. Play music on your device and the sound will play through the speaker
Note: Some devices may require you to select the audio output.
Note: Whilst playing music please use your device to adjust the volume.
Play/Pause Short press the MFB (1)
Skip songs Double press the MFB (1)
Note: Only one device can play music at a time. Please pause the music from one device,
then press play from another device. There might be a few seconds delay in swapping
music sources.
Note: Your device will have an internal amplier and if it is playing digital les like MP3s it will
also have an integrated DAC (Digital Audio Converter). If you turn the volume up to 100%,
your device will be sending a distorted signal. To avoid this, and to get the best quality from
the speaker, we recommend that you do not run your device any higher than 95% volume.
Some devices output higher than others, so you may need to reduce the volume if you
experience distortion.

Call handling
You can answer phone calls whilst connected wirelessly to your device.
Answer phone call Short press MFB (1)
Reject phone call Press MFB (1) for one second
End phone call Short press MFB (1)
Re-dial last phone number Double press MFB (1) while music is not playing
Note: If your vehicle’s aux-in port is located within the glove box and the glove box is closed,
you may have problems talking over the phone as the Built-in microphone (4) won’t be able
to pick up your voice.
Note: If the MyJack2 doesn’t t into your aux-in port because of tight space you can insert
an aux extension cable into the aux-in port and then connect the MyJack2 into the other
end of the aux extension cable.
Care for your MyJack2
Please DON’T:
• Get the MyJack2 wet
• Drop the MyJack2 as this will invalidate your warranty
• Open up the MyJack2. There are no user serviceable parts inside
• Expose MyJack2 to extreme temperatures or rapid changes of hot to cold or vice versa
Please DO:
• Clean the MyJack2with a soft dry cloth and no detergents

embedded, non-replaceable battery, do not attempt to access or remove the battery. This may cause personal
injury and will damage the product.
