Please use it in the correct way after fully understanding
the precautions.
Please note that failure to follow the precautions may result
in injury or physical damage.
Danger
1. Be careful of low-temperature burns when using for a long time
2. Do not store flammable substances near the product.
3. Do not disassemble or modify the easy connector and smart control arbitrarily. (It may
cause accidents and malfunctions.)
4. Be sure to unplug the power plug when going out or not in use.
5. Do not use the mat by folding it or covering it over the body.
6. Do not cover the Smart Control with a blanket or use it on a mat. (It may cause
overheating)
7. When washing, put in a washing net for washing separately, and after washing, do not
use a dryer, but natural dry. Never use the product when wet.
8. Do not use the product on the bed with temperature control function.

1. This product is not manufactured for hospital or medical use.
2. Never use with heat-sensitive products such as latex, memory foam, leather, or
sponges. In the event of a problem, we cannot compensate you for damage.
3. Do not impact the easy connector and smart control. It may cause product failure.
4. Be careful not to pierce the product with sharp objects such as pins or nails.
5. Do not place heavy objects on the mat for a long time.
6. People with diseases (health issues) such as diabetes, high fever, skin disease, etc.,
please use with caution.
7. When operating the product, be careful not to allow children to operate it. When using
the product, be sure to use it under the guidance of parents. (It may cause electric
shock or malfunction in children.)
8. Using a controller with a product like humidifier, it may cause electrical short circuits or
failure due to moisture.
9. Please remove the power plug when you go out.
10. Please fold the carbon mat by waiting until dry enough when to store or wash (Folding
before dry may cause mat failure.)
11. Always check the mat and smart controller for any tear or damage. (If torn out or
damaged, stop using it and contact our customer center at 888-446-4869)
12. Do not put things on the mat when storing it.
13. If the mat is wet during use, remove the power cord and dry it completely before use.
