Precautions for use /
Please use it in the correct way after fully understanding
the precautions.
Please note that failure to follow the precautions may result
in injury or physical damage.
※ In order to prevent accidents due to mistakes in use (misuse) and to use the product more
conveniently, precautions are indicated in an easy-to-understand manner. Please read the
manual after understanding the indications and contents below.
※ Use of these instructions without understanding may result in death, serious injury, and
property damage.
It refers to a dangerous case that may result in serious injury or
death if this indication is violated.
Violation of this indication may result in serious injury, so caution is
required.
In case of violation of this indication, there is a possibility of minor
injury or product damage.

quickly to high temperatures.

1. This product is for 120V only.
2. When connecting power, use a grounded outlet. Ungrounded affects the generation of
electromagnetic waves.
3. Do not touch or unplug the power plug with wet hands. If the cord is damaged, there is

4. Do not use multiple products at the same time in the outlet, which may cause fire or
electric shock due to overload.
5. Do not forcibly bend, tie, or pull the power cord, and do not touch the power cord when

3. Do not disassemble or modify the easy connector and smart control arbitrarily. (It may
cause accidents and malfunctions.)
4. Be sure to unplug the power plug when going out or not in use.
5. Do not use the mat by folding it or covering it over the body.
6. Do not cover the Smart Control with a blanket or use it on a mat. (It may cause
overheating)
7. When washing, put in a washing net for washing separately, and after washing, do not
use a dryer, but natural dry. Never use the product when wet.
8. Do not use the product on the bed with temperature control function.

shock or malfunction in children.)
8. Using a controller with a product like humidifier, it may cause electrical short circuits or
failure due to moisture.
9. Please remove the power plug when you go out.
10. Please fold the carbon mat by waiting until dry enough when to store or wash (Folding
before dry may cause mat failure.)
11. Always check the mat and smart controller for any tear or damage. (If torn out or
damaged, stop using it and contact our customer center at 888-446-4869)
12. Do not put things on the mat when storing it.
13. If the mat is wet during use, remove the power cord and dry it completely before use.

Bluetooth function
Multiple products can be controlled by a single app.
Far-infrared emission
By using carbon heating yarn that generates a large amount of far-infrared rays, the
natural sense of heat provided by far-infrared rays is delivered deep into the body.
Used low voltage
Unlike general electric mats that use AC120V, this product uses DC24V low voltage, so
it is safe from re and electric shock.
Machine washable
When washing, put in a washing net for washing separately, and after washing, do not

2. How to use Product Control(Smart Control)

Previous setting temperature will be displayed when the
product is re-started.
※ In case of lock mode, steam mode, sleep mode, or sleep pattern, all button functions are disabled, so press
the button to release it and set the function.
※ Smart control / dimming function (automatic) - After 3 seconds of operating the smart control, the
brightness is switched to 20% to induce a good night's sleep and turns to 0% after 60 seconds to enhance
the comforting sleep.
※ Smart control / Wake up function - With the smart control dimming function, when the LED is off, touch any
button to activate the brightness.
Power ON/OFF setting *12-hour auto-o󰀨 setting is default.
Connect the carbon mat and the easy connector and insert the power plug into the outlet.
When the power button is pressed, the display turns on and the product works. (Initial set
temperature at the time of shipment: 33 degrees)

Temperature setting range: 25~45 degrees, be careful of low-temperature burns when setting over 40 degrees.
1. When using a single mat
·
When the encoder dial is turned in the direction , the temperature rises by 1˚C.(1.8˚F)
· Turn the encoder dial in the direction to decrease the temperature by 1˚C.(1.8˚F)
2. When using a double mat * If you set it to 25 or less, the heating is turned o󰀨. (displayed as OFF)
·
Press the left/right heating setting button to set left&right/left/right.
· When the encoder dial is turned in the direction , the temperature rises by 1˚C.(1.8˚F)
Turn the encoder dial in the direction to decrease the temperature by 1 ˚C .(1.8 ˚ F)
· During the temperature setting, press and hold the ‘left/right heating settings button’ for
more than 3 seconds to initialize to the temperature to 33˚C
Left·Right Heating Setting Button
Each time you press the button, left/right heating / left heating / right heating settings are
possible, so you can set the left and right temperature di󰀨erently.
Reserve mode setting * Timer setting range: 1 to 10 hours
Each time the button is pressed, it is set in increments of 1 hour, and the carbon mat
operates only during the reserved time, after which it turns o󰀨 automatically. (*The default
setting without reservation is to turn o󰀨 automatically after 12 hours of operation.
* Temperature settings can only be set during heating mode.)
Lock mode setting * Release your hand from the button after touching to set the lock mode.
For the safety of children, press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds to
prevent temperature and function control.
You can release the lock mode by pressing the button for 3 seconds.
(※ In lock mode, the power button is disabled. If you want to turn o󰀨 the power, release
the lock mode and press the power button.)

※ In case of lock mode, steam mode, sleep mode, or sleep pattern, all button functions are disabled, so press
the button to release it and set the function.
※ Smart control / dimming function (automatic) - After 3 seconds of operating the smart control, the
brightness is switched to 20% to induce a good night's sleep and turns to 0% after 60 seconds to enhance
the comforting sleep.
※ Smart control / Wake up function - With the smart control dimming function, when the LED is off, touch any
button to activate the brightness.
Steam mode setting
*Steam mode: temperature 50 degrees / timer 2 hours (all buttons inactive)
When a hot compress is needed, the temperature is maintained at 556 for 2 hours so
that you can feel the e󰀨ect of the compress, after which it returns to the previous set
temperature. The mat is hot, so be careful of burns.
(In the Steam mode, the temperature setting dial does not work because it's xed at 50C.)
※ Depending on the external environment, the temperature may not be able to reach 50C.
Sleep mode setting *Sleep mode: temperature 33 degrees / timer 9 hours (all buttons inactive)
It is kept at 33< for 9 hours so that you can take it to sleep and feel refreshed, after which
it turns o󰀨 automatically. It is recommended to use it in sleep mode when sleeping.
Volume control
Each time the button is pressed, the volume of the guidance voice is adjusted in 0, 1, 2,
or 3 steps. When On/O󰀨, it operates with the existing setting.
Sleep pattern setting
Considering that if the set temperature is maintained at the initial stage of operation, the
temperature inside the room will rise further. In consideration of the fact that the temperature
is lowered slowly from the set temperature for 3 hours to adjust the body temperature of the
person, ondol heating takes into account the fact that the body temperature drops when waking
up This is an e󰀩cient ondol heating function that adjusts the body temperature by raising it to
the initial set temperature 2 hours before the end of the set time.

· When using the mat, it is recommended to use it together with a pad or blanket to
maximize the thermal e󰀨ect.
· After use, unplug the power plug to ensure safety.
· Please do not use control and connection around humid conditions

- Keep away from direct sunlight, near re, or in a humid place.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- If you keep the mat and the smart control separately, you can keep
them in a storage bag or wardrobe together with a regular duvet.
- Do not place heavy objects on the product
- When keeping for a long period of time, check the product frequently
for damage and if this occurs, contact customer service.
Easy Connector / Smart Control
- When the product is contaminated, gently wipe it with a neutral
detergent.
- Never use it together with products that chemically react with plastics.
- Be careful not to let detergent or water get inside the easy connector
or smart control
How to wash
1. Completely separate the easy connector from the mat's connection
port.
2. Put it in the laundry net for the mat and wash it separately.
3. After washing, do not use a dryer but natural dry.
4. Never use the product when wet.
5. Recommend to wash with hand or wool course on front loading
washing machine.
※ Not to use on top loading or other washing machine.

Precautions for washing
- When washing, be sure to put it in the laundry net and wash it in a drum washing machine
wool course or hand wash.
- If you use a laundromat, coin washing machine, or roll-on washing machine, damage to the
product may occur. Product warranty will not cover this case.
- Never use the dryer. If damage to the product occurs, product warranty will not cover this case.
- Roll the connector inside the mat and put the mat in the laundry net to wash.
- If the connector collides with the washing machine or if the washing net is not used, the
connector may be damaged.
- Product can be washed 5 times (If you wash more than 5 times, the product may be
damaged and you may not be able to use it)
- Make sure to store the controller separately. (Washing prohibited)
- Washing the controller with the mat will cause a malfunction then paid service required even
during the warranty period.

In sleep mode, the temperature setting is 33˚C.
After canceling the sleep mode, set the temperature higher.
It cannot be set over 45 degrees.

This product can be serviced in accordance with the
Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations.
If a defect occurs during use, please contact the customer
service center.
Within the warranty period (refer to the product warranty), repairs are possible free of charge in
case of malfunctions in performance or function caused by manufacturing defects of the product
under normal use.
Free service information
Payment will be required in the following cases.
1. If the product warranty period has expired
2. Even within the product warranty period, payment will be required in the following cases.
- In case of consumer intention or negligence in handling, moving, or other defects during
transportation
- Minor defects that do not interfere with use when replacing consumable parts that wear
normally during use
- In case of failure or damage caused by natural disasters (water damage, re, etc.)
- If the product is changed or damaged by repairing it at a place other than the manufacturer
or the manufacturer's designated repair center
- In case of service request that is not related to product quality
- In case of malfunction by using power that does not match the rated voltage
- In case of failure or re due to defective outlet
- In case of failure due to not following the 'Cautions' in the user's manual
- In the event of a failure due to an external cause rather than a defect in the product itself
