Bug und Heck / Bow and Stern
Den hinteren Kielboden aufklappen und den Hintersteven mit den
Pilzköpfen am Ende des Kielbodens in die Aussparung stecken.
Unfold the stern keelboard and insert the rear stem into the recess
at the end of the keel board.
Den Stevenbolzen an die Kielgabel anlegen.
Insert the stern piece into the forked end ttings of the keel fork.
Die Kielgabel spreizen und die Stevenbolzen in die Löcher der
Kielgabel einrasten lassen.
Spread the keel fork and insert the bolts at the tip of the stern piece
into the holes in the keel fork.
Die zwei Kimmstäbe mit blauer Kappe mit den oenen Haken-
schrauben von unten nach oben in Stevenbeschlag einhängen.
Attach both stern rods with hooks into the stern piece tting as
shown. Hocks face upwards.

Hänge die hinteren Bordwände in den Stevenbeschlag (blau in blau).
Hänge die vorderen Bordwände in den Stevenbeschlag (rot in rot).
Clip stern gunwales into the stern piece (blue into blue).
Clip bow gunwales into the bow piece (red into red).
Spant 1 mit den vorderen Kielboden und Spant 5 und 6 mit dem
hinteren Kielboden verbinden. Die Spantennummern müssen mit den
Nummern auf dem Kielboden übereinstimmen und in die Schnappver-
schlüsse einrasten.
Attach rib 1 to the keelboard bow and ribs 5 and 6 to the stern.
The rib numbers must face the same numbers on the keel board and
the snaps must engage in the grooves.

Verbinde die Bordwände vorne mit dem Spant 1 und hinten mit dem
Spant 5 und 6.
Connect gunwales to ribs. Rib 1 in the front and rib 5 and 6 at rare.
Die Deckstabstütze zwischen den vorderen Bordwänden einspannen.
Clamp deck bar support bracket to the bow gunwales.

Den vorderen und hinteren Deckstab in den vorderen und hinteren
Stevenbordwandbeschlag einführen. Den Deckstab vorne in Spant 2
und den hinteren Deckstab in Spant 4 einhängen.
Insert the bow and stern deck bars into the color matching bow and
stern gunwale ttings. Hock the bow deck bar into rib 2 and the stern
deck bar into rib 4.
Verbinde die Kimmstäbe ohne Schiebehülse mit den hinteren Kimmstab
mit Haken.
Connect rods without sliding sleeve to stern rods with hooks.

Verbinde die Kimmstäbe mit Schiebehülse mit den vorderen
Kimmstab mit Haken.
Connect rods with sliding sleeves to bow rods with hooks. All rods
will be fully secured later inside kayak hull.
Die vorderen und hinteren Kimmstäbe in die Kimmstabhalter einklicken.
Click the bow and stern rods into the rib rod holders.

Gerüsthälften einschieben / Insert frame into hull

Zuerst die vordere Gerüsthälfte in die Bootshaut einschieben und anschließend
die hintere Gerüsthälfte.
Separately, insert one half of the frame into the kayak hull, then insert the second
half.
Verbinde die Kielböden und drücke diese nach unten. Halte sie nieder, damit sie
nicht wieder hoch schnallen.
Press the keelboards down rmly. It should not buckle up.
Verbinde die Bordwände und drücke diese nach außen.
Connect gunwales and press them outwards against the hull.

Kimmstäbe und Spanten / Rods and inner ribs

Verbinde die Kimmstäbe miteinander, indem die Schiebehülse vom Kimmstab
über das Ende des anderen geschoben wird.
Connect rods together by sliding the metal sleeve of one rod over the end of
another.
Die Schrauben von den Schiebehhülsen ins Bootsinnere ausrichten, sodass
sie nicht an der Bootshaut schleifen.
Ensure all sliding sleeve rod screws face the kayak interior (away from hull).
Spanten 2,3, 3 mit Spantenhorn und 4 gemäß Nummerierung auf dem Kielboden
einsetzen und die Kimmstäbe in die Kimmstabhalterung einklicken.
Insert the remaining ribs 2,3,3 with horn clamp and 4 according to the numbering
on the keelboards and click the rods into the rod holders along the ribs.

Süllrand / Coaming
Den Süllrandkopf im 90 Grad Winkel in den Schlitz vom Deckstabbes-
chlag vorne rein drücken und in Bootsrichtung drehen.
Push the coaming head at a 90 degree angle into the slot in the front of
the deck bar tting and turn it to point the same direction as kayak.
Die T-Stücke der Süllrandhälften durch die Ösen von vorne nach hinten
in die Spantenhörner einhängen.
Working from bow to stern, insert the T shape ttings along the coaming
into the hull eyelets.
Das Ende des Süllrandbeschlags über den Beschlag vom Spant 4 heben
und einrasten lassen.
Lift the end of the coaming over rib 4 and snap it into place.
Den Spantenbügel auf Spant 3 aufsetzen und schließen.
Cover the T shape tting with the rib 3 horn cover and clamp the bottom
lever down to secure.

Den Bumerang am Ende des Süllrands (über Spant 4) von außen durch
die Ösen xieren und in die vorgesehene Aussparung hineindrücken.
Slide the boomerang into the ends of the coaming (above rib 4) so the
4 screws face the kayak interior. Attach the hull eyelets to the screws.
Die Keder der Haut in die Süllrandnut stecken, vorne beginnend.
Working from bow to stern, insert the hull ends between the slats
along the coaming.
Die Wantenbeschläge an den oberen Bordleisten einhängen.
Ensure the shroud ttings are hooked to the upper gunwale bar.
Die Luftschläuche müssen zwischen den Bordwandleisten liegen und
dürfen nicht eingeklemmt sein.
The air sponsons must be located between the gunwale bars and
must not be blocked.

Sitz und Lehne / Seat and backrest
Das Rückenlehnenrohr der Rückenlehne in das T-Stück am Süllrand
schieben; Schlitze müssen oen sein.
Attach the side bars of the backrest to the T shape pieces on the
coaming.
Den Rückenlehnendrehverschluss der Seitenstange drehen um diesen
sicher am Süllrand zu befestigen.
Turn the ends of the bars to lock the backrest securely to the coaming.
Die Schiebemutter in die Schiene führen und in der gewünschten
Sitzposition mit der Flügelschraube festziehen.
Place the round screw into the rail along the keelboard.
Select the desired seat position and tighten the screw to secure in
place.

Vor dem aufpusten der Bootshaut achten Sie darauf, dass die Decknähte des Verdecks genau auf den Deckstäben auiegen und die
Luftschläuche nicht eingeklemmt oder verdreht sind.
Before inating the hull, make sure that the deck seams of the canopy rest exactly on the deck bars and that the air sponsons are not
pinched or twisted.
Die Luftschläuche sollten wechselweise zu je 1/3 aufgeblasen werden, rechts und links.
The air sponsons should be inated alternately in 1/3 increments, right and left.
Die Luftschläuche dürfen nicht zu stark aufgeblasen werden, da bei intensiver Sonnenbestrahlung die Schlauchhüllen ansonsten
übermäßig belastet werden. Auf keinen Fall Pressluft verwenden.
Do not overinate or the sponson casings may become compromised during intense sunlight.
Do not use compressed air under any circumstances.
Nach dem Aufpumpen sollten die Luftschläuche noch ca. 2 cm mit dem Daumen eingedrückt werden können.
After ination, the air sponsons should still be able to be pressed in by approx. 2 cm with the thumb.

Falten der Bootshaut / Folding the hull

Bootshaut ach auslegen.
Lay out the hull at.
Das Verdeck zur Innenseite ziehen, so dass eine handbreite die Bootshaut
sichtbar ist.
Pull the the top inward so that a hands width amount of the hull is still
visible.
Die Bootshaut an den Gummisteven in die Mitte einschlagen. Zwischen den
Gummisteven verbleibt ein Abstand von ca. 15-20 cm.
Fold the hull into the center at the rubber cords. Leave a gap of approx. 15-
20 cm between the rubber cords.
Die gefaltete Hälften nochmals halbieren und nach Innen einschlagen. Zum
Schluss die beiden Hälften aufeinanderlegen.
Fold the folded halves inward again. Then fold these two halves on top of
each other into one square.

Vorbereitung: Vorhandenes Wasseer inkl. Sand etc.. mit einem Schwamm aufnehmen. Nach dem Fahren im Salzwasser die Bootshaut unbedingt gut ausspülen.
Preparation: Wipe away excess water, sand, etc. with a sponge. After any sailing in salt water, rinse the hull thoroughly with regular water and air dry.
