SAFETY INFORMATION
1. After transporting or tilting (angled positions) the device, do not plug into the power socket
for least 4 hors.
2. Please read the operating instructions carefully before using your dehumidifier for the first
time and keep them in a safe place.
3. Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
4. Never operate the appliance if a cable or connector has been damaged, after appliance
malfunction or if the appliance was dropped or otherwise damaged.
5. Electric appliance may only be repaired by qualified personal, improper repair work can be a
source of considerable danger for the users.
6. Children are not aware of the hazards of electric appliance. Therefore, never allow children
to manipulate electric appliance unless properly supervised.
7. Disconnect the appliance from mains power whenever it is not in use, before relocating it,
and before cleaning.
8. Operate the appliance only at the voltage specified on the type plate.
9. Use the appliance only in the household, and only for the purpose it was designed for.
10. Do not place heavy objects on the appliance.
11. To prevent spillage, empty the water tank before relocating the appliance.
12. Do not tip the appliance to any side as escaping water could damage the appliance.

CONTROL PLATE DESCRIPTION
OPERATION INSTRUCTION
Starting the unit
1. Firstly, turn the humidity control switch to the “OFF” position.
2. Plug in the dehumidifier.
3. Turn on the humidity control switch (to right side) and turn the same switch to the reading of the desired
humidity (60% in general as shown on position“6”).
Turning off the unit
1. Turn the humidity control switch to the left side to the “OFF” position and the power supply is cut off and
the unit stops in operation.
2. If the dehumidifier is not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power cord plug from the outlet.

PRECAUTIONS
1. The dehumidifier shall not operate if the humidity setting is higher than the ambient humidity.
2. Drain the water in the water storage tank when the water in the tank is full and the water level
indicator light illuminates. And then install the empty water tank back to its position, so the unit can
continue its operation.
3. When the unit stops, you have to wait for 3 minutes before you can restart the unit to protect the
compressor from damage.

1. The operational temperature range for this unit is 15-35 degree C. Operating under the
temperature not within the range, the operation of this unit will be stopped by the protector of
compressor. (this is a normal condition). The dehumidifier will not work effectively outside this
range. Please see “Physical Basics” next side. In the low temperature area is only few water in the
air. So the dehumidification is lower then by higher temperature.
2. 2. When the dehumidifier is in operation, the running compressor will produce heat and make the
room temperature higher. This is a normal condition.
3. 3. Please keep the unit up-right the time.

7. Please keep the unit that should be without obstruction in front during it is running.

INSTALLING THE DRAINAGE HOSE
The drainage hose can be put
through a slit in the window or
round a door….
… or through a hole made in the wall.
… or through a vent made at
the bottom of the door or in the
window frame.
Notice that the drainage hose must not be installed more
than 1.8 meters higher
than
the
unit.

SPECIAL FEATURES
1. Automatic dehumidify
After setting up the desired humidity, the unit will be automatic running or
stopping operation and maintain the desired humidity.
2. Adjustable humidity control
The unit provided with the adjustable humidity button, and relative humidity is from RH40% to RH80%.
3. Continuous drainage function
In accordance with high temperature, island's climate, provided with especially continuous drainage,
non-broken off design to drain or meet the particular Iow-humidity space's requirement.
4. Provided with a cartridge-type filtering net holder:
It's convenient for the filtering net holder cleaning to keep the unit's dehumidifying function.
5. Defrost Automatically
When the dehumidifier is used in the low temperature condition (lower than 16℃), the dehumidifier will
frost and this model of dehumidifier have the function of defrosting automatically. When this function
starts, the compressor will stop working automatically but the fan continues working to get rid of the icing
on the surface of evaporator. And as the function of automatically defrosting begins, the defrosting
indicator light will bright and after the finishing of defrosting, the machine will renew the function of
dehumidifying automatically.
In the condition of low temperature (lower than 16℃) or low humidity(less than 45%), the dehumidifier
capacity will be decreased obviously, even stop dehumidifying and there maybe some sweats at the
sides of unit. The above phenomenon is the normal and when the temperature increases, the unit can
get right and there is no need to maintain.

• The lower the ambient temperature is and the colder the outside temperature is, the
less moisture is stored in the air and flows into the room to be dried. For this reason, the
dehumidification with steadily falling temperatures and can be stopped. This is NOT a
defect. Place the dehumidifier so only in areas from 15 °C or changing the location of the
device (see table)

Troubleshooting
Unit fails to start
Check if power plug is correctly inserted
Is there a power failure?
Is the lamp on the water level indictor shining? If yes, tank is full and must be
emptied or tank is not correct inserted
No dehumidification or only little dehumidification
Is the filter dirty? Please clean.
Is the air inlet or outlet blocked?
Is the humidity in the room very low?
Is the room temperature very low?
Are doors or windows open?
