■ REAL TIME ICS setting contens

ICS compatible servos can change the
operational characteristics by connecting a devise. This
communication format is our ICS (Interactive Communication System).
Internal settings can be changed and settings can be read in both
directions with communication devises. With the 4S series, you can
change the ICS settings directly from the compatible radio.
RF Mode of the EX-NEXT is changed to “TLMY” and paired with
the receiver. Connect the servo to B/S port on the receiver and turn
on the receiver. Please open the menu of ‘Real time ICS’ in the
EX-NEXT.
*Setting parameters in the servo are changed when you edit the
parameters by real time ICS. So, the default data will be over
written. We recommend checking and saving data as needed.
Connect a twin extension wire to the LCD Xpansion unit EXP-201.
The data change mode will start when the servo and battery are
connected to the wires.
You can change ID number of the servos using this method as well.
*When using the Xpansion connected to the EX-NEXT, do not turn
on the power of the EX-NEXT.

This product has “PWM Mode” that can be used as
normal and the NEW function “Serial Mode” .

Mode is changed automatically by connection port used on the receiver.
You can use normal mode by connecting to 1-4ch port in the receiver.
Mode will be changed to Serial mode by connecting B/S port. The use of a
very fast response and real time ICS is possible.
Servo mode will be changed to HCS
automatically by connecting port of the receiver being changed to HCS.
There is no other setting to change.
*HCS can only be used in
PWM Mode
*In case of incompatible HCS servos being connected to the receiver port
that is set to HCS, this servo will be broken by abnormality.

• We have examined the operation of this BSx servo in combination with other
KO PROPO products as a prerequisite condition. We cannot assume any
responsibility for the use of other company’ s products used with this unit.
•Vibration during usage can damage the servo. Use the rubber grommets
included to prevent the servo from coming in contact with mechanical plates.
Over tightening the grommets reduces the effect of preventing vibration.
•Check any linkage connected to the servo for free movement. Loose or bound
linkage will increase power consumption, which may shorten the operational life
of the servo.
•When using dry cells as a power supply, the correct performance may not be
shown.
•Modification of the unit by the customer may render the product un-repairable.
* Specifications may change without notice due to performance improvements.
While operating this product, do not carelessly touch, put it to your face or
etc. *There is danger of fracturing or cutting your finger or other parts of your
body from the strong torque output of the output axis. There is also the
danger of being burned due to the heat generated if the servo is over-loaded.

•Confirm the connector direction and make sure it is securely inserted. If the
connector becomes loose due to vibration during a run, it will drive recklessly.
•Do not use in a place where there are puddles or rain. *Water may enter the
equipment and cause damage internally.
•Resolve any problems before proceeding and do not remodel the product.
