This exercise equipment was designed and built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions
apply whenever you operate piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before
assembly and operation of this machine. .Also, please note the following safety precautions:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Locking knob must be fully inserted in upper hole of left support frame, when in fold up or storage
position, to secure treadmill frame and avoid possible injury form treadmill frame unintentionally
folding down.
2. Locking knob must be fully inserted in lower hole of left support frame and treadmill frame, when in
fold down or operating position, to secure support frame and avoid possible injure from support
frame unintentionally folding down.
3. Do not allow children on or around treadmill.
4. Handle append individuals should have medical approval and close supervision when using this
appliance.
5. Always keep hands and legs off of the treadmill while other are using it.
6. Use the treadmill only for it’s intended use as described in this manual.
7. Always use treadmill on a level surface.
8. Do not insert any object into any opening.
9. Start your program slowly and very gradually increase your speed and distance.
10. Do not walk or jog barefoot or in stocking fee.
11. Do not walk or jog in loose fitting shoes or slippers.
12. Never walk or jog while wearing loose fitting, long garments such as slacks, pajamas, dresses or
floppy bell bottoms.
13. Read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation.
14. Always hold onto HANDRAIL while mounting, during use and dismounting treadmill.

Step 1
*Attach the left and right upright(4L / 4R) to the base
frame(2). Secure using two bolts 8*50mm(25). Two
washers 8mm(36) and two Nuts(41).
*Attach the upright pillar(3) to base frame using two bolts
8*50mm(25). Two washers 8mm(36) and two
Nuts(41).
Tighten with hand to leave room for adjust in Step 1
Step 2
*Attach the main frame(1) to the left and right upright
(4L / 4R). Using two washers 10mm(35) and two bolts
10*60mm (21).
*Attach the plastic cover(16) on main frame(1) using
screws 5mm(32).
*Connect upright extension wire(18) and speed pickup(18).
Tighten with hand to leave room for adjust in Step 2

Step 3
*Attach waist twist tray(10) to upright pillar(3). Secure
using bolts 8*80mm(26) and washer(36) ,secure using
nuts (41).
*Attach bolt(31) to upright pillar(3),using
washers(36) and nuts(41).then secure using bolt(42)
*When fold the waist twist tray(10) to upright(3) position, you
must insert the waist twist tray to the Bolt (31) and fixed through
the bolt hole located in twist tray with bolt(42).
Tighten with hand to leave room for adjust in Step3
Step 4
*Attach pedal(11L / 11R) to upright pillar(3). Using
washer(36). Secure using two bolts 8*20mm(29).
*Attach adjustment(12) to upright pillar(3). To
washer(36). Secure using two bolts 8*20mm(29).
*Attach two Hydraulic cylinder (12) to two pedal(11L / 11R)
Using washers(36) and two bolts 8*45mm(23).
Secure using two nuts(41).
* Insert Pulley(14) to upright pillar(3) .
*Attach wire of Pully(14) to pedal(11L / 11R) by using
washers(35) and two bolts 10*15mm(24).
Tighten with hand to leave room for adjust in Step4

Step 5
*Attach the front handlebar(5) to upright pillar(3) using
washer(35) and two bolts 10*50mm(22).
*Attach the handlebar(6) to the front handlebar(5) using
washer(40) and two bolts 8*40mm(28). Attach the hand-
lebar(6)to the left and right upright (4L / 4R)using washer(37)
and two bolt(27).
*Connect the upper extension wire(18) of handlebar(5) to the
back wire of the Computer(15). Connect the upper extension wire(19)
of handlebar(5)to the sensor wire connector(19).
Tighten with hand to leave room for adjust in Step5
Step 6
*Insert two “AA” batteries into the back of the computer (15).
*Connect the upper extension wire(18) of handlebar to the back
wire of the computer (18). Connect the upper extension wire(19)
to the back wire of the computer(19).
*Attach the computer(15) toupright pillar(3), secure with two
bolts 5*10mm(33).
*Attach handrail (8) to upright pillar(3). Using washer(40)
and two bolts 8*80mm(26). Secure using nut(41).
*Put unders folding connect tube(43) in up connect tube(9).
And connect folding tube(43) to left upright tube of main
frame(1) using bolt(23), 2 washers(36) and nut(41). Attach up
connect tube( 09 ) to base frame(2) using bolt(30), 2
washers(36) and nut(41).
*when storing the treadmill lift up the end of treadmill as
shown, and Open BOLT PIN lock (13) , move the treadmill
frame pop BOLT PIN in place (13) can be adjusted by turning
the knob.
Tighten all nuts and bolts after finish Step 6 8

CAUTION
When storing the treadmill, you must secure the
main frame with the locking bolt (13) by pulling
it out through the bolt hole located near the
bottom of your treadmill.

CAUTION
When storing the treadmill in the FOLDING
position, you must secure the main frame with the
locking bolt (13) by inserting it through the bolt
hole located near the top of your treadmill.
THREE-LEVEL ADJUSTABLE INCLINE
There are three-level for you to adjust,
You can choose best angle that you feel
So comfortable as you doing exercising.

RUNNING BELT ADJUSTING
RUNNING BELT ADJUSTING
If the following situation is happened on the running belt, it will make some noise on the
machine.
So if the running belt is not in the center position, too tight or too loose, please use the tool to
adjust it.
1. When the running belt moves to the right side, please revolve the right side six angle screw
clockwise 1 or 2 circles, then revolve back a little bit.
2. When the running belt moves to the left side, please revolve the left side six angle screw
clockwise 1 or 2 circles, then revolve back a little bit.
3. When the running belt is too tight, please revolve the left and the right side six angle
screws anticlockwise, then revolve back a little bit.
4. When the running belt is too loose, please revolve the left and the right side six angle
screws clockwise, then revolve back a little bit.
