dem ersten Gebrauch gründlich durch und
geben Sie sie zusammen mit dem Produkt
weiter. Beachten Sie die Warnungen auf dem
Produkt und in dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
Sie enthält wichtige Sicherheitshinweise
sowie Gebrauchs- und Wartungsanleitungen
für das Produkt.
• Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur
zweckbestimmt und mit den empfohlenen
Zubehörteilen und Komponenten. Eine
unsachgemäße oder falsche Nutzung ist
gefährlich.
• Lassen Sie das Produkt nie unbeaufsichtigt,
solange es eingeschaltet ist.
• Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf das
Produkt.
• Tauchen Sie elektrische Teile des Produktes
während des Reinigens oder des Betriebs nie
in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten. Halten
Sie das Produkt nie unter fließendes Wasser.
• Reparieren Sie das Produkt auf keinen Fall
selbst (z.B. wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt
ist oder das Produkt fallengelassen wurde,
etc.). Lassen Sie Wartungen und Reparaturen
nur von einem autorisierten Kundendienst
durchführen.
• Die Netzspannung muss mit den Angaben
auf dem Typenschild des Produktes
übereinstimmen.
• Nur der Netzstecker kann das Produkt
vollständig vom Stromnetz trennen. Achten

• Vermeiden Sie die Beschädigung des
Netzkabels durch Knicken und Kontakt mit
scharfen Kanten.
• Halten Sie das Produkt, einschließlich

• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nur am

Badewanne) oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit.
• Dieses Produkt ist nicht für kommerziellen
Gebrauch geeignet. Es ist nur für die
Nutzung im Haushalt konzipiert.
• Vor der Reinigung ziehen Sie den
Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Produkt
vollständig abkühlen.
• Um ein Überhitzen zu vermeiden, das Produkt
nicht abdecken.
• Vakuumieren Sie keine Flüssigkeiten.
Flüssigkeiten dürfen keinesfalls in die

gelangen.

Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und
bewahren Sie sie für späteres Nachschlagen auf.
Bestimmungsgemäße Benutzung
Dieses Produkt ist nur zum Vakuumieren und
Einschweißen von Lebensmitteln, kleineren
Haushaltsartikeln oder Kleidungsstücken in
zum Vakuumieren und Versiegeln geeigneten
Vakuumbeuteln geeignet.
Die Imtron GmbH übernimmt keine Haftung
für Schäden am Produkt, Sachschaden, oder
Verletzung von Personen aufgrund von
unachtsamer, unsachgemäßer, falscher oder
nicht dem vom Hersteller angegebenen Zweck
entsprechender Verwendung des Produkts.
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch
Entfernen Sie das Produkt und Zubehör
vorsichtig aus der Originalverpackung. Es
empfiehlt sich, die Originalverpackung für
späteres Verstauen zurückzubehalten. Möchten
Sie die Originalverpackung entsorgen, so tun
Sie dies nach den geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen. Haben Sie Fragen zur richtigen
Entsorgung, fragen Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde nach.
Überprüfen Sie den Verpackungsinhalt auf
Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen. Sollte der
Verpackungsinhalt unvollständig oder sollten
Beschädigungen feststellbar sein, kontaktieren
Sie umgehend Ihre Verkaufsstelle.
Reinigen Sie das Produkt nach dem Auspacken;
siehe Abschnitt Reinigung und Pflege.
Dieses Produkt nicht im unsortierten
Hausmüll entsorgen. An einer
ausgewiesenen Sammelstelle für
Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte entsorgen.
Dadurch tragen Sie zum Schutz der Ressourcen
und der Umwelt bei. Für weitere Information
wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler oder die
örtlichen Behörden.

B) Versiegeln
Drücken Sie anstatt der Taste VAC/Seal
die Taste Seal. Dabei wird nicht vakuumiert,
sondern der Beutel wird nur verschweißt.

Deckelentriegelungstasten beidseitig,
önen Sie den Deckel und entnehmen
Sie den Vakuumbeutel.
Vakuumieren in geeigneten
Frischhaltedosen
Hinweis: Zur Benutzung des
Frischhaltebehälters, z. B. zum Anschluss an
und zum Trennen von einem Vakuumierer
oder zum Önen des vakuumierten
Frischhaltebehälters, beachten Sie dessen
Hinweise zur Bedienung bzw. Sicherheit.
Abb. 5Geben Sie die Lebensmittel oder Artikel
in eine zum Vakuumieren geeignete
Frischhaltedose (nicht im Lieferumfang)
und schließen Sie diese mit dem Deckel.
Hinweis: Lassen Sie zwischen Lebensmittel
und Oberkante Frischhaltedose ca. 2,5 cm
Luft.

des Vakuumierers und das andere Ende
in die dafür vorgesehene Önung
oder das Ventil des Deckels der
Frischhaltedose.

Deckel des Vakuumierers muss dazu
geönet sein. Wurde ausreichend
Vakuum erzeugt, stoppt der
Vakuumierprozess automatisch. Sie
können den Vakuumierprozess auch
vorzeitig durch nochmaliges Drücken
der Taste Canister beenden.
Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung
zuerst den Schlauch vom Deckel des
Frischhaltebehälters und dann von der
Vakuumdüse.
Bedienung
Allgemeine Hinweise zur Bedienung
zum Vakuumieren und Versiegeln in
Vakuumbeuteln
Abb. 1Legen Sie das Lebensmittel oder den zu
vakuumierenden und zu versiegelnden
Artikel in einen Vakuumbeutel. Legen
Sie nun die Schnittkante der oenen
Seite des Beutels in die Vakuumkammer.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Vakuumdüse
dabei frei bleibt und nicht abgedeckt wird.
Abb. 2Schließen Sie den Deckel. Drücken Sie
ihn ggf. fest nach unten, sodass er
beidseitig einrastet.
Warnung
Vakuumieren Sie keine Flüssigkeiten. Flüssig-
keiten dürfen keinesfalls in die Vakuumdüse
oder das Innere des Gerätes gelangen.

normal (relativ stark) zu vakuumieren
•Gentle: um empfindliche, z. B. krümelige
Lebensmittel oder Artikel sanfter zu
vakuumieren
Drücken Sie die Taste VAC/Seal um den
Vakuumier- und Versiegelungsprozess
zu starten. Die VAC/Seal Indikator-LED
leuchtet während die Luft aus dem
Vakuumbeutel gesaugt wird. Anschließend
startet automatisch die Verschweißung
(Versiegelung) des Beutels, was durch die
Seal Indikator-LED angezeigt wird. Der
Vakuumierprozess kann durch Drücken der
Taste Stop jederzeit beendet werden.

Reinigung und Pflege
Warnung
• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker und lassen
Sie das Produkt vor dem Reinigen
vollständig abkühlen. Tauchen Sie
elektrische Teile des Produktes während
des Reinigens nie in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten. Halten Sie es nie unter
fließendes Wasser.
• Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keinesfalls
Lösungs- und Scheuermittel, harte
Bürsten, metallische oder scharfe
Gegenstände. Lösungsmittel sind
gesundheitsschädlich und greifen die
Plastikteile an; scheuernde Reiniger und
Hilfsmittel zerkratzen die Oberfläche.
• Reinigen Sie die Außenflächen des
Produktes mit einem leicht angefeuchteten
Tuch und trocknen Sie sie anschließend gut
ab.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass kein Wasser ins
Produktinnere (z.B. an Schaltern) gelangt.
Tipps zum Vakuumieren
• Füllen Sie die Vakuumbeutel nicht zu voll
und lassen Sie an der Beutelönung genug
frei, damit die Önung des Beutels korrekt
in der Vakuumkammer platziert werden
kann.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Önung des
Beutels trocken, sauber und absolut glatt
und faltenfrei ist. Ein feuchte, verschmutzte
oder faltige Önung kann evtl. nur schlecht
versiegelt werden bzw. undicht sein.
• Um beim Vakuumieren und Versiegeln
größerer Stücke Falten an der
Versiegelungsnaht zu vermeiden, ziehen
Sie die Beutelönung möglichst glatt und
halten Sie sie unter leichter Spannung bis
die Vakuumpumpe startet (evtl. 2. Person
erforderlich).
• Vakuumieren kann Kühlen und Einfrosten
von Lebensmitteln nicht vollständig
ersetzen. Verderbliche Lebensmittel müssen
weiterhin gekühlt oder eingefroren werden.
• Wenn Sie Stücke mit scharfen Kanten
vakuumieren, schützen Sie den
Vakuumbeutel vor Beschädigungen bzw.
Löchern, indem Sie die scharfen Kanten
umwickeln, bspw. mit einem Taschentuch.
• Für beste Ergebnisse frieren Sie Früchte
und blanchieren Sie Gemüse vor dem
Vakuumieren.
• Es wird empfohlen zwischen einzelnen
Vakuumier- und Versiegelungsvorgängen
40 Sekunden zu pausieren.
• Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, ob ein Beutel
korrekt versiegelt wurde, versiegeln Sie ihn
einfach erneut.

έλλειψη εμπειρίας και γνώσεις εφόσον τους έχουν
δοθεί καθοδήγηση ή οδηγίες που αφορούν τη χρήση του
προϊόντος κατά ένα ασφαλή τρόπο και κατανοούν τους
εμπλεκόμενους κινδύνους.
•Τα παιδιά δεν μπορούν να παίζουν με το προϊόν.
•Ο καθαρισμός και η συντήρηση χρήστη δεν πρέπει να
διεξάγονται από παιδιά, εκτός εάν αυτά επιτηρούνται.
•Τα χαλασμένα καλώδια τροφοδοσίας πρέπει να
αντικαθίστανται μόνο από τον εξουσιοδοτημένο αντιπρόσωπο
του σέρβις ώστε να αποφεύγονται τυχόν κίνδυνοι.

Οδηγίες ασφαλείας
• Διαβάστε διεξοδικά αυτό το εγχειρίδιο
χρήστη πριν από τη χρήση και κρατήστε το
μαζί με το προϊόν. Δώστε ιδιαίτερη προσοχή
στις προειδοποιήσεις πάνω στο προϊόν και
σε αυτό το εγχειρίδιο χρήστη. Αυτό περιέχει
σημαντικές πληροφορίες για την ασφάλειά
σας καθώς και για τη χρήση και συντήρηση
του εξοπλισμού.
• Χρησιμοποιέιτε το προϊόν μόνο για τον
ενδεδειγμένο σκοπό και με τα συνιστώμενα
εξαρτήματα και συνιστώντα μέρη. Η
ακατάλληλη χρήση και η εσφαλμένη
λειτουργία μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε κινδύνους.
• Μην αφήνετε ποτέ το προϊόν δίχως
επίβλεψη ενώ είναι ενεργοποιημένο.
• Μην τοποθετείτε βαριά αντικείμενα στο
πάνω μέρος του προϊόντος.
• Μη βυθίζετε ποτέ τα ηλεκτρικά μέρη του
προϊόντος στο νερό κατά τον καθαρισμό ή
τη λειτουργία. Μην κρατάτε ποτέ το προϊόν
κάτω από τρεχούμενο νερό.
• Μην προσπαθήσετε σε καμία περίπτωση
(π.χ. βλάβη του καλωδίου τροφοδοσίας,
το προϊόν έχει πέσει κάτω, κλπ.) να
επιδιορθώσετε μόνοι σας το προϊόν. Για
σέρβις και επισκευές, παρακαλείστε να
συμβουλευτείτε έναν εξουσιοδοτημένο
αντιπρόσωπο του σέρβις.
• Η τάση δικτύου πρέπει να αντιστοιχεί στις
πληροφορίες στην ετικέτα ονομαστικής
ισχύος του προϊόντος.
• Μόνον όταν βγάλετε το φις από την πρίζα
μπορείτε να εξασφαλίσετε τον πλήρη
διαχωρισμό του προϊόντος από την παροχή
του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος. Παρακαλείστε
να βεβαιωθείτε ότι το φις τροφοδοσίας
βρίσκεται σε λειτουργική κατάσταση.
• Αποφύγετε τις ζημιές στο καλώδιο
τροφοδοσίας που μπορεί να προκληθούν από
συστροφές ή από επαφή με αιχμηρές γωνίες.
• Κρατήστε το προϊόν αυτό συμπεριλαμβα-
νομένων του καλωδίου και του βύσματος
τροφοδοσίας μακριά από όλες τις πηγές θερ-
μότητας όπως για παράδειγμα, φούρνους,
εστίες μαγειρέματος και άλλες συσκευές/
άλλα αντικείμενα που παράγουν θερμότητα.
• Βγάζετε το βύσμα από την πρίζα μόνο από
αυτό καθαυτό το βύσμα. Μην τραβάτε το
καλώδιο.
• Βγάλτε το προϊόν από την πρίζα όταν
το προϊόν δεν βρίσκεται σε χρήση, σε
περίπτωση δυσλειτουργιών, πριν να
συνδέσετε ή να αφαιρέσετε εξαρτήματα και
πριν από κάθε καθαρισμό.
• Χρησιμοποιήστε το προϊόν μόνο σε
στεγνούς εσωτερικούς χώρους και ποτέ σε
εξωτερικούς χώρους.
• Τοποθετήστε το προϊόν σε μια επίπεδη,
σταθερή και αντιολισθητική επιφάνεια.
• Ποτέ μη χρησιμοποιείτε, εκθέτετε ή
τοποθετείτε το προϊόν κοντά:
- κοντά στο άμεσο ηλιακό φώς και σε σκόνη·
- φωτιά (τζάκι, σχάρα, κεριά), νερό
(πιτσιλίσματα , βάζα, δεξαμενές,
σωληνώσεις μπάνιου) ή σε βαριά υγρασία.
• Το προϊόν αυτό δεν είναι κατάλληλο για
εμπορική χρήση. Είναι σχεδιασμένο μόνο για
οικιακή χρήση.
• Πριν από τον καθαρισμό, να αφήνετε
πάντοτε το προϊόν να σταματήσει τελείως
και να το αποσυνδέσετε από το ηλεκτρικό
ρεύμα.
• Για να αποφύγετε τυχόν υπερθέρμανση, μην
καλύπτετε το προϊόν.
• Ο σωλήνας και το δοχείο δεν παρέχονται.

Προοριζομενη χρηση
Η συσκευή είναι κατάλληλη για αφαίρεση αέρα
και σφράγιση τροφίμων, μικρότερων οικιακών
ειδών και υφασμάτων μέσα σε σακούλες οι
οποίες είναι κατάλληλες για αφαίρεση αέρα και
σφράγιση.
Η Imtron GmbH δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για
βλάβη στο προϊόν, για καταστροφή περιουσίας
ή για προσωπικό τραυματισμό εξαιτίας
απρόσεκτης ή ακατάλληλης χρήσης του
προϊόντος ή χρήση που δεν είναι σύμφωνη με
τον συγκεκριμένο σκοπό χρήσης όπως ορίζεται
από τον κατασκευαστή.
Πριν την πρωτη χρηση
Βγάλτε το προϊόν και τα εξαρτήματα από την
αρχική συσκευασία. Συνιστάται να φυλάξετε και
να αποθηκεύσετε την αρχική συσκευασία. Αν
επιθυμείτε τη διάθεση (απόρριψη) της αρχικής
συσκευασίας, παρακαλείστε να λάβετε υπόψη
σας την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία. Σε περίπτωση
που έχετε τα οποιαδήποτε ερωτήματα
σχετικά με τη σωστή διάθεση (απόρριψη) του
προϊόντος παρακαλείστε να επικοινωνήσετε με
το τοπικό σας κέντρο διαχείρισης αποβλήτων.
Επιθεωρήστε τα περιεχόμενα που σας έχουν
παραδοθεί σε ό,τι αφορά πληρότητα και ζημιές.
Εφόσον τα περιεχόμενα της παράδοσης
δεν είναι πλήρη ή έχουν υποστεί ζημιές,
επικοινωνήστε με το γραφείο των πωλήσεών
σας αμέσως. Μετά την αποσυσκευασία,
παρακαλείστε να ανατρέξετε στο κεφάλαιο
Καθαρισμός και φροντίδα.
Αφαιρέστε οποιεσδήποτε προστατευτικές
μεμβράνες και αυτοκόλλητα από την πλάκα βάσης.
Μην πετάτε αυτή τη συσκευή μαζί με τα
χύδην οικιακά απορρίμματα. Επιστρέψτε
την σε ένα καθορισμένο σημείο περισυλλο-
γής για την ανακύκλωση ηλεκτρικού και
ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού. Με αυτό τον τρόπο,
συμβάλλετε στη διατήρηση των πόρων και την
προστασία του περιβάλλοντος. Απευθυνθείτε
στον αντιπρόσωπο της περιοχής σας ή στις

Λειτουργία
Γενικές πληροφορίες χρήσης για την
αφαίρεση αέρα και τη σφράγιση σε
αεροστεγείς σακούλες
Εικ. 1Τοποθετήστε μέσα στην αεροστεγή
σακούλα τα τρόφιμα ή τα προϊόντα
που θέλετε να διατηρήσετε. Εισάγετε
το άνοιγμα της σακούλας μέσα στο
θάλαμο αφαίρεσης αέρα. Βεβαιωθείτε
ότι το ακροφύσιο αφαίρεσης αέρα δεν
καλύπτεται από τη σακούλα.
Εικ. 2Κλείστε το καπάκι. Αν χρειάζεται,
πιέστε σταθερά το καπάκι προκειμένου
τα κλείστρα και στις δύο πλευρές να
ασφαλίσουν στη θέση τους.
Προειδοποίηση
Μην πραγματοποιείτε αφαίρεση αέρα από
υγρά. Δεν πρέπει να εισέρχονται υγρά στο
ακροφύσιο αφαίρεσης του αέρα ή στο
εσωτερικό της συσκευής.

A) Αφαίρεση αέρα και σφράγιση
•Πλήκτρο Food
Ρύθμιση Dry: για στεγνά τρόφιμα και
προϊόντα
Ρύθμιση Moist: για βρεγμένα ή υγρά
τρόφιμα
•Πλήκτρο Speed
Normal: για κανονική αφαίρεση αέρα από
τρόφιμα ή προϊόντα (σχετικά σκληρά)
Gentle: για ήπια αφαίρεση αέρα από
ευαίσθητα είδη π.χ. από θρυμματισμένα
τρόφιμα ή προϊόντα.
Πιέστε το πλήκτρο VAC/Seal για να
ξεκινήσει η διαδικασία αφαίρεσης του αέρα
και σφράγισης. Η ενδεικτική λυχνία LED VAC/
Seal είναι αναμμένη όταν πραγματοποιείται
αναρρόφηση του αέρα από τη σακούλα.
Στη συνέχεια, η διαδικασία σφράγισης
των σακουλών ξεκινάει αυτόματα και
υποδεικνύεται από την ενδεικτική λυχνία
LED Seal. Η διαδικασία αφαίρεσης αέρα
μπορεί να σταματήσει οποιαδήποτε στιγμή
πατώντας το πλήκτρο Stop.
B) Μόνο σφράγιση
Αντί του πλήκτρου VAC/Seal, πιέστε το
πλήκτρο Seal. Με αυτή τη διαδικασία δεν
θα γίνει αφαίρεση του αέρα, αλλά μόνο
σφράγιση της σακούλας.

σβήσει, πιέστε τα κουμπιά απασφάλισης
και στις δύο πλευρές, ανοίξτε το
καπάκι και αφαιρέστε τη σφραγισμένη
αεροστεγή σακούλα.
Αφαίρεση αέρα από κατάλληλα δοχεία
τροφίμων
Σημείωση: Για τη σωστή χρήση των
δοχείων τροφίμων, π.χ. τοποθέτηση σε και
αφαίρεση από τη συσκευή αεροστεγούς
σφράγισης, ή άνοιγμα του αεροστεγούς
δοχείου τροφίμων, ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες
χρήσης και ασφάλειας.
Εικ. 5Τοποθετήστε τα τρόφιμα ή τα προϊόντα
μέσα σε ένα δοχείο τροφίμων (δεν
περιλαμβάνεται) κατάλληλο για
αφαίρεση αέρα και κλείστε το καπάκι.
Σημείωση: Αφήστε ένα κενό περίπου 2,5 εκ.
ανάμεσα στα τρόφιμα και το καπάκι.
Εικ. 6Τοποθετήστε το ένα άκρο του σωλήνα
αφαίρεσης αέρα (δεν περιλαμβάνεται)
στο ακροφύσιο αφαίρεσης αέρα και
τοποθετήστε το άλλο άκρο μέσα στην
οπή ή στη βαλβίδα που υπάρχει στο
καπάκι του δοχείου τροφίμων.
Εικ. 7Πιέστε το πλήκτρο Canister - για να
προβείτε σε αυτή την ενέργεια, το
καπάκι της συσκευής αεροστεγούς
σφράγισης πρέπει να είναι ανοιχτό.
Όταν επιτευχθεί η καθορισμένη
αφαίρεση αέρα, η διαδικασία
αφαίρεσης αέρα διακόπτεται αυτόματα.
Μπορείτε επίσης να σταματήσετε τη
διαδικασία αφαίρεσης αέρα νωρίτερα,
πιέζοντας ξανά το πλήκτρο Canister.
Όταν η διαδικασία αφαίρεσης αέρα
ολοκληρωθεί, αφαιρέστε το σωλήνα
αφαίρεσης αέρα πρώτα από το καπάκι
του δοχείου τροφίμων και μετά από το
ακροφύσιο αφαίρεσης αέρα.

Καθαρισμος και φροντιδα
Προειδοποίηση
• Αποσυνδέστε το προϊόν από την πρίζα και
αφήστε το να κρυώσει τελείως πριν από
τον καθαρισμό. Μη βυθίζετε ποτέ ηλεκτρικά
μέρη του προϊόντος μέσα σε νερό κατά τη
διάρκεια του καθαρισμού ή της λειτουργίας.
Ποτέ μην κρατάτε το προϊόν κάτω από
τρεχούμενο νερό.
• Όταν καθαρίζετε, μη χρησιμοποιείτε
ποτέ διαλύτες ή διαβρωτικά υλικά,
σκληρές βούρτσες, μεταλλικά ή αιχμηρά
αντικείμενα. Οι διαλύτες είναι επιβλαβείς
για την ανθρώπινη υγεία και μπορούν να
προσβάλλουν τα πλαστικά μέρη, ενώ οι
μηχανισμοί διαβρωτικού καθαρισμού και
τα εργαλεία μπορεί να χαράξουν την(τις)
επιφάνεια(-ες).
• Καθαρίστε τις εξωτερικές επιφάνειες της
συσκευής με υγρό πανί και στη συνέχεια
στεγνώστε σχολαστικά.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν μπαίνει νερό μέσα
στο εσωτερικό (για παράδειγμα, μέσω της
βάσης) ή στη βάση του προϊόντος.
Συμβουλές για την αφαίρεση του αέρα
• Μην παραγεμίζετε τις σακούλες. Αφήνετε
αρκετό κενό χώρο στο άνοιγμα της
σακούλας για να μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί
εύκολα μέσα στο θάλαμο αφαίρεσης αέρα.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι το άνοιγμα της σακούλας
είναι στεγνό, καθαρό, επίπεδο και χωρίς
καθόλου ζάρες. Αν το άνοιγμα είναι υγρό,
ακάθαρτο ή με ζάρες, η σακούλα ενδέχεται
να μην σφραγίσει σωστά ή να παρουσιάσει
διαρροή.
• Για να αποφύγετε τις ζάρες στο σημείο
σφράγισης όταν πραγματοποιείτε
αεροστεγή σφράγιση, τεντώστε ελαφρά
τη σακούλα ενώ την τοποθετείτε μέσα στο
θάλαμο αφαίρεσης αέρα και κρατήστε τη
τεντωμένη μέχρι η αντλία να ξεκινήσει τη
λειτουργία της (ίσως χρειαστείτε και ένα
δεύτερο άτομο).
• Η αεροστεγής σφράγιση δεν είναι δυνατό
να υποκαταστήσει τελείως την ψύξη και
την κατάψυξη των τροφίμων. Τα ευπαθή
τρόφιμα πρέπει να τοποθετούνται στην
ψύξη ή στην κατάψυξη.
• Όταν πραγματοποιείτε αεροστεγή
σφράγιση προϊόντων με αιχμηρές άκρες,
προστατεύστε τη σακούλα από τρυπήματα
τυλίγοντας τα προϊόντα με κάποιο μαλακό
υλικό, όπως χαρτί περιτυλίγματος.
• Για καλύτερα αποτελέσματα, προκαταψύξτε
τα φρούτα και ζεματίστε τα λαχανικά πριν
από την αεροστεγή σφράγιση.
• Συνιστάται διακοπή 40 δευτερολέπτων
μεταξύ των διαδικασιών σφράγισης ή
αφαίρεσης αέρα.
• Αν δεν είστε βέβαιοι ότι η σακούλα έχει
σφραγίσει σωστά, απλώς επαναλάβετε τη
σφράγισή της.

Before first time use
Remove the product and accessories carefully
from the original packaging. It is recommended
to keep the original packaging for storage. If

proper disposal, contact your local waste
management center.
Inspect the delivery contents for completeness
and damages. Should the delivery contents
be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales

Operation
General information on use for vacuuming
and sealing in vacuum bags
Fig. 1Put the food or the items that you
want to preserve inside the vacuum
bag. Insert the opening of the bag into
the vacuum chamber. Make sure the
vacuum nozzle is not covered by the
bag.
Fig. 2Close the lid. If necessary press down
the lid firmly so the latches at both
sides lock in place.
Warning
Do not to vacuum liquids. Liquids must not
enter the vacuum nozzle or the inner of the
product.
Vacuuming and sealing or sealing only

A) Vacuuming and sealing
•Food button
Setting Dry: for dry foods and goods
Setting Moist: for wet or moist foods
•Speed button
Normal: to vacuum foods or goods
normally (relatively firm)
Gentle: to vacuum sensitive, e.g. crumbly
foods or goods gently.
Push the VAC/Seal button to start the
vacuuming and sealing process. The VAC/
Seal indicator LED is on when the air is
vacuumed out of the bag. Afterwards
the sealing process of the bags starts
automatically indicated by the Seal indicator
LED. The vacuuming process can be stopped
at any time by pushing the Stop button.
B) Sealing only
Instead of pushing the VAC/Seal button
push the Seal button. Doing so the bag will
not be vacuumed but the bag will be sealed
only.

Vacuuming in suitable food containers
Note: For correct use of food containers,
e.g. connecting and disconnection to and
from the vacuum bag sealer or for opening
the vacuumed food container follow its
instructions for use and safety.

Tips for vacuuming
• Do not overfill the bags; leave enough
length at the opening of the bag so that it
can be placed in the vacuum chamber easily.
• Ensure that the opening of the bag is dry,
clean, flat and absolutely free of wrinkles. A
wet, dirty or wrinkled bag opening might be
insuciently sealed or may leak.
• To prevent wrinkles in a seal when vacuum
sealing bulky items, gently stretch flat
the bag while inserting into the vacuum
chamber and hold it stretched until the
pump begins to work (possibly a 2nd person
needed).
• Vacuum seal cannot completely replace
the refrigeration and freezing of foods.
Perishable foods still need to be refrigerated
or frozen.
• When you are vacuum sealing items with
sharp edges protect the bag from punctures
by wrapping items in soft cushioning
material, such as tissue paper.
• Pre-freeze fruits and blanch vegetables
before vacuum sealing for the best results.
• Intervals for 40 seconds after seal or
vacuum are recommended.
• If you are unsure whether your bag was
sealed properly, just reseal the bag.
Cleaning and care
Warning
• Unplug the product and let it cool down
completely before cleaning. Never
immerse electrical parts of the product in
water during cleaning or operation. Never
hold the product under running water.
• When cleaning, never use solvents or
abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic
or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to
human health and can attack plastic parts,
while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and
tools may scratch the surface(s).
• Clean the product’s exterior surfaces with
a slightly damp cloth and then dry them
thoroughly.
• Make sure that no water enters the product
interior (for example, through the switches).
