Operation
Preparation
1. Confirm that the operating voltage is 110-120V/60Hz.
2. Confirm that all switches on the blender are in the “OFF” or “0” position.
3. Place the blender on a proper working surface; correctly insert plug into the power outlet.
4. Clean the work bowl, work bowl cover and stirring rod; prepare an appropriate amount of
food for further operation.
Add Food
1. Add food to the work bowl in the following sequence:
•First add soft food and then hard food, followed by liquid food.
•The total amount of food added should not exceed the highest scale mark on the work
bowl; otherwise overflow of food may occur easily during stirring.
•Cut food in to 1-2cm2pieces to make crushing easier and achieve a better effect.
2. Close the work bowl cover and confirm that it is closely mated with the work bowl.Stuff the
small transparent cover into the feed inlet of the rubber cover and turn it to the bayonet
position for fixing. If the stirring rod is needed during stirring, use the stirring rod in place of
the small transparent cover and put it into the feed inlet of the rubber cover.
3. Properly place the work bowl on the power base.
Start the Appliance
1. Prior to operation, the user should keep a safe distance of about 20cm away from the blender.
2. Low speed start: Turn the start switch to the “ON” position, the blender will start at low
speed. After starting, the user can adjust the Speed Control Switch to select an appropriate
speed.
3. Start with pulse switch, turn the pulse switch to the “ON” position, the blender will start at
full speed and the “Speed Control Switch” will not work, if you release the switch, it will
automatically return to the “OFF” position.
4. When food processing is finished, turn all switches to the “OFF” position. When the blender
comes to a full stop, remove the work bowl and take out the processed food.
Operation Skills
1. To process liquid food, the blender must be started at low speed since impact can be caused
by instant start, which may result in liquid splashing out of the container. After the blender
becomes stable, the user can select an appropriate operating speed.
2. Whenfood inside the work bowl does not stir, the pulse switch or the stirring rod can be used.
3. To process food that can foam easily(e.g. tea), the pulse switch for low speed start can be
used, select the number of instant running or operating time according to the amount of foam
desired.
4. When making smooth food, adding an appropriate amount of drinking water can help
operation and reduce difficulty and processing time.
Process Control
1. Time control: Normally, food can be crushed within 30 second. If the desired crushing effect is
not obtained within 30s, then the time can be prolonged to 2 minutes at most.

4
2. Avoid adding food during operation. (do not over-feed the work bowl to avoid overflow or
overload)
3. Stop the blender and add food.
4. When the blender becomes stable, remove the small transparent cover and add an
appropriate amount of food through the feed inlet. (for hot drinks, this operation is forbidden;
the blender must be stopped before operation in order to avoid injury caused by splashes of
hot liquid)
5. When removing the small transparent cover, press the rubber cover to facilitate removal and
prevent the rubber cover from being loosened.
6. Use of stirring rod: Generally, it is used in processing food of poor mobility. During
processing, when food does not stir or cannot move smoothly, the Pulse Switch can be turned
back and forth ~2-3 times. Then use the stirring rod to stir food. During operation, hold the
handle of the stirring rod to stir food up, down, left and right in sequence.
7. The appliance should be in a horizontal position during use and its sides and back should be
at least 20cm away from walls. Do not use the appliance in a narrow space. Take care not to
block the air suction and exhaust ports, which may affect heat dissipation. After use, confirm
that the “Power Switch” is in the “OFF” position.
8. The motor of this appliance is provided with a thermal protection unit. When the temperature
is too high, it will stop automatically. Please power off the appliance and unplug it from the
outlet. You can restart the appliance when the temperature drops to a normal level.
