Store in a dry place,
avoiding direct suns ine.
Avoid immersing in water.
Clean wit a dry clot .
Avoid s aking or
s ocking t e unit.
Avoid dusty or ot
locations.
Use a slig tly damp clot
to remove dirt.
Avoid splas ing t e cuff
w en was ing.
If you ave any problems w ile using t is device, including setting t e unit up,
maintenance tasks or taking blood pressure readings, please contact t e
Kogan.com customer support team. Do not attempt to open or repair t e unit
yourself.
T ere are no user serviceable parts inside.

About Blood Pressure
W at are systolic pressure and diastolic pressure?
W en ventricles contract and pump blood
out of t e eart, t e blood pressure reac es
it's maximum value in t e cycle, w ic is
called systolic pressure. W en t e ventricles
relax, t e blood pressure reac es it's minimum
value in t e cycle, w ic is called diastolic
pressure.
W at is t e standard blood pressure classification?
T e blood pressure classification publis ed
by t e World Healt Organization (WHO)
and t e International Society of Hypertension
(ISH) in 1999 is as s own to rig t
Only a p ysician or doctor can tell your normal
BP range. Please contact your doctor if your
measurement falls outside of t e normal range.
Please note t at only a doctor can tell w et er
your blood pressure value as reac ed a dangerous point.
W y does my blood pressure fluctuate t roug out t e day?
1. Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected
by t e way you tie your measurement cuff and t e position your body is in
w ile taking t e measurement, so please try to take t e measurement
under t e same conditions.
2. T e pressure will vary under t e influence of different medicines.
3. Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.

W y do I get different blood pressure measurements at ome
compared to t e ospital?
Blood pressure is different t roug out t e day due to weat er, emotions,
exercise etc.. as well as t e “w ite coat” effect t at occurs at ospitals, w ere
blood pressure is usually increased in clinical settings.
Is t e result t e same if measuring on t e rig t wrist?
It is fine for eit er wrist, owever t ere may be different results for different
people. We suggest t at you measure from t e same wrist every time.
W at you need to pay attention to w en you measure your blood
pressure at ome:
•C eck t at t e cuff is tied properly.
•C eck t at t e cuff isn't too tig t or too loose.
•If you are feeling anxious, take 2-3 deep breat s before beginning. If you
are still feeling anxious, relax yourself for 4-5 minutes before attempting to
measure.
