Step 1: Connect the A1, A2, B1, B2, C, and D rails with the P and T nut and bolt sets.
•First, connect the A1 and A2 rails together, inserting the A2 rail inside the A1 and securing
with the P set
•Repeat this for the B1 and B2 rails
•Next, attach one pair of the A and B assemblies together to the short end of the C rails
using the T set
•The second pair of A and B assemblies will attach the short end of D using the T set
•Then both C and D will be joined together using the P set
ASSEMBLY

Step 2: Connect F1 and F2 rails together with the O nut and bolt set, then attach the
combined F1 & F2 assembly to the B2 rails with x2 R nut and bolt sets on each end.
Step 3: Create the seat assembly by connecting the arm rests (I) to the seat (J) with the Q
and S nut and bolt sets. As per the below image, use the Q set for the seat back and the S
set for the seat bottom.
Then attach the x4 E1 rails to the arm rests with the Z nut and bolt set.

Step 4: Hang the seat assembly onto the frame with the x2 springs (H). The springs will first
be connected to the E1 rails of the seat assembly, then lifted and attached to the top of the
frame (C and D rails).
Place the seat cover (N) onto the seat assembly.

Step 5: Connect the E crossbeams onto the frame, using the P nut and bolt set to secure.
Step 6: To begin assembling the top canopy, attach the K rails to each side of the frame
assembly using the butterfly clip (U) and the O nut and bolt set.

Step 7: Insert the L rails into the canopy cover (M) as shown below.
Step 8: Secure the canopy cover to the frame assembly, fitting L rails into K rails on each
side.

Assembly is complete
