Limited Warranty
This KOVEA stove has one year limited warranty. If this product falls to work during
the one year period, return it to our authorized repair facilities.
We will repair or replace ot at our option. Repairs required due to improper use or
care, negligence, product modication, or accident are not covered under this warranty
agreement, but will be performed at a nominal charge upon request.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase may be required.
Products purchased from an independent dealer should be returned to this dealer.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary
from countries. Some countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, or limitations or exclusions of implied warranties, so the
above exclusion and limitation may not apply to you.

● Setting Mantle
(Below Mantle settings methods apply to model KL-2905, TKL-4319, KL-103, KL-K805,
TKL-N894, TKL-929)
1. Open up the Lid and take out the Globe. 2. Prepare Mantle & Lighter.

3. Green part of mantle on the top and red part
of mantle face down to set. (The Mantle sets
on the place where arrows indicates on the
picture).

4. After setting Mantle, re on the
mantle until gets white. (Smokes
may appears).
5. Do not touch or remove the white ash state
mantle after burning of mantle as picture
shown.
6. Put back the Globe and Lid to
reignite or use.
Be caution of mantle damages from impacts.
The Mantle is not one time disposable, it can be use as semi-permanent but any damage
replace with new Mantle.

Usage
● Connecting & Disconnecting gas canister
Please check damages of rubber ring on the valve
before connecting gas canister. (Turn Adjusting-Knob
to clockwise completely)
Connect product valve and screw hole of gas
canister vertically accurate and then turn gas canister
clockwise to install.
After connecting, please check any gas leakages.
After usage, please disconnect the gas canister
after cool down of the product. For disconnecting,
please follow reverse direction of the connection or
installation of the gas canister.
● Ignition
After connecting gas canister, turn Adjusting-Knob
slowly to anticlockwise at the same time press One
Touch Piezo igniter for ignition. Do not get near your
face to the product during ignition.
After ignition is complete, adjust light for your use.
● Extinguishment
Turn Adjusting-Knob slowly to clockwise until the light
is completely off. At this point do not touch globe and
around lid area until the product gets cool down and
keep separate the product with the gas canister for
storage and carry.
● Lid Usage
By separating the lid, pull up the Globe Protector Wire
towards to outside as picture showing on the left. To
x the lid follow the opposite direction of separating
the lid until “tick” sounds appears when inserting.
● Reecting Shade Usage
By using Reecting Shade, set up the Reecting
Shade as picture showing on the left which concave
part is facing down and inserts on the top of the
lantern lid.
The Reecting Shade is very hot during in use or right
after use so do not touch with bare hands. It may
causes risk of re burns.

● Caution In manipulating Gas Cantor
Avoid heat, re or a direct sunlight and keep it in a place that is well ventilated,
no humid and less than 40 °C.
After complete consumption, discard it separately.
It is necessary to punch the empty canister.
By shaking gas canister you can check the remainder.
Discard the empty canister separately after complete consumption.
Make sure to disconnect the canister and keep it cool, dry after use.
Keep away from ammable items and do not leave or discard an empty canister
near re.
To get rid of the remainder completely from the canister punch a hole.
Do not use pans bigger than the appliance or overheating canister will be
occurred.
Do not use it for other purpose except lightening.
It may cause explosion.
Do not use more than two appliances side by side or there could be explosion.
Keep off ammables and keep 2 meters-distance from re or there could be re
or explosion.
Do not use on the beach or on the sands or there could be re or explosion by
overheating.
Do not cover the appliance with an aluminum sheet while using.
When using appliance, do not block all directions. It could be a cause of
overheating and explosion.
Gas Heating
General gas canisters include normal butane gas which vaporizes in more than -0.6C so it’s
hard to use stove in winter. But this stove equipped STS pipe and that make stream gas on
the re hole and maximize the evaporability so that you can use it even in cold weather.
● Warning when using this appliance
Take the gas cartridge upside down and attach it at the bottom of lantern after
the re is stabilized. There might be big ame if the gas cartridge is attached
before igniting it.
●Caution In Use
In high temperature, the inner-pressure of gas cartridge is high and it may
cause big ame when the gas cartridge is upside down. Do not close your body
to lantern. In this case, reduce the ame or change the gas cartridge to cold
one.
Detach the gas cartridge and use it as normal position when the detail ame
adjustmend and small ame needed.
Keep proper re size, otherwise the big ame may come out depend on
circumstance.
This appliance is for outdoor only. Make sure to use it in well ventilated area.
When using it enclosed area, carbon monoxide (CO) damage you seriously.
(shortage of oxygen (O2).
Accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away from the
appliance.
When igniting, keep your face or hands away from the appliance or you may
be burnt.
Don’t remodel or repair this appliance by yourself.
It could a cause of accident.
Do not move or leave it unattended while using the appliance. Incomplete
combustion may cause an accidental re.
Avoid windy places, extinguishment by wind and gas leakage may cause
explosion.
Avoid uneven surface for your safety.
Avoid the contact between water and glass. It may cause an accident due to the
glass-break.
Mantle is expendables. Replace damaged mantle to new one. (Broken mantle
may heat up the glass and body and it may cause glass - break.).
Avoid direct sunlight and next to re. And put a safe plate under the stove to
keep sands or dirts off.
To store appliance, remove canister from appliance and let the gas canister cool
and dry.
Steps to take against troubles
If there is unusual combustion, make sure the control knob set to ‘OFF’ position
and remove the canister from the appliance.
If any gas leaks, turn off the gas immediately and ask for help with the retailer
shop.
Prevention from re or gas accident
If a canister installed into appliance and control knob set ‘ON’ position, be
cautious about if any gas leaks.
If there is gas leakage, disconnect and stop using it.
If gas comes down, extinguish the re and remove the canister from the
appliance.
Keep ammables away from the appliance.
Do not leave it unattended.
Avoid unstable places to prevent something falling down onto the appliance.
Do not move while using.
Do not put ammables, something meltable nor block up ventilation under the
appliance. It may cause an accidental re.
When you use this appliance on the thermoplastic thing, put an insulation under
the appliance to avoid melting or catching re.
Do not use this appliance to dry clothing.

●For better maintenance
Keep clean, cool, well dried, (No dirt, rust, humid).
Detach the gas cartridge and put it in well-ventilated place under 40 ˚C
The gas may comes out when it is detached from gas appliance, detach the gas
cartridge at outside without any re around.
