How to change controller board inside for K2400/A2000
1. Prepare tools and cable strip
2. Cut off the power for AC, make sure no electricity supply to the unit. IMPORTANT.
3. Use hex spanner to screw out the bolts on cover
4. Cut the cable ties. Do it carefully, do not cut the cable. (Video 1)

5. Disassemble the controller box, by screwing out the fixation screws using a screw driver.

6. Take the control box out and disassemble the cover.
7. Pull the cable terminal off from the controller box. Some terminal maybe tight, try to use the
clamper to hold it. Do not pull the cable itself, otherwise it can be damaged.
Notice: There is a diagram on the inside of lid for cable connection. It is recommended to take
a photo before start to take off cable terminals. (Video 2)

8. Squeeze the plastic holder on back, and take the controller board out. (Video 3)

9. Put a new controller board back into the box, and connect the cables back onto the controller.

10. Put the lid on, put all the screws back and tie the cables again. (Video 6)
11. Try to active the power for AC and run the AC to check the function.
12. Put the AC cover on and screw in the bolts.
