1. ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN |
GENERAL TERMS
Die auf den folgenden Seiten dargestellten
Informationen geben eine umfangreiche
Übersicht über die Installation, sowie
Anwendung von Lufthebern und die
entsprechenden Sicherheitsanweisungen der
Firma Krontec Maschinenbau GmbH.
Den hier aufgeführten Vorgaben ist unbedingt
Folge zu leisten, um einen einwandfreien
Betrieb gewährleisten zu können.
Eine fehlerhafte Nutzung kann sowohl zu
Störungen im Ablauf, sowie in der Funktion
der Luftheber führen!
Die Krontec Maschinenbau GmbH übernimmt
keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch
unsachgemäße Anwendung bzw- Montage der
Produkte entstehen.
Beachten Sie bitte, dass sämtliche
Wartungsarbeiten außer der Reinigung und
Schmierung nur vom Hersteller durchgeführt
werden dürfen.
The following information instructs how to
install and use airjacks, as well as the
corresponding safety instructions of Krontec
Maschinenbau GmbH.
The specified regulations must be obeyed at
all times to ensure a the correct performance
of the equipment.
Inappropriate usage can disrupt and also harm
the functionality of the airjack system!
Krontec Maschinenbau GmbH accepts no
liability for any damage caused by improper
handling whilst working with the airjack
system.
Please note: The maintenance, despite the
cleaning and lubrication, may only be done by
the fabricator.

2. ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE |
APPLICATION NOTES
•Betriebsmedium:
Ausschließlich trockene, saubere
Druckluft oder Argon verwenden!
•Betriebsdruck:
min. 15 bis max. 40bar
•Betriebstemperatur:
max. 80°C
•Der Luftheber ist für den Einsatz in
Rennfahrzeugen bestimmt
•Das Lufthebesystem darf nur von
geschultem Personal betrieben
werden
•Für jeden Luftheber ist eine
Sicherheitsstütze zu verwenden
•Niemals mineralölhaltige
Reinigungsmittel verwenden
•Nur Silikonfett oder –spray
verwenden
•Bei Verdacht auf Überdruck sollte das
System wie unter Punkt 6
beschrieben, entlüftet werden
•Die Löcher im Bodendeckel
dürfen nicht verschlossen werden!
•Operating medium:
Use clean and dry, compressed air or
Argon only!
•Operating pressure:
min.15 to max. 40bars
•Operating temperature:
max. 80°C
•The air jack is designed for lifting
motorsports vehicles
•The system may only be operated by
trained personal
•Use safety props for each airjack
•Never use mineral oil based
detergents
•Only use silicone grease or silicone
spray
•In case of excess pressure the
system should be bled as described
under point 6
•Never seal the boreholes of
the bottom feet!

2. ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE |
APPLICATION NOTES
•Je nach Fahrzeuggewicht und
Lastverteilung 3 oder 4 Luftheber
verwenden
•Maximale Hebelast:
–LL-2X: 650kg @ 40bar
–LL-3X: 415kg @ 40bar
•Luftheber im Fahrzeug so
positionieren, dass die Lastverteilung
nahezu identisch ist
•Luftheber in der z-Achse so
positionieren, dass während der Fahrt
kein Bodenkontakt möglich ist
•Luftheber stets senkrecht im
Fahrzeug verbauen
•NIEMALS unter dem angehobenen
Fahrzeug ohne Verwendung von
Sicherheitsstützen arbeiten
•Nichteinhaltung des zulässigen
Betriebsdruckes kann zu
Bauteilversagen führen
•Luftheber niemals öffnen! Das
System steht auch im eingefahrenen
Zustand unter Druck
•Aktuieren Sie den Luftheber niemals
mit Betriebsdruck ohne das Fahrzeug
dabei anzuheben
•Use 3 or 4 airjacks depending on the
total weight and weight distribution of
the car
•Maximum lifting load:
–LL-2X: 650kg @ 40bar
–LL-3X: 415kg @ 40bar
•Position the airjacks correctly to
achieve an equal weight distribution
onto the airjacks
•Position the airjack on the z-axis, so it
does not touch the ground during
race
•Always mount the airjacks upright in
the car
•NEVER work below the car with
extended airjacks without using
safety props
•Exceeding the maximum working
pressure of the system may cause
component failure
•Never try to open and disassemble an
airjack, as the system is always under
pressure, even in its retracted state
•Never actuate the airjack with
operating pressure without lifting the
car

3. EINBAU LUFTHEBER |
AIRJACK INSTALLATION
•Das Einbaurohr muss für das
Fahrzeuggewicht ausreichend
dimensioniert sein
•Das Einbaurohr stets fest mit dem
Chassis verschweißen
•Die Positionierung des Einbaurohres,
sowie die Ausschnitte des
Unterbodens müssen die
Verwendung der Sicherheitsstützen
gewährleisten
•Der Heber muss spannungsfrei
verbaut sein. Das Einbaurohr darf
keine zusätzlichen Kräfte in den
Luftheber einleiten durch Biegung
oder Dehnung etc.
•Den Luftheber, wie auf den
nachfolgenden Seiten immer in einem
Einbaurohr montieren –niemals
Rohrschellen verwenden!
•Das Einbaurohr muss mit der Buchse
bündig abschließen (DETAIL A)
•Make sure the mounting tube is
dimensioned correctly regarding the
weight of the car
•Weld the tube to the chassis to
achieve a rigid mount
•Ensure that the positioning of the
airjacks, as well as the underfloor,
allows the use of safety props
•It is mandatory that the installed
airjack is in a tensionless state, which
means there should be no additional
forces, due to elongation, bending
etc.
•Always mount the airjack in a tube, as
described on the following pages –
never use clamps!
•The tube needs to sit flush to the
bottom collar (DETAIL A)

3. EINBAU LUFTHEBER | AIRJACK
INSTALLATION
•Montieren Sie den Luftheber von unten
im Montagerohr
•Ziehen Sie die Mutter mit einem
Drehmoment von 40 ± 5 Nm an. Der
Luftheber muss sich im eingefahrenen
Zustand befinden, die
Umgebungstemperatur sollte 10 –35
°C betragen
Optional:
–Sichern der Befestigungsmutter
mit einem Tropfen Loctite 243.
Achtung: Überdosierung kann zu
Beschädigung des Lufthebers bei
Demontage führen
–Bei ungenügender Auflagefläche
(<600mm²) der Befestigungsmutter
ist zusätzlich eine Kontermutter zu
verwenden (LL-22/-32-KM)
•Install the airjack from the bottom
side to the tube
•Tighten the nut with a torque of 40
± 5 Nm. Make sure that the airjack
is not extended and the ambient
temperature is 10 –35 °C
Optional:
–Secure the nut using one drop
of Loctite 243. Caution:
Overdosing may cause
damage to the airjack while
disassembling
–In case of insufficient support
area (<600mm²) for the nut
use an additional counter nut

4. BENUTZUNG DER
SICHERHEITSSTÜTZEN | USING
THE CAR LIFTER SYSTEM
Die Sicherheitsstützen LL-90 / LL-91
niemals zusammen mit dem Carlifter
System LL-20CL / LL-30CL
verwenden!!!
Do not use the safety props
LL-90 / LL-91 in combination with the
carlifter-system LL-20CL / LL-30CL!!!
1. Fahrzeug anheben
2. Sicherheitsstütze an jedem Heber
positionieren
3. Fahrzeug langsam auf die
Sicherheitsstützen ablassen
1. Lift up the car
2. Mount the safety props onto each
airjack
3. Slowly bleed the system until the
car sits on the safety props

1. Fahrzeug anheben
2. Schieberiegel öffnen. Carlifter unter
jedem Heber positionieren und mit
Hilfe der Gummilippe ausrichten
3. Fahrzeug langsam auf das Unterteil
des Carlifters ablassen
4. Schieberiegel nun vollständig
schließen

2. Open the sliding lock. Mount the
carlifter onto each airjack with use
of the rubber lip
3. Slowly bleed the system until the
car sits on the bottom part of the
carlifter
4. Insert the sliding lock completely
