CHÖÙC NAÊNG CHÍNH:
-Hieän soá goïi tôùi caû heä DTMF/FSK.
-Maøn hình hieån thò ñoàng hoà, ngaøy thaùng naêm, soá cuoäc goïi tôùi
chöa xem, toång soá cuoäc goïi tôùi ñöôïc löu, cuoäc goïi tôùi laëp
laïi.
-Boä nhôù 30 cuoäc goïi tôùi , 10 cuoäc goïi ñi
-Nhaán soá khoâng nhaác tay nghe (Handfree).
-Phím taét “171” löu vónh vieãn (dòch vuï goïi ñöôøng daøi giaù reû)
-Chöùc naêng maùy tính
-Khoaù goïi ñöôøng daøi (khoùa soá “0” ôû ñaàu).
-Nhaïc ñôïi. Goïi laïi soá cuoái.
-Nhaán soá tröôùc khi môû maùy goïi ñi.

LAÉP ÑAËT:
-Khoâng gaén daây xoaén tay nghe vaøo oå caém ñaàu baøn maùy vì coù
theå laøm HÖ tay nghe
-Gaén 1 ñaàu daây xoaén vaøo oå caém tay nghe vaø ñaàu kia daây
xoaén vaøo oå caém ôû beân traùi baøn maùy.
-Gaén 1 ñaàu daây line vaøo oå caém ôû phía ñaàu treân baøn maùy vaø
ñaàu kia vaøo oå caém treân töôøng hay hoäp noái daây (noái tôùi
ñöôøng daây coâng ty ñieän thoaïi).

-Ñieän thoaïi caàn 3pin AA 1.5V duøng ñeå hoã trôï löu boä nhôù,
hieän soá goïi tôùi oån ñònh, ñeøn maøn hình,…. Môû ngaên pin ôû ñaùy
maùy, raùp pin ñuùng cöïc. Maøn hình hieän Thöù Ngaøy Giôø Naêm
-Chöùc naêng hieån thò soá goïi tôùi chæ coù taùc duïng khi ñöôøng daây
coù ñaêng kyù dòch vuï hieån thò soá goïi tôùi vôùi cty ñieän thoaïi.
Löu yù :
-Chæ veä sinh beân ngoaøi maùy baèng khaên meàm laøm aåm baèng chaát
laøm saïch nheï (nhö nö ùc lau kính).
-Khoâng laøm r i maùy, khoâng ñeå chaát loûng,… r i vaøo trong maùy
-Taêng cö øng baûo veä soác ñieän baèng caùch gaén theâm hoäp choáng
seùt (löu yù thay hoäp choáng seùt kòp th øi khi hoäp ñaõ bò hö).
-Löu yù caùc loaïi hoäp noái, hoäp choáng seùt khoâng phuø h ïp, hay gaén
song song nhieàu maùy hieän soá goïi t ùi, pin yeáu coù theå khieán chöùc
naêng hieån thò soá goïi t ùi khoâng oån ñònh.
-Maùy gaén song song bò loãi, khoâng oån ñònh coù theå aûnh hö ûng
ñeán maùy naøy.
-Neáu maùy khoâng hoaït ñoäng bình thö øng sau khi ñaõ kieåm tra
ñö øng daây ñieän thoaïi (thay thöû maùy khaùc vaøo cuøng ñö øng daây),
daây xoaén, pin, caùc coâng taéc, chöùc naêng caøi ñaët cho maùy, xin
goïi soá hotline của chúng tôi (ởmặt sau của sản phẩm) hoaëc
ñem maùy ñeán n i baùn ñeå ñö ïc kieåm tra söûa chöõa.
SÖÛ DUÏNG:
Nuùt HF :
Coù theå nhaán nuùt HF ñeå môû maùy vaø nhaán soá goïi ñi maø khoâng
caàn nhaác tay nghe. Khi nghe thaáy beân ñöôïc goïi traû lôøi, nhaác
tay nghe ñeå ñaøm thoaïi, neáu khoâng coù theå nhaán laïi nuùt HF ñeå
taét maùy.

Nuùt VOÂ-LUM CHUOÂNG:
Gaït nuùt ôû ñaàu maùy tôùi Hi hay Lo choïn chuoâng Lôùn hay Nhoû.
Nuùt T/P:
Gaït nuùt T/P ôû ñaàu baøn maùy sang vò trí phuø hôïp vôùi heä quay soá
cuûa cty ñieän thoaïi ñòa phöông (thöôøng laø Tone, neáu gaït sang
Pulse khi nhaán soá seõ nghe tín hieäu “taïch taïch”).
Nuùt S T:
Khi khoâng nhaác maùy (khoâng nhaán nuùt HF hay khoâng nhaác tay
nghe), duøng caøi ñaët, löu caùc chöùc naêng nhö sau:
1 Caøi ñaët ngaøy, thôøi gian :
- Nhaán nuùt S T 1 laàn, maøn hình hieän [S T 1 DAT ],
- Nhaán laïi nuùt S T, soá chæ naêm nhaáp nhaùy,
- Duøng nuùt UP/DOWN ñeå chænh, laàn löôït duøng phím S T ñeå
löu vaø di chuyeån daáu nhaùy ñeán choã caàn chænh.
- Nhaán nuùt S T chuyeån sang caøi ñaët caùc chöùc naêng keá tieáp.
- Nhaán nuùt D L ñeå thoùat cheá ñoä caøi ñaët.
2 Caøi maõ vuøng ñieän thoaïi :
- Nhaán nuùt S T, nhaán nuùt UP/DOWN ñeán khi maøn hình hieän
[S T 2 COD ].
- Nhaán nuùt S T , maøn hình hieän [COD -----],
- Duøng nuùt UP/DOWN ñeå caøi ñaët soá ñaàu tieân (“0”),
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå löu, soá keá tieáp nhaáp nhaùy.
- Tieáp tuïc nhaán UP/DOWN roài S T ñeå caøi ñaët chöõ soá keá tieáp
- Thöïc hieän töông töï ñeå caøi ñaët ñuû chöõ soá cho maõ vuøng.
- Nhaán nuùt D L khi caøi ñaët xong maõ soá.
Ví duï maõ vuøng cuûa TP.HCM laø 0 8--- (caøi ñaët 3 soá vaø thoaùt)
Caøi maõ vuøng ñieän thoaïi giuùp loïc (khoâng hieän) maõ vuøng khi
soá ñieän thoaïi noäi vuøng goïi tôùi, goïi laïi soá naøy khoâng baùo loãi.

3 Caøi ñaët maõ soá toång ñaøi:
- Nhaán nuùt S T, nhaán nuùt UP/DOWN ñeán khi maøn hình hieän
[S T 3 PCOD ].
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå choïn,, maøn hình hieän [PCOD --],
- Duøng nuùt UP/DOWN ñeå caøi ñaët maõ soá goïi ra ngoaøi toång ñaøi
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå löu, chuyeån sang chöùc naêng keá tieáp.
4 Caøi ñaët Maõ soá IP töï ñoäng:
- Nhaán nuùt S T, nhaán nuùt UP hoaëc DOWN ñeán khi maøn hình
hieän [S T 4 AUtO IP].
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå choïn,, maøn hình hieän [AUtO IP OFF], vaø
chöõ OFF nhaáp nhaùy. Duøng nuùt UP hoaëc DOWN ñeå choïn
Auto IP ON.
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå choïn IP 1 hoaëc IP , maøn hình hieän [No
Code], nhaán nuùt UP hoaëc DOWN ñeå choïn IP (neáu maùy
khoâng löu saün soá IP), maøn hình hieän [Input Code]duøng baøn
phím ñeå nhaäp maõ soá muoán löu (Ví duï: 171, 178,…), duøng nuùt
DEL ñeå xoaù, söûa soá nhaán sai.
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå löu vaø chuyeån sang chöùc naêng keá tieáp.
* Muoán löu soá khaùc, chæ caàn löu choàng leân soá cuõù.
* Sau khi caøi ñaët vaø baät cheá ñoä soá IP töï ñoäng, khi goïi caùc soá
ñieän thoaïi ñöôøng daøi (baét ñaàu baèng soá “0”) baèng cheá ñoä goïi
laïi soá cuoái hay cheá ñoä nhaán soá tröôùc khi môû maùy goïi ñi,
maùy seõ töï ñoäng theâm soá IP (ñaõ löu) vaøo phía tröôùc.
Ví duï: soá IP löu laø 171, nhaán soá 0 837558557 ôû cheá ñoä
redial hay predial, maùy seõ töï quay soá 1710 837558557.
Löu yù:
- Maõ soá IP1 laø nuùt “171” ñaõ löu vónh vieãn, neân khoâng theå
söõa ñoåi, chæ coù theå söûa ñoåi soá IP .
- Maõ soá IP seõ maát taùc duïng khi ñeå ôû cheá ñoä khoaù soá “0”
ñaàu.

5 Caøi ñaët Ñoä roõ neùt maøn hình:
- Nhaán nuùt S T, nhaán nuùt UP/DOWN ñeán khi maøn hình hieän
[S T 5 LCd].
- Nhaán nuùt S T ñeå choïn,, maøn hình hieän [LCd 3], duøng nuùt
UP hoaëc DOWN ñeå chænh möùc ñoä roõ neùt cuûa chöõ treân maøn
hình (töø 1-5).
BOÄ NHÔÙ SOÁ GOÏI Ñ ÁN (NUÙT UP/- DOWN/+)
Nhaän cuoäc goïi ñeán:
Khi coù cuoäc goïi ñeán, maøn hình seõ hieän ngaøy, giôø vaø soá ñieän
thoaïi goïi ñeán (toái ña 16 soá). Maøn hình hieän N W neáu laø soá
ñieän thoaïi laàn ñaàu goïi ñeán, R P neáu soá ñaõ töøng goïi ñeán tröôùc
ñoù. Neáu beân goïi ñaêng kyù khoâng cho hieän soá cuûa hoï treân maùy
beân nhaän, hay khi toång ñaøi cty ñieän thoaïi khoâng xaùc ñònh ñöôïc
soá goïi tôùi hay khi tín hieäu bò loãi, maùy coù theå hieän : “__p__”,
hay “__0__” hay “__E__”.
Xem laïi soá goïi tôùi :
Nhaán nuùt UP/DOWN ñeå xem, neáu khoâng coù soá naøo goïi ñeán,
hay xem ñeán soá cuoái cuøng, maøn hình hieän [--- ND ---]. Nhaán
giöõ nuùt UP ñeå xem nhanh, lieân tuïc caùc soá goïi tôùi.
Xoùa soá goïi tôùi:
Nhaán xem ñeán soá caàn xoùa, nhaán nuùt D L, soá hieän xem bò xoùa.
Nhaán giöõ D L trong 4-5 giaây, xoùa taát caû soá goïi ñeán ñaõ löu.
Goïi laïi soá goïi tôùi :
Khi xem soá goïi tôùi, nhaán R DIAL ñeå goïi ngöôïc laïi.
BOÄ NHÔÙ SOÁ GOÏI ÑI (OUT)
Xem laïi soá goïi ñi : Nhaán nuùt OUT, nhaán nuùt UP/DOWN ñeå
xem laàn löôït soá ñaõ goïi ñi.
Xoùa soá goïi ñi: Nhaán xem ñeán soá caàn xoùa, nhaán nuùt D L, soá

hieän xem bò xoùa. Nhaán giöõ D L trong 4-5 giaây, xoùa taát caû soá
trong boä nhôù goïi ñi.
Goïi laïi soá ñaõ goïi: Nhaán xem ñeán soá caàn goïi, nhaán nuùt
R DIAL, soá hieän xem ñöôïc goïi ñi.
GOÏI LAÏI SOÁ CUOÁI – NHAÁN SOÁ TRÖÔÙC KHI MÔÛ MAÙY
a/ Goïi laïi soá cuoái:
Ñeå goïi laïi soá vöøa goïi ñi tröôùc ñoù, nhaác tay nghe hay nhaán nuùt
HF, nhaán nuùt RD.
b/ Nhaán soá tröôùc khi môû maùy goïi ñi:
Khoâng nhaác tay nghe, khoâng nhaán nuùt HF, nhaán soá caàn goïi ñi,
hay choïn soá caàn goïi töø boä nhôù soá goïi ñi, goïi tôùi (cho hieän treân
maøn hình), coù theå duøng phím D L ñeå xoùa, söûa kyù töï sai. Sau
ñoù nhaán nuùt RD, maùy töï ñoäng quay soá goïi ñi.
MAÙY TÍNH (CAL)
Trong luùc gaùc maùy hay nhaác maùy, nhaán nuùt CAL ñeå maøn hình
chuyeån sang cheá ñoä maùy tính (10 chöõ soá) vaø duøng caùc phím
UP/-, DOWN/+, OUT/x, HD/÷, #/=, */. ñeå tính toaùn. Nuùt D L
ñeå xoùa. Ñeå thoaùt cheá ñoä maùy tính, nhaán nuùt D L.
NHAÏC ÑÔÏI (HOLD)
Trong luùc ñaøm thoïai, neáu muoán ñaàu daây beân kia ñôïi moät laùt,
nhaán nuùt HD/÷, caû hai beân ñeàu nghe nhaïc ñôïi. Coù theå ñaët tay
nghe xuoáng baøn maùy hay khoâng.
Nhaïc ñôïi seõ taét vaø hai beân ñaøm thoaïi bình thöôøng neáu : nhaác
tay nghe leân trôû laïi hay nhaán nuùt HF hay nhaán laïi nuùt HD/÷
hay khi maùy gaén song song nhaác maùy.
KHOAÙ GOÏI ÑÖÔØNG DAØI
Xoay chìa tôùi vò trí chaám XANH: khoaù goïi ñöôøng daøi, di ñoäng
(khoùa cuoäc goïi baét ñaàu baèng soá “0”); ÑOÛ : môû, khoâng khoùa.

NGAÉT MAÏCH NHANH (FLASH)
Nuùt FLASH duøng ngaét maïch nhanh ñeå chuyeån maùy trong toång
ñaøi noäi boä hay trong caùc dòch vuï khaùc khi coù ñaêng kyù taïi coâng
ty ñieän thoaïi ñòa phöông.Thôøi gian FLASH laø 600ms.
Nuùt “171”:
Gaùc maùy hay nhaác maùy, nhaán nuùt “171”, nhaán tieáp soá ñieän
thoaïi ñöôøng daøi muoán goïi.
Ghi chuù : Neáu maùy ñang ôû cheá ñoä khoùa soá “0”, cuõng khoâng
theå thöïc hieän ñöôïc cuoäc goïi ñöôøng daøi baèng nuùt “171” naøy.

INSTALLATION:
-Plug coiled cord into handset modular jack, plug the other end
into the jack on the telephone base.
-Plug line cord into jack at the rear of telephone base, the other
end of the line cord is for connecting telephone line wall jack.
-This phone requires 3×1.5V AA batteries. Open the battery
compartment cover and insert the batteries in the right polarity,
then close the cover.
-Caller ID function is available only after you apply this

service to the local telecomm bureau. Please remove any
branch box or abuse resistant device to avoid failure in
receiving incoming call number.
-Pls. never plug handset cord into LINE SOCKET at the front
rear of base unit to avoid damage the handset.
OPERATION:
HF
Press HF key to begin dialling out (without pick up handset). If
the other party reply the call, pick up handset to begin
conversation, if not, you can press the key HF again to end the
dialling.
VOLUME RINGER
Slide the switch Ringer at front of base to HI or LO to adjust
ringer volume to High or Low.
TONE/PULSE
Slide the switch T/P at front of base to T or P to get TONE or
PULSE mode.
MENU SETTING:
Generally setting with menu: In on-hook mode, press SET
key to enter setting menu, LCD displays [SET 1 DATE], press
UP/DOWN key to select item. Then press SET key again to
enter setting item. Use UP/DOWN key to select the desired
mode, press SET key to save and move to next item setting.
Press DEL key to exit setting process.

1. DATE /TIME
-LCD displays [SET 1 DATE],
-Press SET key to confirm, the year flash.
-Use UP/DOWN key to select value,
-Press SET key to save setting and move to next setting.
2. AREA CODE
-Press SET, then UP/DOWN until LCD displays [SET 2
CODE],
-Press SET key to confirm. LCD displays [CODE ---],
-Use UP/DOWN key to select value, press SET to save, next
digit flash.
-Continue setting other digits, press DEL to exit when setting
enough digits,
Area code setting is used to filter area code from incoming calls.
E.g. your area code is 028 when coming number is 028
37558557, LCD only displays 37558557.
3. PABX CODE
-Press SET, then UP/DOWN until LCD displays [SET 3
PCODE],
-Press SET key to confirm, LCD displays [PCODE ---],
-Use UP/DOWN key to select value,
-Press SET key to save setting and move to next setting.
When PABX code number is programmed, e.g. “0” or “9”, the
telephone will auto add this code before telephone number
(should be more than 5 digits) on redial or pre-dial mode.
However in case the tel. no. begins with same digit of set
PCODE, user have to press this digit twice.

4. AUTO-IP
-Press SET, then UP/DOWN until LCD displays [SET 4
AUTO IP],
-Press SET to enter this mode, LCD displays [AUTO IP OFF]
-Use UP/DOWN key to select [AUTO IP ON] (OFF : turn off
this function), LCD displays [INPUT CODE].
-Input the IP number (171, 178, …account no., pin code). Use
DEL key to correct any wrong input.
-Press SET key to save setting and move to next setting.
After setting the auto IP on, the out-going call on redial or
pre-dial mode will auto add this IP number before telephone
numbers begin with “0”. E.g. IP set as 171, press 028 37558557,
LCD: 17102837558557
5. LCD CONTRAST
-Press SET, then UP/DOWN until LCD displays [SET 5
LCD],
-Press SET to enter this model, LCD displays [LCD 3], press
UP/DOWN to select contrast level of LCD you want (1-5)
INCOMING CALL DISPLAY
When call incoming, the phone will display coming telephone
number, date, time, its order in coming call memory, “NEW” :
first time this number displays, “REP”: not first time. If the
incoming call is in private mode, LCD displays “__p__”. It
displays “__0__” if the exchange cannot determine the number.
It displays “—E—“ if the call signal contains error.
-Checking incoming call:
In any mode press UP/DOWN key to see incoming number one
by one. If no incoming call stored or after last number in memory,
LCD displays [END].

-Delete incoming call:
Select the incoming call (get it displays on LCD),
Press DEL key, the number and the details of call is deleted.
Press,hold DEL key 4-5 seconds, all coming calls stored are
deleted
-Call back incoming call:
Select the incoming call (get it displays on LCD) want to call.
Press REDIAL key, the number will be dialed out.
OUT GOING CALL
-In any mode, press OUT key to check the dialed numbers, time.
-Press UP/DOWN key to see dialed number one by one with
conversation time.
-To delete the selected outgoing number, press DEL key. Press
DEL key long for 4-5 seconds, all outgoing calls are deleted.
-To call back the selected number in outgoing call memory,
press RD.
REDIAL
-To dial last dialed number:pick-up handset or press HF key,
press RD key.
-Pre-dial:on-hook state, press the telephone or select it from
incoming or outgoing call memory, then press RD key, the
phone will enter HF mode and the number will be dialed out.
CAL
On on-hook or off-hook mode, press CAL key to enter calculator
mode (10 digits). Press DEL key to exit this mode any time.
HOLD
While talking, press HD/÷ key to hole the line even if you put
the handset back to base and both parties hear music. The music
hold ends to continue talking if : pick up the handset or press

HF key or press HD/÷ key again (if handset not on base) or the
parallel phone pick-up handset.
LOCK
Turn the key to the green point, the number headed with “0”
cannot be dialed. To open turn key to the red point (no lock).
FLASH (600ms)
Flash key works as hook switch to transfer the call in PABX or
for other services supplied by the telephone.
HOT KEY “171”
On-hook or off-hook, press “171” key, then press the IDD
number want to dial. If the phone is on mode lock “0”, you can
not make dial an IDD call by this way.
INDICATOR
In-use led will turn on whenever handset is picked up or on HF
mode or handset is not placed properly on base.
