GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the
instructions for future reference.
Read all instructions
The maximum rating is based on the attachment that draws the greatest load (power or current) and
that other recommended attachments may draw significantly less power or current.
To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put appliance in water or other liquid.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
Flashing light indicates ready to operate. Avoid any contact with blades or moveable parts.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is
dropped or damaged in any manner. Contact the manufacturer at their customer service telephone
number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock
or injury.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Do not use outdoors. This appliance is for household and indoor use only.
For blender: Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of severe
injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the
blender is not running. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully. Always operate blender with cover in
place. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause a risk of injury to persons. Do not blend hot liquids.
For centrifugal type juicer: Always make sure juicer cover is clamped securely in place before motor
is turned on. Do not unfasten clamps while juicer is in operation. Be sure to turn switch to OFF
position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.
Do not put your fingers or other objects into the juicer opening while it is in operation. If food
becomes lodged in opening, use food pusher or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down.
When this method is not possible turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the remaining
food. Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.
For Food processors: Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades or discs while processing
food to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food processor. A scraper may
be used but must be used only when the food processor is not running. Blades are sharp. Handle
carefully. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade or discs on base without first putting
bowl properly in place. Be certain cover is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock
mechanism. Do not fill the bowl above the marked maximum fill line (or rated capacity) to avoid risk
of injury due to damage to the cover or bowl.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric
shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any

way.
Never dip machine into any liquid and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the
appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved
Children shall not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture of its service agent or a similar
qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
Keep your finger away from moving parts and fitted tools .Never put your fingers etc in hinge
mechanism.
Use only original spare parts.
In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene
etc.) out of their reach.
Do not interfere with any safety switches.
Place the machine on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
Do not use your fingers or an object (e.g. a spatula) to push ingredients down the feed tube while the
appliance is running.
Be very careful when you handle the blades or inserts. Be especially careful when you remove them
from the bowl or jar, when you empty the bowl or jar and when you clean them. Their cutting edges
are very sharp.
Wait until moving parts stop running before you remove the lid of the bowl or jar.
Do not exceed the maximum content indicated on the bowl or the blender jar.
Potential injury from misuse。
When handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning
Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching
parts that move in use.
Save these instructions.
BEFORE CONNECTING TO POWER
Before connecting to the power, please check whether the type of supply and the mains voltage
match with the details given on the rating label on the appliance.
Using for the first time, rip off all wrapping paper and plastic bags. Clean the fittings.

Product function introduction
1. Plug in and turn on the power, the red indicator light flashes on the button, and the three
function buttons cannot be operated.
2. Rotate the knob to the corresponding "OFF" position, as shown in Figure 1, the product
does not work, the red indicator light flashes on the jog button, and the three function keys
cannot be operated.
3. When the knob is turned to the "mode" position, as shown in Figure 2, it will enter the
mode selection function, and you can select any of the three functions of jog , ice
crushing and stirring .
▲After entering the mode selection function, the red indicator light corresponding to the jog
function stops flashing, and the blue indicator light corresponding to the three function keys

flashes synchronously at a frequency of 1 second.
Standby function: When there is no operation for 30 seconds, the product automatically
stops the mode function and the indicator light stops flashing. The mode function can be
restored only when the knob is turned to the "OFF" position.
▲Jog function :Long press the jog key to enter the jog mode, the corresponding blue jog indicator
light is on, the other two function key indicators are off, stop flashing, and the motor works in jog mode.
Release the hand to stop the jog mode, the three blue indicator lights return to the flashing state, and the
motor stops working.
▲Ice crush function :Click the broken ice function button to enter the broken ice function. The
blue indicator light corresponding to the broken ice function will be on continuously, and the other two
function key indicators will go out and stop flashing. In the ice crushing mode, the motor works for 1/4
second and stops for 1/4 second for a total of 40 seconds. The first three cycles of the motor work at the
set minimum speed, and then gradually increase to the set maximum speed. After working for 40 seconds,
the ice crushing function is stopped, the three blue indicator lights return to the flashing state, and the
motor stops working. If you want to stop the ice crushing function in the middle, you only need to click the
ice crushing function button once to stop the ice crushing function, the three blue indicator lights will
resume flashing, and then click the ice crushing function button to re-enter the ice crushing function.
Remarks:If the ice breaking function is stopped halfway, the timer function will also stop,
press again to restart the timer. For example, when the ice crushing mode works to 20
seconds, the ice crushing mode is stopped, and the timing method is to restart 40 seconds
instead of the last 20 seconds plus the remaining 20 seconds for a total of 40 seconds.
▲Stirring function :Click the stirring function button to enter the stirring function. The blue
indicator light corresponding to the crushed ice function will stay on, and the other two function button
indicators will go out and stop flashing. The motor works continuously for 2 minutes in the stirring mode.
The working method is that the motor gradually increases from the set minimum speed to the set
maximum speed in the first 10 seconds, and then continues stirring for 1 minute and 50 seconds. When
working for 2 minutes, stop the stirring function, three blue indicator lights returns to blinking state, and the
motor stops working. If you want to stop the stirring function in the middle, you only need to click the
crushed ice function button once to stop the stirring function, the three indicator lights will flash, and then
click the stirring function button to re-enter the stirring function.
Remarks:The timing method is the same as that of crushed ice.
▲Custom function:When the knob is turned to the minimum position, it will enter the custom mode.
Under this function, the motor can be adjusted to work at any speed between the set maximum and
minimum speed. When the knob is adjusted to the maximum position, the motor works at the set
maximum speed, as shown in Figure 4. When the rotation is adjusted to the minimum position, the motor
works at the set minimum speed, as shown in Figure 3.

Remarks:In the custom mode, the other three function keys are invalid, and the red indicator
light corresponding to the click key flashes.
▲Other functions: 1.Need wide voltage stabilization function.
2. The three function keys must have interlocking function.
3. When the knob is plugged into the plug at the non-zero position and
the voltage is turned on, the motor cannot work. It can only work by
turning the knob to the "OFF" position.
USING THE KNIFE BLADE
These 2 knife blades (Item No.8 Plastic Knife Blade and item No. 7 Stainless Steel Knife Blade) could be the
most versatile of all the attachments. The length of the processing time is different base on different food.
For coarser textures use the pulse control.
Use these 2 knife blades for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat, vegetables, nuts,
pate, dips, pureeing soups and to also make crumbs from biscuits and bread.
▲For Stainless Steel Knife Blade: Not allowed to continuously use more than 1 minutes, Should cool
down the motor before next operation.
▲Before processed, please cut the meat into 3 X 3 cm Size. Never put more than 500g such meat into
the container. After 1 minute, the meat will be processed finely.
▲For Plastic Knife Blade: Not allowed to continuously use more than 1 minutes, Should cool down the
motor before next operation. The Max dough could
be
used is 250g dough with 175g water.
▲Do not use the Stainless Steel Knife Blade for
mixing
flour.
▲Plastic Knife Blade could for mixing flour, not
more
than 1 minutes. Should cool down the motor
before
next operation.
* Always put the blade in the bowl before you start to
add
the ingredients.
* If you chop onions, use the pulse function a few times
to
prevent the onions into too finely chopped.
* Do not let the appliance run too long when you
chop
(hard) cheese or chocolate. Otherwise these
ingredients
become too hot, start to melt and turn lumpy.
Operation:
·Follow the flows as picture in right side one step by one step to assemble components into machine.
·Sure the bowl in step 2 and lid in step 4.Is locked well or the machine will not work.
·After operation, you could disassemble 2 kinds.Blades from drive shaft B for clean in opposition against

assembly way.
·Always take care of Stainless Steel Knife Blade,it is very sharp.
·Only open the lid to take out the food when the blades in bowl are already stopped.
USING THE BLENDER
* Do not operate the machine more than twice until it is cool down before next processing.
* Never open the lid when the blade rotates.
* To add liquid ingredients during processing, pour them into the blender jar through the hole in the lid.
* Cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before you process them.
* For a large quantity, pour small batches of ingredients instead of a large quantity in one time.
* Use cooked ingredients for a soup preparation.
-- If the result is not satisfied, switch off the appliance and stir the ingredients with a spatula.
-- Run the blender within 2 min. each time and then rest at least 1 min. Could not continue to work more
than 10 cycles.
Operation for Plastic Jar:
1. Put your ingredients into the jug.
2. Cover the lid and Measuring Cup.
3. Place the plastic jar onto the motor body unit and turn for lock.
4. Select a speed or use the pulse control.
5. Don’t move the jar, lid when the machine is working.
Tips: For 1750ml plastic jar, 700g carrot, 1050 water, can not work
more than 2 mins. Rest and cool the motor before next operation.
USING THE SHREDDER / SLICER / JULIENNE DISC
Use the Slicer Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, cucumber, courgette, beetroot and onions.
Use the Julienne Disc for salads, garnishes, casseroles and stir fries.
Use the Shredding Disc for cheese, carrots, potatoes and foods of a similar texture.
▲Not allowed to continuously use more than 1 minute each time, no more than 5 times and then cool
down the motor before next operation. But suggest to pay attention on the container capacity. Once the

food come to max line of container, need to stop operation and pour out the food from container.
▲Switch on and push down evenly with the Pushers - never put your fingers in the feed tube.
Operation for Full Stainless Steel Blade disc:
·Blades disc details:
·Follow the flows as picture in right side one step by one
step to assemble components into machine.
·Always take care of blade disc, it is very sharp.
Tips: Can not put food more than 500g carrot in each time. Rest and cool the motor before next operation.
USING THE CITRUS JUICER
·Use this citrus juicer to squeeze the juice from citrus fruits
(e.g. oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits).
▲Not allowed to continuously use more than 500g half of orange each time,
no more than 5 times and then cool down the motor before next operation.
·Pay attention on the container capacity. Once the food come
to max line of container, need to stop operation and pour out the
food from container.
·Besides, suggest stop pressing from time to time to remove the pulp from the sieve.
·Follow the flows as picture in right side one step by one step to assemble components into machine.
·Use the lowest speed to squeeze the juice in case of splashing.
USING GRINDER

Use for milling herbs, nuts and coffee beans and so on….
1. Put your ingredients into the Grinder cup. Fill it no more than half full.
2. Set the sealing ring onto the mouth of Grinder cup.
3. Set the Grinder blade onto the sealing ring, blade is upside down.
4 .Screw the Grinder base onto the cup until it is finger tight.
5. Place the Grinder onto the motor body unit and turn to lock .
6. Switch on to maximum speed or use the pulse control.
▲Not allowed to continuously use more than 1 minute till motor is
cool down before next operation.
▲Not allowed add ingredients (coffee, nuts and so on) more than 50g.
USING EMULSIFYING DISC
*Use for aioli, instant pudding, mayonnaise, whipping cream,
whisking eggs, egg whites, and sponge cake mixtures and so on.
*No allow to prepare cake mixtures with butter or margarine
or to knead dough.
*For egg whites (at room temperature) whisking, the bowl and
the emulsifying disc should be dry and free from grease.
* Keep clean the emulsifying disc after use.
▲Not allowed to continuously use more than 2 minute one time with
200g butter. No more than 3 times and then cool down the motor
before next operation
·Follow the flows as picture in right side one step by one
step to assemble components into machine.
CLEANING --
Before cleaning remove the power cord from the socket.
Never immerse the housing with motor in water!
Do not use any sharp or abrasive detergents.
Only a damp rinsing cloth should be used to clean the outside of the housing.
Components that have come into contact with food can be cleaned in soapy water.
Allow the parts to dry thoroughly before reassembling the device.
