If the product needs warr狐ty service or repair, the product must be retuned to
也e maintenance unit designated by the Company. For the products retuned to our
coTp狐y for warranty service, the customer shall prepay the freight sent to the
m劃tenance department of our company. During the warranty period, we will be

from other countries for maintenance, all freight, customs duties and other taxes

EL28X series electronic load can be widely used in LED lighting, power supply,
charger, battery and other industries for product tes血g and aging. The current mode can
be used to simulate resistive load to discha喝e battery and load power supply. The
voltage mode can be used to simulate血e capacitive load on the charger or血e constant
voltage characteristics of the LED on the LED drive power supply. The utility model has
the advantages of simple use, convenient adjustment and perfect protection froction, and
血e perfomance and function of the utility model canot be coapared with血at of the
traditional sliding line resistor, and the utility model can grea紐y improve the production
e鯖ciency and quality and reduce血e cost when used in the related industries.

> If the CC mode test is used, first rotate both the COARSE coarse poten伍ome記r
and瓜e ,剛NE" fine potentiometer co皿terclockwise to the bottom, preset the pulトon
c関rmt to 0,也en press the ON/OFF load (refer to ON/OFF indicator light),孤d血en
rotate the COARSF and "FINE" pet孤缶ometers to adjust the pulhon cunent to瓜e
d銃i重ed v血e.

> For血e const弧t voltage o巾yut power supply or battery, the CC mode is generally
used to carry血e power supply. At粗is缶me, the ou申ut current of the power supply
皿der test is controlled at a cerch value by血e elecfronic load. When血e pull巾n
cunent is within血e rated range of血e power s呼ply under test,血e ou呼ut voltage of
the power s喝ply und餌test does not ch紬ge (wi血out considering the line loss), and
the ou申ut power of the power supply under test is proportional to the pullrm
cumnt.
> For the constant curTent output pow鎖supply (charger狐d RED driving power
supply),血e CV mode is generally used to cany the power supply. At this tine,血e
output voltage of血e power supply under test is con瞳olled at a certain value by the
electronic load, and the ou申ut current is d鏡emined by血e rated const狐t current
value of the power supply脚der test, and the ou申ut power of the power supply
md鎖test is proportional to the out‑ voltage.

h order to better use血e electronic load and prevent d劃age due to improper operation,
please note the following:

> It is inporta壷to ensure that也e positive and negative elecfrodes of the ou叫t Of也e
power supply腿der test are comected correctly to也e positive and negative electrodes
of the electronic load, and that a short circuit will be caused if the comection is
reversed.
> It is important to ensure that血e input voltage co皿ected to the electronic load is
within specification and血at exceeding血e specified input voltage c組cause
peⅡ虹狙e露他聞喝e.

and thick a plunlity of wires as possible, otherwise a l鉦ge difference between the
load display voltage and the supply ou申ut voltage may occur.

Note‥ The electronic load is血中鱒d w池a three‑core power cord, and your load should be

Before you operate也e load, you should first腿ake sure that也e load is well grounded.

The following methods can help you resolve problems that you might enco皿ter when
y調tu皿o孤瓜e load.
1) Check wheth釘the power cord is comected, whether the load has been supplied,
whe血er the fuse is i血act, and whether the power switch is tuned on.
2) Check瓜e s岬ply volt喝e of瓜e lord The load operates at 220V ± 5%狐d cheek that
the voltage setting of your load matches the supply voltage.
3) Cheek the fuse of the load for bunout. If the fuse is bunt out, replace it with a
220ⅥlcllA size 5*20蘭島Ise.
4) Replace the fuse by opeing也e small plastic cover under the elec億ical socket on the
loud rear panel with a flat serewdriver. You can see血e fuse. Please us a fuse of the
above apecification.
