8. Ziehen Sie den Auslöseschalter. Die
Stanzstange fährt aus und drückt den
Stempel durch das Material.
Lassen Sie den Schalter eingeschaltet, bis
der Kolben das Ende seines Hubs erreicht
hat und in seine Ausgangsposition
zurückkehrt. Wenn der Stempel nach dem
Stanzen nicht zurückkehrt, lassen Sie den
Schalter los, um den Motor auszuschalten.
Ziehen Sie den Schalter erneut, um den
Motor anzutreiben und den Kolben
zurückzugeben. (Siehe weitere Erklärung
unten für die Vorgehensweise, wenn der
Stempel im Material steckt.)
Um eine genaue und einfache
Positionierung des Stempels zu
ermöglichen, kann der Schalter ein- und
ausgeschaltet werden, um den Stempel bis
zum Werkstück zu bewegen. Wenn die
Position nicht zufriedenstellend ist, öffnen
Sie den manuellen Rückstellhebel, um den
Stempel für einen weiteren Versuch
zurückzuziehen. Wenn der Stempel bei
geöffnetem Handrückstellhebel nicht in
seine Ausgangsposition zurückkehrt, ziehen
Sie den Auslöseschalter, um den Stempel
zurückzubringen.
Wenn der Stempel nach dem Stanzen nicht aus
dem Material austritt:
Ziehen Sie den Auslöseschalter, um den Motor
anzutreiben und den Stempel durch
Hydraulikkraft in seine Ausgangsposition
zurückzubringen.
Lassen Sie den Schalter los, wenn der Stempel
vollständig in seine Ausgangsposition
zurückgekehrt ist.
Fahren Sie mit dem nächsten Stanzvorgang
gemäß dem normalen Betriebsverfahren fort.
Wenn der Stempel nach dem Stanzen nicht aus
dem Material austritt oder wenn der Vorgang vor
dem Stanzen abgebrochen werden muss.
Drehen Sie den Rücklaufhebel gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn, bis er aufschlägt.
Der Federstift und dann sofort wieder an seinen
Anfang, um den Innendruck abzubauen.
Hinweis: Wenn sich der Stempel zu diesem
Zeitpunkt aus eigener Kraft aus dem Material
zurückzieht, lassen Sie den Stempel vollständig
zurückkehren und drehen Sie den
Rückstellhebel wieder in seine
Ausgangsposition. In diesem Fall müssen die
nächsten beiden Schritte nicht ausgeführt
werden.
8. Pull the trigger switch. The punch rod will
extend and push the punch through the
material.
Keep the switch on until the piston has
reached the end of its stroke and returns to
its starting position. If the punch doesn´t
return after punching finishes, release the
switch to turn the motor off. Pull the switch
again to run the motor and to return the
piston. (See further explanation below for
procedure when punch becomes stuck in the
material)
To aid accurate and easy positioning of the
punch, the switch can be operated on and
off to jog the punch down to the work piece.
If the position is not satisfactory, open the
manual return lever to retract the punch for
another attempt. If the punch doesn´t return
to its starting position with manual return
lever open, pull the trigger switch to return
the punch.
When the punch fails to come out of the material
after the punching:
Pull the trigger switch to run the motor and to
return the punch to its starting position by
hydraulic power.
Release the switch, when the punch is fully
returned to its starting position.
Proceed with the next punching operation
according to the normal operation procedure.
When the punch fails to come out of the material
after punching or when it is necessary to stop
the operation before punching is finished.
Turn the return lever counterclockwise until it
hits.
The spring pin and then immediately back to its
starting to release the internal pressure.
Note: If at this stage the punch retracts from the
material under its own power, allow the punch to
completely return and then turn the return lever
back to its starting position. In this case it is not
necessary to complete the next two steps.
Pull the trigger switch to run the motor and to
return the punch to its starting position by
hydraulic power.
Release the switch when the punch is fully
returned to its starting position.
Proceed with the next punching operation
according to the normal operating procedure.
