SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
When using electric tools, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of
re, electric shock and personal injury, including the following.
Read all these instructions before attempting to operate this product and save these instructions.
For safe operation:
1. Keep the work area clean
Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
2. Consider the work area environment
Don’t expose power tools to rain. Don’t use power tools in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit.
Don’t use power tools in presence of ammable liquids or gasses.
3. Guard against electric shock
Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces (e.g. pipes, radiators, refrigerators).
4. Keep children and visitors away
Do not let children contact tool or extension cable. All visitors should be kept away from work area.
5. Store idle tools
When not in use, tools should be stored in dry, high, or locked-up place, out of the reach of children.
6. Don’t force the tool
It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
7. Use the right tool
Don’t force small tools or attachments to do the job of a heavy duty tool. Don’t use tools for purposes not
intended; for example, don’t use circular saw for cutting tree limbs or logs.
8. Dress properly
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. They can be caught in moving parts. Rubber gloves and non-skid
footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.
9. Use safety glasses
Also use face or dust mask if cutting operation is dusty and wear ear protectors when using for extended
periods.
10. Connect dust extraction equipment
If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities ensure these are
connected and properly use.
11. Don’t abuse the cable
Never carry tool by cable or yank it to disconnect it from socket. Keep cable from heat, oil and sharp
edges.
12. Secure work
Use clamps or a vice to hold work. It’s safer than using your hand and it frees both hands to operate tool.
13. Don’t overreach
Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
14. Maintain tools with care
Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and
changing accessories. Inspect tool cable periodically and, if damaged, have repaired by authorized
service facility. Inspect extension cables periodically and replace if damaged. Keep handles dry, clean
and free from oil and grease.

15. Disconnect tools
When not in use, before servicing, and when changing accessories such as blades, bits and cutters.
16. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches
Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from tool before turning
it on.
17. Avoid unintentional starting
Don’t carry plugged-in tool with nger on switch. Be sure switch is o when plugging in.
18. Outdoor use extension cords
When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for use outdoors and so marked.
19. Stay alert
Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate tool when you are tired.
20. Check damaged parts
Before further use of the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged should be carefully checked to
determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function. Check for alignment of moving
parts, binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may aect
its operation. A guard or other part that is damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an
authorized service center unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this instruction manual. Have defective
switches replaced by an authorized service center. Do not use tool if it cannot be turned on and o by the
switch.

The use of any other accessory or attachment other than recommended in this operating
instruction or the catalogue may present a risk of personal injury, and could invalidate any
guarantee.
22. Tool repairing by expert only
This electric tool is in accordance with the relevant safety rules. Repairing of electric tools may be carried
out only by experts, otherwise it may cause considerable danger for the user.
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BENCH GRINDER
1. Disconnect power supply plug before replacing wheels or wheel covers.
2. Replace cracked wheel immediately.
3. Always use wheel covers and eyeshields.
4. Ensure tool rests and eyeshields are properly adjusted.
5. Do not overtighten wheel nut.
6. Adjust distance between wheel and tool rest to maintain 1.6mm or less separation as the diameter of the
wheel decreases with use.
7. Use grinding wheel suitable for speed of grinder-3600min-1.
8. Ensure wheel rotate freely before switching on power.
9. Stand beside the bench grinder when switching on power.
10. After tting new grinding wheel, leave machine running for at least one minute. if the wheel is faulty it will
break during this test period.
11. Don't operate the grinder with the wheel cover o.
12. Don't use the grinding wheel to cut anything.

UNPACKING
Unpack the carton and check your machine to see that the following parts are included.
1. Main Body (switch and electrical cord are connected).
2. Accessories
One set of tool rests and necessary screws, nuts and washers.
One set of eyeshields, spark breakers and necessary screws, nuts and washers.
NOTE : If you nd any parts missing or damaged, contact the dealer for exchange or replacement.
VOLTAGE
Ensure the supply voltage is the same as the voltage stated on the nameplate.
GROUNDING
1. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical
current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This tool is equipped with an electric cord having an
equipment grounding conductor and grounded plug. The plug must be plugged into a matching outlet
that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
2. Do not modify the plug if it will not fit the outlet. If necessary, have the proper outlet installed by a
qualied electrician.
3. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely
understood, or if in dobt as to whether the tool is properly grounded.
4. Use only 3-wire extension cords that have 3-pin plugs and 3-inlet sockets that accept the tool's plug.
5. Repair or replace damaged or worn cord immediately.
6. If unsure, check with manufacturer or a qualied electrician.

ASSEMBLY
(HBG-6E)
1. Fix tool rests with screws, nuts and washers supplied.
Keep tool rests vertical to grinding wheels.
Tool rests are adjustable to maintain the correct
distance from grinding wheels 1.6mm.
2. Assemble eyeshields and spark breakers by using
bolts, washers and knurled nuts supplied loose.
3. Install eyeshield assemblies to wheel guards. Remove
top wheel cover bolt, washer and nut and insert spark
breaker. Replace bolt, washer and nut. Adjust to
desired working position and tighten rmly.
(BG-800)
1. Loosen the Hex. head bolts and adjust the tool rests on
correct position.
Keep tool rests vertical to grinding wheels.
Tool rests are adjustable to maintain the correct
distance from grinding wheels 1.6mm.
2. Assemble eyeshields and shafts by using screws,
washers and nuts supplied.
3. Remove the hex. hed bolts located and setplates on
side of wheel covers.
Fix eyeshield assemblies to wheel guards with hex.
head bolts and set plates. Adjust to desired working
position and tighten rmly.
NOTE : The height and angle of eyeshields can be
adjusted up and down to the user's requirement.
BENCH ATTACHMENT
Fasten grinder to work bench before operating this
machine. There is a hole on either side of the base which
should be used to secure the grinder.
2×10mm diameter bolts should be used to secure the
grinder to the bench or stand.

OPERATION
1. Eyeshield Adjustment
The see-through eyeshield allows users to see operation clearly, work precisely. Eyeshields can be
adjusted up and down.
2. Tool Rests Adjustment
(HBG-6E)
The appropriate adjustment of tool rests provides the correct working angle to do ecient grinding. This
adjustment can be done by regulating its related screw. Due to normal wear of the grinding wheel, it is
necessary to adjust the tool rests from time to time.
(BG-800)

necessary to adjust the tool rests from time to time.
3. Changing the Grinding Wheels
To replace worn grinding wheels, the necessary steps are listed below:
A. Disconnect the power supply, disassemble wheel covers left or right.
B. Remove the three screws and nuts holding the wheel cover.
C. Hold grinding wheel rmly. Remove the nut and ange on the shaft by using proper tool. Left wheel
nut has left hand thread. Right wheel nut has right hand thread.
D. Take o used wheel and replace with a new one.
E. Assemble the ange, nut and wheel cover in reverse order. To ensure good balance, make sure there
is no gap between the grinding wheel and the ange.
F
. Replace the three screws and nuts holding the wheel cover.
G
. Switch on the machine and let it run for one minute idle rotation to check before using under load.
MAINTENANCE
After use, check the tool to make sure that it is in top condition.
It is recommended that you take this tool to anAuthorized Service Center for a through cleaning and
lubrication at least once per year.
DO NOT MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS WHILE THE MOTOR IS IN MOTION.
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FROM THE RECEPTACLE BEFORE CHANGING
REMOVABLE OR EXPENDABLE PARTS (BLADE, BIT, SANDING PAPER ETC.), LUBRICATING OR
WORKING ON THE UNIT.

To ensure safety and reliability, all repairs should be performed by an AUTHORIZED SERVICE
CENTER or other QUALIFIED SERVICE ORGANIZATION.

1. 保持作业现场干净

14. 小心保养工具

15. 断开电源

16. 拿开钥匙和扳钳

17. 避免工具意外启动

修和更换。失效开关必须经由授权机构进行更换。不要使用开关不能正常启动或关停的工具。

台式研磨机专用安全操作指南
1.在更换砂轮或防护罩之前,断开电源插头。
2.立刻更换有裂纹的砂轮。
3.切记使用护具和眼睛防护罩。
4.确保刀架和眼睛防护罩调整适当。
5.不要将砂轮螺帽拧得过紧。
6.调整砂轮和刀架之间的距离,保持在 1.6mm 或更小,因为砂轮直径随着使用而变小。
7.砂轮转速每分钟 3600 转最恰当。
8.接通电源前确保砂轮旋转平滑无阻。
9.接通电源时,站在台式研磨机的旁边。
10.在安好新的砂轮后,让机器空载运转至少一分钟。如果砂轮有问题,在测试阶段就会裂开。
11.不要在没有砂轮罩的情况下使用研磨机。
12.不要用砂轮来切割任何东西。
13.不要使用任何东西使砂轮超载。
14.只在除去砂轮毛边时使用砂轮打磨机。

拆掉包装
打开纸箱,检查机器看是否包含以下零件 :

配置

固定。

1.松开六角螺栓,将刀架调整到合适位置。刀架与
砂轮保持垂直。
刀架可调整,使其与砂轮保持 1.6mm 的合适距离。
2.用提供的螺栓、垫圈和螺帽组装眼睛防护罩和轴。
3.拆掉砂轮盖两侧的六角螺栓和底盘。用六角螺栓
和底盘来将眼睛防护罩组件安装在砂轮罩上。调
整到理想的作业位置并牢牢固定。
注 :眼睛防护罩的高度与角度可根据用户的需要上
下调整。
台面固定
在操作研磨机前,要把它固定到工作台上。在基座两
边各有一个孔,用来固定研磨机。
用两个直径 10mm 的螺丝钉来把研磨机到固定台面或
架子上。

操作
1. 眼睛防护罩调整
透明眼睛防护罩使用户能够清楚地看到运行过程,工作精确无误。眼睛防护罩可以上下调整。
2. 刀架调整
(HBG-6E)
刀架的适当调整可达到合适的运行角度从而进行高效的研磨作业。这一调整可以通过调节相
应螺丝钉来实现。因为砂轮的正常磨损,有必要经常调整刀架。
(BG-800)

3. 更换砂轮
要更换磨损的砂轮,必须按照以下步骤 :
A.断开电源,卸下左右外罩。
B.卸下固定外砂轮罩的三个螺丝钉和螺帽。
C.牢牢固定住砂轮。用适当的工具卸下轴上的螺帽和法兰。左砂轮螺帽是左旋螺纹,右砂轮
螺帽是右旋螺纹。
D.取下旧砂轮换上新砂轮。
E.按照上述相反的顺序来安装法兰、螺帽和外罩。保证平衡,确保砂轮和法兰的表面平整。
F.安上固定外砂轮罩的三个螺丝钉和螺帽。
G.打开机器。在加载使用前先空转一分钟检查是否有故障。
维修保养
使用后检查工具确实仍处于良好状态,建议每年至少一次到我们的规定的维修中心清洁和加油一次。
当马达运转时,切勿作任何调整。
在需要更换损坏的零件(刀刃、小片、砂纸等等)和在工具的工作部分加油以前,要把电源线插头从插座上拔下。
