Unsachgemäßer Umgang durch nicht qualifiziertes oder
unzureichend qualifiziertes Personal kann zu Personen-

Maßnahmen vorschreiben sollten nur von vorher
unterwiesenem Personal oder Fachkräften, insbesondere
Elektrofachkräften durchgeführt werden.
Vor der Installation, dem Betrieb oder der Wartung des
Gerätes muss diese Anleitung gelesen und verstanden
werden. Bewahren Sie dieses Dokument für spätere
Verwendung auf.

Erdung
Beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise:
HINWEIS Für eine optimale Erdung, sollten Erdungs-
bänder mit rechteckigem Querschnitt und einer Länge
< 30cm verwendet werden.
HINWEIS Bei der Flansch-Version mit Fußwinkel sollte
das TLM auf eine leitfähige Montageplatte mit ca.
20x15cm montiert werden. Diese muss dann elektrisch
leitfähig mit dem Fahrzeugchassis verschraubt sein.
HINWEIS Ist eine großflächige leitfähige Montage der
Fußwinkel an das Fahrzeugchassis möglich, kann die
Montageplatte entfallen.
HINWEIS Ist eine zuverlässige Erdung über die
Fußwinkel nicht möglich, kann das TLM–Gehäuse am
rückseitigen Erdungsanschluss über ein geeignetes
Erdungsband mit dem Fahrzeugchassis verbunden
werden.

Observe the following notes:
NOTE For the flange version with foot bracket, the TLM
should be mounted on a conductive mounting plate of
approx. 20x15cm. This must then be bolted to the vehicle
chassis in an electrically conductive manner.
NOTE For optimal grounding, grounding tapes with a
rectangular cross-section and a length < 30cm should be
used.
NOTE If large-area conductive mounting of the foot
bracket to the vehicle chassis is possible, the mounting
plate is not required.
NOTE If reliable earthing via the foot brackets is not
possible, the TLM housing can be connected to the
vehicle chassis at the rear earthing connection via a
suitable earthing strap.
Grounding

AVIS Pour une mise à la terre optimale, il convient
d'utiliser des rubans de mise à la terre de section
rectangulaire et d'une longueur < 30 cm.
AVIS Pour la version à bride avec plaques de base, le
TLM doit être monté sur une plaque de montage
conductrice d'environ 20x15 cm. Celle-ci doit ensuite être
vissée au châssis du véhicule de manière conductrice
électriquement.
AVIS Si les plaques de base peuvent être montées sur
une grande surface conductrice sur le châssis du véhicule,
la plaque de montage n'est pas nécessaire.
Mise à la terre
AVIS S'il n'est pas possible d'assurer une mise à la terre
fiable par les plaques de base, le boîtier TLM peut être
relié au châssis du véhicule au niveau de la connexion de
mise à la terre arrière par une bande de mise à la terre
appropriée.

Verdrahtung
HINWEIS Wir empfehlen geschirmte Leitungen mit einem
Querschnitt von 0,5 bis 0,8 mm² wie z.B. LIHCH 2 x 0,5
oder auch andere Datenkabel von etablierten Hersteller
verwendet werden, sofern die Kabel eine Kapazität von
≤ 160 pF / Meter haben.
HINWEIS Wir empfehlen, die Eignung der in Frage
kommenden 2-Drahtleitung für die Über-
tragung vor der Installation messtechnisch zu prüfen.
Zu Aufnahme der Leitungsparameter ist ein geeigneter
HF-Generator und ein Spektrumanalysator erforderlich
(z.B. Generator R&S SMC100A und Spektrumanalyzer .
HINWEIS Eine durchgehende geschirmte 2-Drahtleitung
von Kupplung zu Kupplung ist erforderlich.
Die Leitung sollte vom Innenraum aus über Klemmstellen
möglichst nahe an den Kupplungen zugänglich sein. Hier
eignet sich z.B. eine freie Leitung.
HINWEIS Lütze Transportation empfiehlt einen
Mustereinbau sowie die Vormessung oder
Optimierung der Leitungen durch unsere Techniker.

and a spectrum analyzer are required
(e.g. Generator R&S SMC100A and a Spectrum-

Wiring
NOTICE A continuous shielded 2-wire cable from

von 24 – 110 V und die Verbindung zu einer
vorhandenen 2-Draht-Leitung, die geschirmt sein sollte.
HINWEIS Der Anschluss des TLM an die NF-
Verkabelung zur ELA erfolgt über den rückseitigen F48-
Steckverbinder, der Anschluss an die NF-Leitung zur
Kupplung erfolgt über eine 9-pol. Sub-D
Steckverbindung an der Frontblende.
Angaben zum Einbau
HINWEIS Der M12- Ethernetanschluss (X-kodiert) wird
entweder direkt mit einem Boardrechner (PC) oder mit
einem Switch bzw. Hub verbunden.

NOTE The M12 Ethernet connection (X-coded) is
connected either directly to an OBC (PC) or to a switch
or hub.
NOTE The device requires an operating voltage of 24 –
110 V and the connection to the existing 2-wired train
cable, which should be shielded.
NOTE The TLM is connected to the LF cabling to the
ELA via the F48 connector at the rear, the connection to
the LF line to the coupling is via a 9-pin Sub-D
connector on the front panel.

connecteur F48 à l'arrière, la connexion de la ligne LF au
