The Spin™-45s are versatile Plug-and-Play speakers for use with PCs and most portable music devices. Simply

connect and enjoy!

Installation

Connect the green plug to the Audio-Out jack on your PC. Plug the AC cord into a wall outlet.

For the safety of you and your equipment, always follow these

precautions:

•Follow these installation instructions before plugging your speakers into a wall socket.

•Disconnect the power supply if the power cord or plug becomes frayed or damaged or if you suspect your speakers

need repair.

•Keep your speakers away from dampness and sources of liquids such as showers, bathtubs and washbasins.

Liquid could cause electrical shock or an electrical fire.

•Keep your speakers away from sources of heat such as stoves, radiators, heat registers and other similar

appliances.

•The appliance should be disconnected from the mains by pulling the main’s power cord/mains plug. The socket-

outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.

WARNING: Electrical equipment may be hazardous if misused by children. An adult must always supervise operation

of this product. Do not allow anyone to access the interior of any electrical product and do not permit children to

handle any cables.

Product Warranty

Limited Warranty. Labtec warrants that any hardware product accompanying this documentation shall be free from significant defects in material and

workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Labtec's limited warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary under local laws.

Remedies. Labtec’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Labtec’s option, to: (a) repair or replace the hardware,

provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Labtec may direct, with a copy of the sales receipt, or (b) refund the

price paid. Any replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. These

remedies are void if failure of the hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. LABTEC AND ITS

SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE HARDWARE. NO LABTEC DEALER,

AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. Some jurisdictions do not allow

limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL LABTEC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR

SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING

IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE SALE OF, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY LABTEC PRODUCT OR SERVICE, EVEN IF LABTEC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE

POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE SHALL LABTEC'S AND ITS SUPPLIERS’TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEEDS THE ACTUAL MONEY PAID FOR THE

LABTEC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The above limitations will not apply in case of personal injury where and to the extent

that applicable law requires such liability.

Les haut-parleurs Spin™-45 sont des haut-parleurs Plug and Play polyvalents destinés aux ordinateurs et àla plupart

des lecteurs musicaux portables. Connectez-les et appréciez l’acoustique!

Installation

Branchez le connecteur vert sur la sortie Audio-Out de votre ordinateur. Branchez le cordon d’alimentation CA sur une

prise murale.

Pour votre propre sécuritéet pour la sécuritéde votre matériel,

prenez toujours ces précautions:

•Conformez-vous àces instructions avant de connecter les haut-parleurs àune prise murale.

•Coupez l’alimentation si la fiche ou le cordon d’alimentation sont endommagés, ou si vous pensez que les haut-

parleurs ont besoin d’être réparés.

•Protégez les haut-parleurs de l’humiditéet éloignez-les de tout récipient contenant un liquide, tel qu’une cabine de

douche, une baignoire ou un évier. Toute source de liquide présente en effet un risque d’électrocution ou

d’incendie.

•Eloignez les haut-parleurs des sources de chaleur, telles que les poêles, les radiateurs et autres appareils

similaires.

•Déconnectez-les de l’alimentation secteur en retirant la fiche de la prise murale. La prise d’alimentation doit se

trouver àproximitéde l’équipement et doit être facilement accessible.

ATTENTION: tout matériel électrique présente de graves risques si laisséàla portée des enfants. L’utilisation de ce

produit doit s’effectuer sous la supervision constante d’un adulte. Veillez àce que personne n’essaie d’ouvrir les

appareils électriques et àce que les enfants ne manipulent pas les câbles.

Garantie du produit

Garantie limitée. Labtech certifie que les produits matériels accompagnant cette documentation sont exempts de tout défaut de fabrication et sont garantis

pendant une période d’un (1) an àcompter de la date d'achat. La garantie Labtec est limitée àl'acheteur initial et ne peut faire l'objet d'un transfert. La

présente garantie vous confère certains droits légaux spécifiques. Vous pouvez détenir d'autres droits selon les lois locales.

Recours. En cas de rupture de garantie, l’intégralitéde la responsabilitéde Labtec et votre recours exclusif consisteront, au choix de Labtec, à: (a) réparer

ou remplacer le matériel, sous réserve que le matériel soit renvoyéau point de vente ou àtout autre lieu indiquépar Labtec, accompagnéd’une copie du

justificatif d’achat, ou (b) rembourser le prix d’achat. Tout matériel remplacésera garanti jusqu'àéchéance de la garantie d'origine ou pour une durée de

El sistema de altavoces Spin™-45 ofrece la característica Plug and Play para su uso con equipos PC y la mayoría de

dispositivos musicales portátiles. ¡Conéctelo y disfrute!

Instalación

Conecte la clavija verde al conector Audio-Out del PC. Conecte el cable de CA a la toma de alimentación.

Por su propia seguridad y la del equipo, tome siempre las siguientes

precauciones:

•Siga las instrucciones de instalación antes de conectar los altavoces a la toma de alimentación.

•Desconecte el enchufe o el cable de corriente si observa algún defecto o cree que los altavoces están estropeados.

•Proteja los altavoces del agua y la humedad. Los líquidos pueden producir descargas eléctricas o causar incendios.

•Mantenga los altavoces alejados de todo tipo de fuentes de calor.

•Para desconectar el aparato del suministro eléctrico, tire del cable o del enchufe. La toma de pared debería estar

instalada cerca del equipo, en un lugar fácilmente accesible.

ADVERTENCIA: los aparatos eléctricos conllevan riesgos si no se utilizan debidamente. Si permite a niños el uso de

este producto, asegúrese de que haya siempre un adulto supervisándolo. No debe tocarse ningún componente del

interior de productos eléctricos ni permitirse a los niños la manipulación de cables.

Garantía de producto

Garantía limitada. Labtec garantiza la ausencia de anomalías importantes en lo referente a los materiales y fabricación de todos los productos de

hardware suministrados con este documento durante un periodo de un (1) año a partir la fecha de adquisición del producto. La garantía limitada de

Labtec es intransferible y protege exclusivamente al comprador original. Esta garantía otorga al usuario derechos legales específicos; puede que posea

otros derechos que variarán de acuerdo con la legislación local.

Indemnización. La responsabilidad total de Labtec y la única indemnización a la que el usuario tendráderecho en caso de incumplimiento de la garantía

consistirá, a discreción de Labtec, en: (a) la reparación o sustitución del hardware, siempre y cuando éste se devuelva al punto de venta, o cualquier otro

lugar que Labtec indique, junto con una copia del recibo de compra o (b) el reembolso del importe abonado. Los productos de hardware suministrados

para reemplazar al producto original tendrán una garantía equivalente al periodo restante de la garantía original o a un periodo de treinta (30) días,

prevaleciendo el periodo más largo. Estas disposiciones carecen de validez en aquellos casos en los que el hardware haya resultado dañado como

consecuencia de un accidente o el uso indebido o incorrecto del producto.

RENUNCIA DE GARANTÍA. LAS GARANTÍAS DETALLADAS EN EL PRESENTE CONTRATO SUSTITUYEN A TODAS LAS DEMÁS GARANTÍAS. LABTEC Y SUS

FILIALES RECHAZAN EXPRESAMENTE EL RESTO DE GARANTÍAS, INCLUIDAS ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN Y

ADECUACIÓN PARA UN USO ESPECÍFICO, LA GARANTÍA DE NO INFRACCIÓN DE LOS DERECHOS DE TERCEROS RESPECTO A LA DOCUMENTACIÓN, EL

SOFTWARE Y EL HARDWARE. NINGÚN DISTRIBUIDOR, AGENTE NI EMPLEADO DE LABTEC ESTÁAUTORIZADO A INTRODUCIR MODIFICACIONES,

AMPLIACIONES NI ADICIONES EN LA PRESENTE GARANTÍA. Dado que en algunas jurisdicciones no se permiten las limitaciones de duración de una

garantía, puede que las restricciones expuestas arriba no le sean aplicables.

DISPONIBILIDAD DEL USO DE UN PRODUCTO O SERVICIO DE LABTEC, INCLUSO CUANDO SE HAYA NOTIFICADO A LABTEC LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES

DAÑOS. LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LABTEC Y SUS PROVEEDORES SE LIMITARÁ, EN TODOS LOS CASOS, AL IMPORTE REAL ABONADO POR LOS
