1. Change the wiring on the 1.5HP motor to 220V wiring according to the wiring diagram located on
the cover of the junction box when you open it.
2. Remove the Control panel from the panel to get into the box behind.
3. Reach inside to the control box and remove the connectors per below:
PFLUX1 CONVERT FROM 110V TO 220V
READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL WARNINGS AND OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS EQUIPMENT. Failure to follow all instructions listed below,
may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury or property damage.
Before removing any parts, turn OFF the machine and remove the power source.
Use plyers to carefully
remove these two pins.
The connectors may
get damaged if pulled
by force.

4. Your circuit board should look like the following now, after disconnecting the connectors from the
previous step.
5. Carefully and gently loosen the four plastic bolts on the circuit board and set aside for use in the
next step. Remove the 110v circuit board and replace with the 220v circuit board. Make sure the
direction of the 220V circuit board is attached in the same position as the photo shown below.
6. Repeat the steps 3 to 5 in reverse and attach each connector to the same position it was
removed only now it is on your 220V circuit board.

7. Remove the 25A overload protector from the front control panel by first removing the two
connectors.
8. Loosen the bolt holding the onboard overload button using a wrench.
9. Replace with the 15A overload protector and close the control panel and bolt on to the
stand to complete the setup for 220V.
