Storage Cart
Your stur y new Mobile Backpack Storage Cart has hooks for 28
backpacks. Follow these instructions to assemble the unit. (The task will
require that you have a frien help you.) All the tools an har ware you
nee are provi e . Begin by checking the list below to make sure you can
i entify the components.

Assembly Instructions
Lay the wire rack on the floor, an stan one of the si e sup-
ports next to it. Align the holes at the bottom of the si e sup-
port with the holes at the en of the rack.

Insert the screws through each leg of the si e support an into
the rack. Use the Allen wrench to secure the part in place. Do
not fully tighten any parts until the unit is completely assem-
ble . Repeat with the si e support at the opposite en of the
cart.

Position the lower hanger bar between the mi point of the si e
supports, so that the holes are aligne on the interior of the
support. Secure with bolts inserte from the outsi e of the si e
supports. (Be sure to threa each bolt through a washer.)

Position the upper hanger bar between the si e supports so that
the holes align. Insert bolts from the outsi e of the si e sup-
ports into the holes within the hanger bar. Use the Allen wrench
to secure the part in place.

Lay the cart on its si e. Screw the two locking casters into the
en s of the si e supports that are iagonally opposite each
other. Use the wrench to tighten the nuts on the casters. Repeat
with the non-locking casters.

Set the cart upright. Use the Allen wrench to tighten all of the
bolts an screws on the unit. Keep the Allen wrench to
perio ically check an tighten the screws, as some loosening
may occur over time. It is also recommen e that you hang any
backpacks with roller wheels on the lower hanger bar.

to use. Roll it into place an push own on the tabs
to lock the casters.
