ขั้นตอนการใชงาน
1. ตองเชื่อมตอinternetดวยสายLAN
2. ไมควรติดตั้งไวในพื้นที่ที่มีความเปยกชื้นเชน หองน้ำ
3. ไมควรติดตั้งใกลอุปกรณที่มีคลื่นรบกวนสูง เชน ทีวี ไมโครเวฟ

ขั้นตอนที่ 1
ต่ออุปกรณ์กับแหล่งจ่ายไฟ เพื่อเปิดเครื่อง

เชื่อมต่อตัวกระจายสัญญาณกับinternet ด้วยสายLAN
ช่องLAN

ดาวน์โหลด LAMPTAN HOME application ลง smartphone ของท่าน

ขั้นตอนการตั้งคาเครื่องใหม
ขั้นตอนที่ 4
เข้าแอพพลิเคชัน แล้วทำการเพิ่มตัวกระจายสัญญาณ จากนั้นทำตาม
ขั้นตอนแนะนำในแอพพลิเคชัน
ขั้นตอนที่ 5
เชื่อมต่อตัวกระจายสัญญาณกับอุปกรณ์ที่รองรับสัญญาณZigbee
และเริ่มต้นการใช้งาน
กดปุ่มรีเซ็ตค้างไว้ 5 วินาที จนไฟแสดงสถานะสว่างขึ้นตัวกระจายสัญญาณ
จะทำการรีเซ็ตสัญญาณเดิม และเริ่มหาสัญญาณใหม่

หมายเหตุ
1. ห้ามทำการกดปุ่มReset อุปกรณ์ก่อนทำการลบอุปกรณ์ในApp
2. ต้องทำการลบอุปกรณ์ ในApp ก่อนทำการDelete Family ทุกครั้ง

บริการและรับประกันหลังการขาย
1. การรับประกัน ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ โดยนำใบเสร็จรับเงิน /
ใบกำกับภาษีมาแสดง ถ้าซื้อสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน แล้วเกิดสินค้ามีปัญหา
ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ ถ้าทางบริษัทฯไม่มีสินค้าใน
คลังสินค้า ทางลูกค้าต้องรอสินค้า และสินค้าต้องไม่อยู่ในสภาพ แตก หัก
หรืออยู่ในสภาพไม่ปกติ
2. การรับประกัน จะไม่ครอบคลุมข้อบกพร่อง หรือความเสียหายจากสาเหตุ
ต่อไปนี้
a. การใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง หรือนำสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการ
ใช้งานที่ผิด หรือนอกเหนือจากข้อแนะนำ การใช้ในคู่มือการใช้งาน
b. การซ่อม หรือ ดัดแปลง แก้ไข โดยบุคคลภายนอกที่มิใช่ช่างของบริษัทฯ
c. นำสินค้า ชิ้นส่วนหรือซอฟท์แวร์ของบุคคลอื่นมาใช้ร่วมกับสินค้า
d. หากสินค้า ชารุด หรือ เสียหาย อันเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือการ
ต่ออุปกรณ์ผิดวิธี การใช้แรงดันไฟไม่ตรงกับมาตรฐานของสินค้าและ
การใช้งานผิดประเภทที่มีเขียนไว้ในฉลากสินค้า

Specification

1. Must connect inernet with LAN port.
2. Not use in the humid environment such as the bathroom.
3. Keep it away from the devices that emit strong interference
signals, such as TV, microwave.

Restore default setting
Step 4
Open the APP, add the minihub according to the path guide.
Step 5
Star to use Zigbee products with the minihub together.
Press the reset button for 5 seconds until the status indicator
lights is on, which means that the device has cleared the
current network. And can be turned to the networking state.

Remark
1. Do not push reset button before delete device in App
2. Always delete device in App before Delete Family

Warranty and after-sales service
1. Warranty period shall be valid for 1 year since the date of
purchase, it’s subject to purchase invoice. For any
malfunction caused by inferior quality (normal usage),
the company will repair it for you free of charge.
Meanwhile, exchange of goods (due to quality problem)
is available to you within 7 days.
2. Exceptions are as follows:
a. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper usage
conditions or environment.
b. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper installation,
usage, unauthorized maintenance, modification, force
majeure or external causes.
c. Any malfunction or defect resulted from applying any
third- party product, software or component.
d. Any malfunction or damage not caused by the product’s
design, technology and quality etc.
