Step 1: Insert the boot
into the buffer.
Step 3: Strip off the
buffer and 250 um
coating till MARK 1,
and keep 125um ber.
Step 5: Press the LP-F30F tool and then insert the 125 um ber to reach the
innermost until the buffer make a curve. Then release the tool and check if this
buffer is tight.
Step 7: Release the tape to take out the LP-F30F connector, and done.
Step 2: Make marks
on buffer according
to the length chart.

point to strip the buffer.

Step 4: Follow the

to cut the ber
Step 6: Move the boot
toward to the stopper.

Reset the SC Field Installable
LP-F30F Connectors (0.9 mm type)
Step 1: Pull the boot
out from the LP-F30F
connector.
Step 3: Press the LP-F30F tool to release the buffer and check if they are the same
as the chart shows. If it is the same, install the connector again. If the length
between marks becomes shorter, broken ber might be stuck inside the connector.
This connector can not be used anymore.
Step 2: Put the
LP-F30F connector
into the tool, tape
the connector
Step 4: Restart the
installing process.

Step 1: Insert the boot
and ring into the cable.
Step 3: Strip off the
jacket from the MARK 3.
Step 5: Strip off the
buffer and 250um
coating till MARK 1,
and keep 125um ber.
Step 7: Press the LP-F30F tool and then insert the
125um ber to reach the innermost until the buffer
make a curve. Then release the tool and check if this
buffer is tight.
Step 9: Release the
tape to take out the
LP-F30F connector,
and cut the extra yarn.
Step 11: Release the
tape to take out the
LP-F30F connector,
and done.
Step 2: Make a mark
on cable according to
MARK 3 of the length
chart.
Step 4: Make marks
on buffer according to
the length chart
(MARK 1: The starting
point to strip the buffer.
MARK 2: Check point).
Step 6: Follow the
LP-F30FTOOL FIBER
CUTTER MANUAL
to cut the ber
Step 8: Place the yarn in the slot of both side, then
screw the ring.
Step 10: Move the
boot toward to the
stopper.

Step 1: Pull the boot
and ring out from the
LP-F30F connector.
Step 3: Press the LP-F30F tool to release the cable and check if they are the same
as the chart shows. If it is the same, install the connector again. If the length
between marks becomes shorter, broken ber might be stuck inside the connector.
This connector can not be used anymore.
Step 2: Put the
connector into the
LP-F30F tool, tape
the connector.
Step 4: Restart the
installing process.
