FILLINGANDPOURING
‐ Verifythattheliquidinthetankiscompatiblewiththecharacteristicsofthepump.
‐ Insert the suction and discharge pipes into the container to befilledorpoured.Highpressurepipeshouldbe
placedinthetankwhereliquidwillbepouredorconnecttothesystemtobefilled(i.e.solarpanels).
‐ Beforestaringthepump,movetheregulatingvalve(blue)tothe'BYPASS'position,completelyopen.
MAINTENANCE
‐ Toavoiddamagetothepump,cleanitafteritsuse.Forthat,runthepumpwithcleanwaterunderpressurefora

‐ Avoid frozen water inside the pump, it will damage the pump and the joints. In case of frost hazard, empty
completelythepumpfromwaterormixitwithanantifreezefluid.

‐ Oilchange:Firstoilchangeshouldbedoneafterfirst500workinghours,andthenevery500workinghours.For
that, removetheoilcap, turnover the pump, and empty all the used oil. Then place the pump in its normal
positionandfilluptheoiltankuptothelevelwithSAE30oil.Warning:Ahigheroillevelwillcausehighpressures

‐ Periodicallychecktheconditionofthepipes,hoseandthefilter.
‐ Useoriginalsparepartsandaccessories.Repairoperationmustbeperformedalwaysbyqualifiedpersonnel.
‐ Ifthepumpisnotusedforalongtime,orinlowtemperatures countries, pump a little amount of no‐frost
solution into the pump. This will enlarge the life of the gaskets and avoid the freezing. Before re‐starting the
motor,ifnecessary,turnthevalvemanually.
TROUBLESHOOTING
‐ Motordoesnotstart:Checkelectricalconnections,thermicprotection,emergencystop switch and magneto
switchonthemachine.Checkdifferentialonthepowerline.
