Para girar el Ventilador APAGAR,
girar la Perilla de la Poder/
Velocidad a APAGAR (0) y quitar la
unidad de la salida eléctrica.
INCLINACION:EsteVentiladorestáequipado
de Cabeza de Ventilador de ángulo múltiple
para la Circulación del aire por toda habitación
o cuarto. Siga lo que se indica a continuación
para graduar propiamente el "ángulo de
inclinación" del Ventilador. (Figura 13)
1. Ponga una mano sobre el soporte
exactamente por debajo del Cuello del
Ventilador.
2. Ponga la otra mano sobre la parte superior del
Ventilador.
3. Empuje o hale suavemente la Cabeza del
Ventilador hasta que quede en la posición
deseada.
OSCILACION: Empuje la perilla ubicada en la parte
superiorde la cajadel conjunto demotor para hacerque la cabezadel
Ventilador se mueva de un lugar hacia otro.

MANTENIMIENTO
1. Cuidadosamente retire elVentilador de la bolsa plástica y la caja.
Arme la unidad siguiendo estas instrucciones.
2. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie firme y nivelada.
ADVERTENCIA: Los tacos de plástico o hule, tales como las
patasde esta unidad,pueden pegarse a la superficiede los muebles.
La unidad podría dejar un residuo capaz de oscurecer, manchar o
dejar marcas permanentes en el acabado de ciertas superficies de

3. Conecte el cable eléctrico a un tomacorriente de 120 voltios.

PASO 3: CONJUNTO DE LA CABEZA
1. Saque el conjunto de la tubería del cartón como muestra. (Figura 1)
2. Desafloje la Tuerca de Ajuste de Altura , girando en sentido
contrahorario.

4. Apriete la Tuerca de Ajuste de Altura , girando en sentido
horario.

1. Take pipe assembly out of carton as shown. (Figure 1)
2. Loosen Height Adjustment Nut turning counter clockwise.

3. Raise Extension Pipe . (Figure 3)
4. Tighten Height Adjustment Nut turning clockwise. (Figure 4)
STEP 1: PIPE ASSEMBLY

PLACE BASE FLAT ON FLOOR
1. With a twisting motion, insert the end of the large diameter
pipe into hole in
Base . (Figure 5) Turning pipe while pushing
will assure pipe is fully seated in
Base .
2. For Height Adjustment:
a) Loosen Height Adjustment Nut .
b)Raise or lower
Extension Pipe to desired height.
c) Tighten
Height Adjustment Nut .
1. Place
Head Assembly with
Collar onto Extension Pipe .

2. Holding Extension Pipe
firmly, twist Head Assembly
downward until seated on
Extension Pipe .
1. Tilt
Head Assembly back. Put Rear Grill on Motor assembly.

2. Align tab of Plastic Rear Grill with groove on top of front
Motor Assembly cover.
STEP 4: BLADE & GRILL ASSEMBLY
5. With fan head in upright position, align Ornament of Front Grill
so it is horizontal and right side up. By starting with the top of
the grill and working down, insert
Snaps on Rear Grill through
Slots in Front Grill . (Figure 9)
3. Fully seat Rear Grill and secure with Plastic Nut turning Clock-
wise.Slide
Blade onto Motor Assembly Shaft. (Figure 8) Align
Groove on blade hub with Pin on motor assembly shaft. (Figure
8A)
4. To secure Blade , screw Spinner onto Shaft
Counter Clockwise until tight on Blade hub.

MAINTENANCE
SERVICING: All other servicing, with the exception of general
user-maintenance, should be performed by an authorized service
representative. Call 1-800-233-0268, Monday through Friday, be-
tween the hours of 8:00 a.m.and 5:00 p.m. EST for the location of
your nearest service center.
STORAGE: Store the Fan with these instructions, in the origi-
nal carton in a cool, dry place.
LUBRICATION: Motor Assembly is permanently lubricated.
OPERATION
OSCILLATION: Push down oscillation knob on motor assembly
housing to make fan head move from side to side. (Figures 10 and
11)
TILTING: This Fan is equipped with
a multi-angle Fan Head for Whole-
Room Air Circulation. Follow the
steps below to properly adjust the
"tilt angle" of your Fan.

1. Place one hand on the pole just
under the Fan Neck.
2. Place your other hand on top of
Fan.
3. Gently push or pull the Fan
Head until it is in the desired po-
sition.
SPEED: Control fan speed with
Speed Switch at rear of motor
assembly.

To turn theFanOFF, turn the Power/
Speed Knob to OFF (0) and unplug
the unit from the electrical outlet.
Down: Oscillate

1. Carefully remove the Fan from the plastic bag and the carton.
Assemble unit per these instructions.
2. Place the Fan on a firm and level surface.
CAUTION: Plastic or rubber tabs, like the feet on this unit, may
stickto furniture surfacesand/or hardwood floors.The unit may leave
a residue that could darken, stain or leave permanent blemishes on
the finish of certain furniture surfaces, including wood surfaces, and/
or hardwood floors.
3. Plug the cord set into a 120 volt outlet.
Be sure that the plug fits tightly into outlet.
When plugs fit loosely into receptacles, they may slip
partially or completely out of the receptacle with only
the slight movement of the attached cord.Receptacles
in this condition may overheat and pose a serious fire
hazard; if covered by a curtain or drape, the fire haz-
ard is even greater.

-NEVER place the Fan in or near water.
-Disassembled grills may be immersed to be cleaned with
a mild detergent and water.Wipe all other parts with soft
cloth moistened with water and mild detergent only. DRY
ALLPARTSCOMPLETELYBEFOREREASSEMBLING.
After any maintenance or servicing, completely
reassemble unit as described in this instruction manual
before reconnecting to the power supply.
-NEVER use ALCOHOL or SOLVENTS such as gasoline,
benzene, paint thinner, or other harsh cleaners.
