The HERYTAGE order number is determined by the configuration or options selected. This guide will
assist in configuring the product and determining the list price. The resulting order number should be 15
digits in length. Example Order Number: H02AB00AC3K3A0A
The digits in the order number designate the following:
Digits 1-5 - The kVA rating, input voltage and output voltage of the UPS.
Digit 6 - Battery configuration (internal, external, or less battery).
Digit 7 - Bypass option. Currently only external bypass is allowed.
Digit 8 - Input Connection
Digit 9-14 - Output connect, receptacle type and quantity
Digit 15 - Other options
Items that are not directly attached to the UPS from the factory, such as external maintenance bypass
switches and battery packs, will need to be ordered as a separate line item and are shown under the
External Accessories section .

Output Connection Options (Digit 9-14)
Output Connections are specified by three sets of 2 digits (9-10, 11-12, 13-14). Each set is used to
specify a type of receptacle and the quantity of that type. If hardwired output is desired, all sets should be
A0 (A0A0A0).
The receptacles should be specified alphabetically by the order code. Unneeded sets should remain A0.
If a quantity of two (2) NEMA 5-20 and one (1) NEMA L6-30 receptacles are desired the digits should be
C2K1A0. A total quantity of three (3) receptacles can be specified.
