CONNECTION AND OPERATION
Step 1: Connect the output of the HDMI device to the splitter.
Step 2: Connect the cables of every displaying device to the HDMI outputs of the splitter. For
a perfect transmission via cables which are longer than 10m, please use high quality cables
only.
Step 3: Connect the Micro-USB-Power cable with the HDMI splitter. You can charge it, for
example, with a USB-power supply.
Step 4: As soon as the input signal is received, the "input" LED will glow. If something doesn't
work right, please check the cables and the output adjustments of the source device. The
same goes for the output. A functioning HDMI connection will be signalised through the
input/output LED´s.
Note: For the protection of the splitter and other devices, please make sure, that the splitter is
switched off before connecting the other devices. Please don't pull or push at the HDMI
connections.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Please check the connection carefully before turning on the device. Please check, if all cables
are correctly connected. The LEDs will help you to localise any cable problems as fast as
possible.
Problem Description
Possible Cause/Possible Solution
The splitter seems not to be
working.
Check if the power supply is defective or not correctly
connected. If everything is all right, the respective LED
should glow. Please check, if all the cables are connected
properly and are not defective. Also check that the cable is
not longer than the length supported by the splitter. If the
connection works fine, the splitter will show this through the
glowing LEDs.
If the maximum resolution of
two displays differs, which
resolution will be shown?
In this case the lower resolution will be shown.
Image is disrupted
Check the connection of the HDMI cable. Please make sure,
that cable quality and length are according to the
requirements. Optionally reduce resolution with very long
cables.
Disconnect cable and connect again.
Image is received but cannot
be shown.
Please make sure that resolution, colour depth and refresh
rate of source and display equipment match. The HDMI
versions of all devices must be compatible with the splitter.
Image interruption when new
device is connected.
The splitter needs a short time to set the new device, so
short interruptions are normal. The same goes for the
switching on or off of connected devices.
