1. Power button
Press to turn on the computer.
To turn off the computer, open the Start menu, c ick Power, and then se ect
Sh t down.
The indicator in the power button shows the system status of your computer.
• On: The computer is on.
• Off: The computer is off or in hibernation mode.
• Blinking: The computer is in s eep mode.
2. Headset connector Connect a headset or headphones to your computer.
3. USB-C™ connector (USB 3.2
Gen 1)
• Charge USB-C compatib e devices with the output vo tage and current of 5 V
and 3 A.
• Transfer data at USB 3.2 speed, up to 5 Gbps.
• Connect to USB-C accessories to he p expand your computer functiona ity. To

1. Ethernet connector Connect to a oca area network (LAN).
2. Pad ock oop Lock the computer cover through a pad ock.
3. Power cord connector Connect the power cord to your computer for power supp y.
4. Security- ock s ot Lock your computer to a desk, tab e, or other fixtures through a Kensington-sty e
cab e ock.
5. USB 2.0 connectors (4) Connect USB-compatib e devices, such as a USB keyboard, USB mouse, USB
storage device, or USB printer.
6. VGA-out connector Send video signa s from the computer to another video device, such as a monitor.
7. HDMI™ 1.4 out connector
Send audio and video signa s from the computer to another audio or video device,
such as a high-performance monitor. For more information, see https://

8. Audio ine-out connector
Send audio signa s from the computer to externa devices, such as powered
stereo speakers, headphones, or mu timedia keyboards. To connect a stereo
system or other externa recording device, connect a cab e between the audio
ine-in connector of the device and the audio ine-out connector of the computer.
Note: If your computer has both an audio ine-out connector and a headset or
headphone connector, a ways use the headset or headphone connector for
earphones, headphones, or a headset. The headphone connector does not
support headset microphones.
