Gehäuse auf Kabel schieben.
Slide the body over the cable.
Kabelmantel ca. 60 mm absetzen.
Strip the outer sheath approx. 60 mm.
Schirmgeflecht zurückschieben.
Push back the copper braid.
Schirmgeflecht über den Kabelmantel ziehen.
Pull back the copper braid.
Schirmgeflecht mit Isolierband fixieren.
Fix the copper braid with tape.
Bündelverseilung aufdrehen.
Untwist the pairs.
Kabelmantel 10 mm längs einschneiden.
Cut the outer sheath 10mm lengthwise.
Ein Adernpaar nach außen drücken.
Seperate one pair from the rest.
Adernpaar im Kabelmantel kreuzen (nachfolgende
Abbildungen beachten).
Cross pairs inside the sheath (see following fig.).
Auskreuzen der Kabelenden: Kat. 6A (aqua), Kat. 7 (weiß).
Cross cable ends: Cat. 6A (aqua), Cat. 7 (white).
Auskreuzen der Kabelenden: Cross connect Kat. 7 (rot).
Cross cable ends: Crossconnect Cat. 7 (red).
Folienschirm bis auf 5 mm entfernen.
Strip the foils down to 5 mm.
Paarverseilung öffnen und glätten.
Untwist the pairs and pull them straight.
Adernpaare gemäß Farbzuordnung mit Folieschirm
zudrehen.
Sort the conductors as per colour mapping and twist braid
around each pair.

Wire Manager zum Kabelmantel schieben.
Pull the wire manager back to the outer sheath.
Adern in den Wire Manager einlegen.
Insert and push the conductors into the wire manager.
Adern bündig abschneiden.
Conductors have to be cut flush.
Korrekte Montage (Wire Manager symmetrisch zum Kabel)
Correct assembly (Wire manager inline with cable)
Wire Manager in das Gehäuse schieben…
Push the wire manager into the housing…
… und komplett einführen.
… and insert completely.
Kontaktblock in das Gehäuse einsetzen.
Insert the contact block into the housing.
Die Verpresshilfe auf Kontaktblock setzen.
Put black fit-upaid on the contact block.
Zange auf 3 mm einstellen.
Adjust the assembly tool at 3 mm.
Kabelstecker mit Hilfe der Zange verpressen.
Press the cable plug together by using the assembly tool.
Kabelbinder festziehen und abschneiden.
Fix the cable tie and cut it.
Verpresshilfe entfernen und Buchsenmodul aufstecken.
Remove black fit-upaid and connect the socket module.

Slide the pairs through the wire manager.
