Unpack your bag and unfold the board completely on a at surface and

(The pin is on the outside). The position can be changed by pressing in and
turning.
Connect the pump with a twist to the valve and turn it clockwise for a safe
connection.
Inate the board (ideally x the pump with both feet). If pumping gets too
exhausting switch from double to single stroke action.

TING POSITION GUIDE.
6
NOTICE!
Only use with supplied T-nuts and screws. T-Nuts
with open bottom and longer screws can damage
your board!
NOTICE!
Do not use power tools for the assembly or disas-
sembly process. This may cause serious damage to
the product as control of torque and power is limited.
Doing so will render your warranty void.
NOTICE!
Over tightening screws can cause irreversible dama-
ge to the tracks. Doing so will render your warranty
void.
NOTICE!
Ensure that all surfaces are free from dirt or sand pri-
or to the assembly. Pay close attention to the Board
Adapter on the foil system and the board tracks.

USER MANUAL - INFLATABLE FOILBOARDS 11
The further front the foil is mounted the more pressure you will have at your front foot.
For initial installation we recommend to mount the foil in a middle position and slowly
adjust the mounting position to nd your preferenced personal setting. You may consider
that dierent Glider congurations require dierent foil mounting positions.
Basically the more advanced the rider, the more front foot pressure makes sense. Ad-
ditionally the riders weight plays a keyrole for the correct position. Riders < 75 kg (< 165
lbs) might need less front foot pressure why they should position the foil further towards
the tail. Heavier riders will be able to control more front foot pressure and should position
the foil tendencially more to the front.

7 REPAIR
Pointed objects and strong pressure could damage the surface of the board, which usu-
ally only aects the top layer. In the case of small holes and cuts (maximum 12mm), the
repair can also be carried out by using the repair kit provided.
• Clean the damaged area (free of grease and dust).
• Cut the patch to size (round corners and always at least 7cm in diameter).
• Apply contact adhesive 3 times on both sides very thinly, in between always leave
to dry for 5 minutes.
• On the last run let it dry for 10 minutes.
• Put the repair patch onto the repair area and press rmly (do not move any more).
• Let it harden for 24 hours.
•
If the bonded point is leaky, the process must be repeated. Possible reasons:
• Too much glue applied.
• While application of the repair patch the adhesive was still too liquid.
• A too small repair patch.
Before repeating the repair 100% of adhesive residues have to be removed.
