Welcome to use Bluetooth transmitter/ receiver BTI-020V.
Introduction
BTI -020V is a Bluetooth transmitter and receiver all in one function adapter ,when used as a Bluetooth
trans mitter, it can transfer the music on your mobile ,Walkman,TV,computer ,etc to your Bluetooth
re cei ver,Ste re o Blue tooth headphone ,and Blue tooth spea kers ,ect ,through wireless technology. When used as a
Bluetooth re cei ve r, it can been a ste re o Blue tooth headphone (by plugging headphone audio cable into 3.5mm
po rt),or connectin g wi th speake r to re cei ve audio signal through wi reless.

1, Before going to use BTI-020V, please full cha rge BTI-020V ,Walkman, mobile , TV,Computer ,ect whi ch support
3.5MM AUX devi ces.
Operation
1, BTI-020V charging:
For the first using, please fully charged the model BTI-020V.
Please charge when in low batte ry:
When the de vi ce is in working mode, if the RED LED flashes three ti mes continuousl y (not include Red LED
fla shes on ce fo r s u ccessfull y conne ction ), means the unit is working in low vol tage, please cha rge the uni t.
A, Please con nect the cha rging cable to the adapter ( USD outp ut port) or compute r
B, Then using Mi cro USB cha rging cable connecting with BTI-020V
C, In charging mode , Red LED on, will off when full charging
D, The entire charging time around 2hours
Worked as a Bluetooth t ransmitter
Function opti on for BTI-020V
Cha nge different working mode through the Slide option button.
When the unit in off s ta te , please slide the button to “TX” side, then press MFB to powe r on the uni t, all the
paired device information in RX mode will be deleted after power on.
Please don’t swi tch TX or RX mode i mmediatel y in 3 seconds afte r unit turn off , be cause the uni t is still
ha vi ng p owe r, if swi tching to TX or RX mode i mme diatel y, i t will enter into the pre vious p owe r off mode to
re-turn on .
•Note : when wo rke d as the Blue too th transmi tte r, i t onl y could sta y 4 devi ce re co rds and these de vi ces
will be taken ove r b y the lates t pai red de vi ce .(Because the unit supports “automatically
•Re -conne ction “function,if staying too much devices record, the re-pai ring time will be lasting longer ).

Basic operation
1. power on :
In off s ta te , press MFB a round 3 se conds, Blue LED flashes twice, BTI-020V is powered on. (If BTI-020V did not
connect wi th any devi ce , it could ente r into pai rin g mo de qui ckl y with Blue LED flashes a fte r po we r on)
2. Poweroff :
In on s ta te , press MFB a round 3 se conds, Re d LED flashes twice ( if release after Red LED immediately, Red LED
ma y onl y flashes once ), BTI-020V powe r off. Please re-powe r on the uni ta fte r powe r off the uni t 3 se conds la te r
since the vol tage of the chipse t ma y not disappea r to tally.
3. Pai ring mode :
Powe r o n the uni t, double cli ck the MFB, the Blue LED flashes q uickl y to ente r pai ring mode,i t will be in
connecti ve s tandby mode i f no conne ctions in 2 minutes .
4. Clea r up the pairing list :
Poweroff with the current working mode(TXor RX),3seconds la te r, swi tch to the othe r working mode, then
power on, the pairi ng informati on for the former mode will be cleared up.
5. Conne ct with all the conne cte d de vi ce :
Powe r on the uni t ( using two conne ctions simul taneously ), short press MFB to conne ct all the conne cted de vi ce
automa ti cally, b ut i t onl y suppo rt two de vi ces conne ction simul taneously, pri ori tize the lates t two conne cted
de vi ces, successfull y co nnected, BTI-020V is solid blue. If BTI-020V could not co nnect wi th an y de vi ce in 22
seconds (This is up to how man y paire d de vi ce BTI-020Vstored),it will enter into pairing mode. When used as
Bl uetooth tra nsmi tte r, it sup port two connected devi ces transfe r Audio simul taneousl y.
6. Power off automati cally
The B TI -020V will power off automaticallywhen the ba tte ry vol ta ges lo we r than 3.1V.

BTI-020V Working as a Bluetooth receiver
Switch the TX or RX button t o chose the unit in Bluet oot h transmitter mode ,or in Bluet ooth receiver
mode.
When in power off state,switch the butt on t o RX side, then long press MFB button to t urn on it, all the
paired devices record will be cleared. Please don’t switch TX or RX mode immediately in 3 seconds after unit

turn off , because t he unit is still having power, if switching to TX or RX mode immediately, it will enter into the
previous power off mode to re-turn on
BTI-020V worked as Bluetoot h Receiver can stay 8 paired devices record , the latest paire d records will
take over the over paired recor ds.
1. Po we r on :
In o ff s ta te , long press MFB a round 3 seconds , afte r Blue LED flashes twice , BTI -020V is powered on. (If
BTI -020V did not connect with any device, it could directl yenter into pairi ng mode automa ticall yafter power on)
2. Poweroff：
In on sta te,long press MFB around 3seconds, Red LED flashes twice ( if release a fter Red LED on
immediatel y, Red LED may onl y flashes once), BTI-020V is powered off. Please don’t re -power on the
unit immedia tel y in 3 se conds a fte r po we r off the uni t , be cause the volta ge of the chipset ma y not
disappear totally.
3. Pai ring mode:
Powe r o n the uni t, double cli ck the MFB, Blue & Red LED flashes al te rna tel y, the u nit en te r into pairin g
mode, i t will power off automaticall yif no connections in 6 minu tes .
4. Pla y /pause :
In music playing, short press MFB to pause, press again to play continually
5. Clear up the pai ring list :
Powe r o ff wi th the current working mode , 3 se conds la te r, chan ge to the othe r working mode, then
powe r o n, the pairi ng information for the former mode will be cleared up
6. Conne ct wi th all the conne cte d de vi ce :
Power on the uni t, BTI-020V will connect to all the connected device automatically, butit only support two
connections simul taneousl y, p riori tize the la test two conne cted de vi ces , afte r two conne ctions successful , BTI-
020V will be Blue LED light on. (working as Bluetooth reciever, it only could receive audio from the first working
device ,If you want to receive signal from the otherdevice, the first working de vi ce must ha ve to be pause or
turn off . (Bluetooth receiver twoin one function).
7. Power off automati cally :
The B TI -020V will powe r off automa ticall y when the ba tte ry vol tages lo we r than 3.1V or no conne cti ons a round 5
mi nu tes .
8. Us in g while cha rging :
When you want to use BTI-020V con tinuousl y, howe ve r the limi ted batte ry ca pa city, you could use the uni t while
cha rgi n g .( D C 5V ≥300Ma , if the ba tte ry vol tage is too low, or the powe r supple r is poo r, it ma y ha ve current
noise.)
Please conne ct the unit to the power suppl y firs tl y, then powe r on the BTI -020V.(The chipset will reset
mo men ta ril y whe n conne ctin g wi th power suppl y, this also could work when the uni tis dead). Do no t use the
unit while cha rging be cause i t ma y sh orten the ba tte ry’s life ti me.

How to use it as a Bluetooth transmitter
BTI-020V and stereo Bluetooth headphone or Bluet oot h speaker (A2DP enable d) work on the TV
A, Make the Blue too th speaker or Blue too th headse ti n pairing mode .
B. Press MFB a round 3se conds un til Blue LED flashes qui ckl y to ente r into sea ring mode , i f BTI-020V does not
ente r into pairing mode , press MFB 2 Se conds the n double press MFB ( kee p the ope ra ti on co ns isten tl y ) to en te r
into pai ring mode.
C. Put the BTI-020V and Blue tooth speake r or Bl ue tooth headset toge the r, a round 30s seconds late r, BTI-020V
will connect with Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headsetautomatically
D. Conne ct the BTI-020V and TV with 3.5mm audio cable. (Plug one side of the audio cable to the audio output
ja ck o f the TV, the side to BTI-020V)
E. It could hea r the sound comi ng from TV in the Blue tooth headse t or Blue tooth speaker. If no sound in the
Bluetooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t, please che ck the aux outputse tting on TV is by the headse t output, the
volume of the TV is loud enough, the ca ble co nnects ri gh t o r no t. Use your fi nge r to touch the D C pa rt of the
audio cable tha t con nected wi th BTI -020V to check if the audio sou rce has problems . When the conne ction is
su ccessful and the volume o f headse t or speake r is bi g e nough, you will hea r a “zi,zi ”sound, i t means BTI-020V
and Blue tooth spea ke r or Blue too th head phone and cables a re ok, the problem ma y be on the a udio s ou r ce
(TV）.
BTI-020V and Bluetooth hea dset or Bluetooth speaker which must support A2DP work together on t he
compute r.
A. Make the Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t i n pairing mode .
B. Press MFB a round 3 se conds un til Blue LED flashes qui ckl y to enter into pairing mode, if BTI-020V does
no te nte r into pai ring mode, press MFB 2 Se conds then do uble p ress MFB ( keep the a ction consis tentl y )) to
ente r into pairing mode.
C. Put the BTI-020V and Blue tooth speake r or Bl ue tooth headphone togethe r, a round30 se conds late r, BTI-
020V will connect with Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphone automatically.
D. Conne ct the BTI-020V and computer wi th 3.5mm audio cable.
E. I t coul d hea r the sound comi ng from compute r in the Blue tooth headse t or Bl ue tooth speake r. I f no sound
in the Blue tooth speaker or Blue tooth headse t, please che ck the aux output se tting on compute r is by the
headset output, the volume of the computer is loud enough, the cable connects ri ght or no t. Use your hands to
to uch the plug of the audio ca ble for BTI-020V to check i f the audio source has problems . When the conne cti on is

su ccessful and the volume o f headse t or speake r is bi g e nough, you will hea r a “zi ,zi”so und, i t means BTI-020V
and Blue tooth spea ke r or Blue too th headphone and cables a re ok, the p roblem ma y be on the co mpu te r.
Note: Passcode for supporte d Bluetooth headset, Bluet oot h receiver, Bluetooth speaker etc.

you.
BTI-020V connect with two device simultaneously while working as a Bluetoot h transmitter
This unit coul d connect with tw o stereo Bluet oot h speaker or Bluetooth headset t o play music
simultaneously
A. Na med the two Blue tooth headse ts or two Blue tooth spea kers as A and B.
B. Select the TR mode for the devi ce BTI-020V
C. Follow the abo ve pai ring s teps i n working as a Blue tooth trans mitte r to conne ct devi ce A and BTI-020V
D. When the conne ctio n is su ccessful , po we r off the devi ce A, and pai ring the De vi ce B wi th BTI-020V
(following the same paring steps )
E. Afte r successfull y conne cting wi th de vi ce B, then p owe r off BTI-020V.
F. Power on the device A (do notenterinto pairingmode, butif itenters into pairi ng mode , i t’s ok), a round
10-20 seconds later (in this case, most of the Bluetooth speaker is for automa ticall y connection, please wait a
m o me n t)
Then power on the BTI-020V (no need to enter into pairing mode), it will search and connect with device A
and Bautomatically, the pairing time will take around 30 seconds. Then connect toaudio resource to check
if the two de vi ces could play simultane ousl y. If not, please power off BTI-020V, and reopen BTI-020V to
connect wi th de vi ce A and B.
If reopen BTI-020V does not work, please re work the s teps for two conne ctions simultane ousl y.
The compatibility testing report for BTI-020V worked as Bluetoot h transmitter t o connect with tw o device
simultaneously
1. Due to different Blue tooth chipset has diffe rent functio n fi rmwa re se tting and di ffe rent ope ra tions so
so me Blue too th speaker o r Blue too th hea dset ma y ha ve co mpa tible proble ms with BTI-020V. When one of the
de vi ces has no sound or discon tinuous pla ying, please re -pa i r the tw o de vi ces two o r th ree ti mes to che ck if
the re has same si tua tion, the n we could ha ve a resul t i f it is wrong in compa tibility
2. The re so many Blue tooth speake r, Blue tooth headphone wi th different Blue tooth chipse t on the ma rke t.

BTI-020V could connect with tw o mobile phone simultaneously (but coul d not play music from two
mobile phone at the same time. you coul d cho ose any mobile phone to play music, but it need to pause
or end the music from othe r mobile phone )
A. Na med the two mobile phone as A and B.
B. Follo wing the pai ring s teps to conne ct A wi th BTI-020V, afte r successful conne ction, please s witch off the
Bluetooth of the mobile A. Double cli ck MFB of BTI-020V to e nte r into pai ring mode .
C. Connect mobile B with BTI-020V. Afte r successfull y co nnection, power off BTI-020V. Switch on the
Bl ue too th of mobile A ,and the p owe r on B TI -020V, a round 30 seconds BTI-020V and the two mobile phones will
connect automatically.

Tips for pairing：
1. Put the Blue tooth headse t or Blue tooth speaker into pairing mode . Then power on BTI -020V will
connect to BTI-020V qui ckl y again,if the Bl uetooth headset o r Blue tooth spea ke r connected wi th BTI -020V
before. No need to make the BTI-020V e nte r in to pai ring mode .
2. If BTI-020V did not conne ct with the Blue tooth headse t or speake r more than 1 minutes. Please try
to clear up the pairing list of the BTI-020V. I f the Blue tooth headse t or Blue tooth speake r connected with
BTI -020V be fore, please re open the BTI-020V after clear up the pai ring list.
Ba tte ry i n fo rma ti on
Your device is powered bya recha rgeable ba tte ry .The full pe rformance of a new ba tte ry is achie ved onl y
afte r two of three comple te cha rge and discha rge cycles .The batte ry can be cha rged and discha rged hundreds of
times, but it will eventuallywear out. Do not leave a fully charged ba tte ry connected to a cha rge r since
overcharging mayshorten battery lifetime. Ifleft unused, a fully charged battery will lose power with time past.
Leaving the device in hot or cold places, such as in closed carin summer or winter conditions , will reduce the
capa ci ty and lifetime of the ba tte ry .Should alwa ys try to keep the ba tte ry be twee n 15 ℃and 25 ℃. Battery
performance is particularlylimited in temperatures well below freezing .Do not dispose of batteries in a fire as
they mayexplode .Battery may also explode i f dama ged.
